Pros: The crew always smiles and very accomodating.

Cons: The main course could have been better or improve. I wasn’t satisfied with the taste.

Pros: The crew was attentive and service was excellent.

Cons: At check-in counter in MNL, the JAL agent mistakenly told me that I don't need to claim my bag and re-check at DFW before heading to final destination MEM. Food wasn't as good as previous JAL flights earlier this year and last year. That said, it's still better than other airlines.

Cons: Flight attendants rude to travel companion . Non Korean but speaks Korean. When addressing two flight attendants on Korean, they insisted on responding in English, rather than continuing in Korean. Travel companion not happy.

Pros: Very friendly staff with excellent service. Bottled water in every seat upon boarding. Lots of leg room, and love the outer earphones they provide!

Pros: Nicely equipped newer plane with seatback touch screen. Arrive to your seat to find a blanket, water bottle, pillow and packet the paper slippers and toothbrush. Frequent meal, snack, and drink service.
