My seat arrangement was good with Eva Air. The toilet sanitary was good ( hand wash, face moist spraying, fresh air spray, hair moisturizer). But the Asian movie selection was not great at all.

Don’t preorder the diabetic meal if you don’t have to. Whoever creates those meals thinks everyone loves fish, and hates seasoning. In a world where we can find diabetic friendly candy and low card bread, it’s surprising that places are still serving flavorless gelatin and rice cakes. Boarding in Taipei was chaos. They tried to form a line but didn’t manage it. So once the gate was opened, the line didn’t matter and everyone just mobbed to the front.

Flight attendants are polite and pro. Missing of on flight entertainment is a big miss for a ordinary airline.

I had knee surgery a few weeks prior. I was using cane walking very slow. Crew were extremely helpful

Everything was great, however the seats in the back are very small. Not as Comfortable as I would have liked.

Eva airlines has very goin service, despite being low cost. Meals and fin, not amazing, restrooms always clean and staff polite and helpful

everything was so good! Especially Food. It was the best I've ever had! However,I requested to add mileage point to Star alliance group ANA; it hasn't been added yet.... 😞

Flight was canceled was only given only a 8 hour lead time. Had to fight to be put on another airline (United Airlines) that was leaving earlier then the one EVA and rescheduled.

Staff show very stress with delayed flight more than passenger.
