The net issue I had was with the gate agent. We had added a carryon to our boarding pass when we checked bags. When I got to the boarding gate the agent was rude asking why I had a backpack - I said I added it - even had an orange tag on it. She ripped my tag off and swung her monitor around to show me how she was right- saying it isn’t wasn’t listed - only a checked bag. I explained again that I wasn’t sure what the issue was but I wouldn’t have an orange tag if I hadn’t added it. Then she finally checked my husband’s boarding pass and found that the agent at checkin had added my carryon to his boarding pass instead of mine. She sent me on my way without my orange tag. Was a bit embarrassing for me the tone she used with me assuming I was trying to get away with something.

Gate agent asked if I could switch seats so a family could sit together. Agent moved me to a seat in the front of the plane, no charge. It was easy. The agent did a great job.

Every Allegiant Air flight I've ever taken has been delayed. This flight was delayed a full 2 hours. It was excuse after excuse after excuse. It was a flight from southern Florida. They made us board the plane on time, but made us wait for 2 hours on the tarmac. Because the engines were kept shut off, so was the air conditioning. One can only imagine how hot the air was in the cabin over those 2 hours on the tarmac, while in the hot Florida sun. Just terrible.

Worst ever! Flight cancelled supposedly for weather even though we k ow of many others who flew into Bangor same time no problem. At the airport there was no customer service at all just refund and no possibility of rebook for 3-4 days. Aweful won’t fly with them again!!

My TSA number was missing from my ticket which shouldn’t have happened since it’s in my file. The on board flight attendant who was a male, did not want to help me put my luggage in the overhead bin and made a very rude comment and was very unpleasant. The good… the woman who fixed my ticket with the TSA number was excellent and I had extra legroom which was perfect.

My daughter dropped her cell phone right through the crack between walkway and plane. Right in front of myself, the lead flight attendant and crew below. In slow motion we all watched. The crew was on it as they got her phone back to her. Surprisingly, not damaged! This same head flight attendant was hilarious on the speaker! Loved his humor! Pilots were very clear to hear. Sometimes there’s a lot of noise interference or they sound muffled, but this time I could understand everything that was spoken. One more positive experience was renting a car through Allegiant which was my first time. We got a great car deal through Alamo and the car was really nice too, 2024 Blazer.

We waited for our captain to arrive and she made our flight take off 20 minutes late.

The staff was friendly, helpful and nice to the customers! What a nice experience- especially flying Toledo to St. Petersburg Fla nonstop and back !

It would b nice if they had served at least water and sodas - at no cost

Starts with the lobby in Punta Gorda. All ticketing/baggage agents yelling “next please” in a room with no sound absorbtion. It just feels tacky. Then the waiting area is cramped. Doors open so it’s hot. Horrible experience.

flight delays, staff only communicating when pushed, food service lasting a grand total of 7 minutes, stuck in seat from 45mins into flight until landing

the flight from Tampa departed with a delay. The food on board was poor, usually on international airlines alcoholic beverages are offered free of charge , but here it was for a fee, the cutlery was wooden, there were no hot drinks (tea, coffee). Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of the portions of food, but it wouldn't have been enough for a child either.And in the future, I will try not to use the services of this airline

I liked everything about the flight. The service was excellent!

Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.

The crew were really great, but the 4 hour delay in small chunks was the worst.

That flight was smooth, and staff we courteous. it was a full flight so very tight. The boarding through security was not properly controlled. it was rushed and the scanning process for our bags, etc. was pilling up at the other end with no time to empty our belonging my personal items almost toppled over on the floor if i hadn't caught it rapidly. Was it just that time, or always like this - cant say. other than that all else was fine.

Other than the two hour delay, it was fine. Of course they were very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole delay..

Boarding was friendly and quick. While the plane model was older with no live tv, the entertainment was full of movies and tv shows. All food was available. Pilots were very communicative with status of the flight. Flight landed on time.

We sat on the plane for 1 hour because the airline was short handed could not be unloading.

Flight delayed 3 times. We were directed to go to a gate across from our gate. The plane wasn't there yet so we had to wait for it to arrive, then deplane everyone and then wait again for the plane to be cleaned. After 45 minuites we were allowed on the plane. The first plane had mechanical issues. The 2nd plane must have had bathroom issues because we did not have any food service whatsoever. No snack or beverage. That made for a long time not to have anything considering that we had just made it to the original gate and we had no time to stop to get food or a drink. Then we didn't want to leave the gate to get food because we wouldn't know how much longer the delay would be. Then the next gate change. Had we been told that the total time would have been aprox 45 min later we would have left to get food and a beverage. We had to wait again for the okay to the pilot to take off so we were on the runway for another 20 min. Overall, we were delayed over 2 hours which felt like 4 hours.

Lots of weather delays that were poorly communicated and managed. I get there are weather delays but they didn’t make it clear what was happening or comfortable on the plane

Me and my husband experienced very bad in American Airlines. We missed our flight going to Doha. The American Airlines was delayed we arrived already 10:27pm. Supposed to be 9:40 pm. So what they did they rebooked our flight and they gave us a hotel. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk said it was fully booked already. Oh my gosh! I said why did you accept the booking if it's fully booked. The guy said that's American Airlines they just book even it's already full. That's 2am already, we have nothing to do so, we decided to go another hotel. We pay the room, food and taxi. Pls give an action on this matter. Refund our expenses and give us more compensation. Not only our room, food, taxi but also our efforts, tiredness looking for a room that can accommodate us.

Horrible. Flight was delayed and very bumpy. I was super unhappy

No meal on a cross country flight? SFO-MiA is pretty much the definition of a coast to coast flight. No meal provided. Sky high wi-fi rates too. Stop nickel and diming your customers.

Got a much appreciated surprise upgrade to an exit row and the crew was very friendly and helpful.

They took a horrible route with a lot of turbulence and I eneded up getting sick. Even if the flight takes longer. Don't put people life at risk just to get to the airport on time.

Beware of all the extras. Nickel and dimed. Everything was extra. It turns a $90 fare in to a $400 fair quite easily.

It would have been nice to have been on the flight

The airlines delay the flight 1 day and we refuse to take that option instead we need to take a bus ride, now we are expecting for refund the money, it was a horrible experience.

Miserable. The crew was rude, the flight was delayed 5 hours for mechanical reasons and then “weather” even though other planes were leaving.

Good except my suitcase was completely broken when it arrived on belt. Now I have to go through a process to try to get ANY back. Not happy

Spirit delayed the late flight then canceled it with no rebooking options given, leaving me stranded in a city at 9pm at night. I ended up renting a car and driving at night in the pouring rain so could make it to my destination.

I particularly did not have no problem with my backpack, but a few people in front of me did. The chairs were really uncomfortable. Unless is a super short flight for over a weekend I wouldn't take this airline.

Pulled our crew to another flight and left us hanging for hours

If you take this airline, they WILL change the flight time, and make you miss your connection. It has happened every time I used it. It's so unreliable that I think it shouldn't be offered on Kayak. You will regret it!

In addition to the fact that Silver changed the flight time several days before the trip without offering any choices , I was sick with Covid and unable to go on the trip. I tried to ask Silver for a credit for a flight when I’d recooperated but they don’t do credits, even for illness. I will Never fly on Silver again

I canceled due to a 7 hour delay. Was forced to book another airline last minute , very expensive. Silver Aorways sucks

Our pilot and flight attendant, Desiree, were great. I always fly this route and this crew was better than most.

Easy boarding and deplaning. Short flight. Water was given but that was it.

While this is a VERY SMALL plane; take-off to landing was fine. It's the constant departure time changes that wore me out and I'll try to never use this inconsistent airway again. Four delays in one day. Done!!!!!!

This has been, by far, my worst experience with an airline company. I had a reservation for a Tuesday at 8:30 pm departure from Gainesville, FL (1.5 hours - direct flight) I received an email on Monday that my flight had been changed to Monday at night to depart from Jacksonville, FL (and it was an 11 .5 hours flight ). There was no way I would have had the time to gather my things, drive 1.5 hours to the Jacksonville airport, and make it on time to board the plane. Besides, I had a full day of work on Tuesday. The only good thing I xan say about Silver airlines is that they did give me a refund, but I had to wait about 4 hours for a call back

Thank you so much for initiating these much needle in state flights especially to Gainesville. Your service and personnel are ALL awesome.
