Pros: "The pilots made the trip in great time. The landing was smooth."
Cons: "The flight from Tampa to Toronto was delayed for 2 hours, with no explanation. Therefore I miss my connection to London. This was my first time flying WestJet. When I booked I thought it would be easier then flying out of the States, like I usually do. Not really in my opinion the walk from aircraft to aircraft is so long in Toronto. This was a surprise to me this part of the journey. Will think twice before booking again."
Pros: "A little late on take off but made up time in the air. Crew was pleasant."
Cons: "Aircraft seemed a bit tighter seating than other WestJet flights I've been on. Still it was fine for a 3 hour flight."
Pros: "The crew was friendly and although the aircraft was small, it was very comfortable!"
Cons: "There was no in--flight entertainment and only drinks and cookies for food."

Cons: "Tiny TV screens, no real food, seat cushion was so compacted it was uncomfortable."
Cons: "The flight was 5 hours 40 min late The Flight attended (her name was if not mistaken Staysy or start with S) was staying at the door as a security guard in a detention center without formal greeting “welcome on board”, no smile at all and later jumped on me regarding my bag. I was seated when her collage pulled my back bag from the compartment to make room for a bigger luggage, left it on the seat next to me and said will take care later. With frustrating tone Staysy showed up and command me to put it under the seat. I told her to put it under and not to command me with this tone... as it was not my decision the bag to be there. She did put it under but kept making comments and even did not apologize. A frustrating flights - over 5 hours late with spicy flight attendant attitude."
Pros: "Good legroom compared to other carriers"
Cons: "Almost 1 hour late leaving. No westjet connect, so no entertainment."

Pros: "I’ve always liked WestJet and it’s services. They are my always my first airline I go to check flights."
Pros: "No hassle boarding and smooth flight. Courteous flight attendants."

Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Cramped seating"
Pros: "I liked the congenial attitude of the staff & flight attendants. The drinks were free for once."
Pros: "Lacking social skills ! One on the flight attendants had numerous holes in her sweater. So unlike most West Jet employees!"
Cons: "Unprofessional! Lazy ! Very ungroomed ! I thought this was the worst two flight attendants l have ever seen with West Jet ! Had this been my first flight, I’d never return! Lots of options to fly with other air lines. That was flight from Toronto to Ottawa. Now the flight from Tampa to Toronto, the female flight attendant in the Plus section was an “ air head “ ! I had preordered the chicken salad & since l was in the plus section on the plane l paid more willingly and when l asked for the cheese & grapes container, she rolled her eyes, came back with the food & no knife and fork to eat the salad ! I tried to get her attention & since that didn’t work, I used the buzzer! I politely asked for a knife & fork to eat the salad! The young flight attendant had trouble processing the information so l very politely repeated my request! Lordie, it was training day at West Jet !"
Cons: "I will say our flight took of a bit late which was a bother so late at night."
Pros: "The service of the crew was fantastic."
Cons: "No food included just water and Coke."
Cons: "Snack options..."
Cons: "Our original flight was cancelled due to WestJet reasons (plane was not safe to fly) the following evening the flight was supposed to depart at 7pm we didn’t take off until 10:37 pm causing an arrival of 940AM into London instead of 7:23AM primarily because the crew they chose for this new flight was coming from Montreal so we had to wait for them to arrive."
Pros: "THE flight got me home"
Cons: "Th check in staff made light of what seat I was assigned stating it was the best seat. 23A a bulkhead back row seat that did not recline. I was then Seated next to an individual that should have had two seats to themselves instead of most of my seat and theirs. I was literally pressed into the bulkhead by the very large person next to me. Who had another large individual next to them. WestJet used to be a great airline that Had a little more legroom. Now airlines like flair offer the same flights with more legroom wider seats and far lower costs. WestJet has lost me as a customer that used to pay a little extra if There was a WestJet flight option"
Pros: "Trash flight . Took to long to let me off"
Cons: "Rude people"
Cons: "Entertainment/wifi system didn't work & crew didn't seem to care. They said they would reset it but never did."
Pros: "Quick flight, boarding in Vancouver easy, close to security, it crowded."
Cons: "Connection in Toronto was tight. The flight to bos boarded late so we didn’t miss it but we cleared security and customs to US and ended up there 5 min after scheduled pre boarding time."
Cons: "Took 45min to bag check (3 agents and only 3 families ahead of me) and when I did bag drop, I’d already checked in online, the agent tagged my luggage to Calgary not vancouver and put it under someone else’s name. It’s been over 34 hours and still no word from westjet. Calgary is an 1 1/2 hr flight to Vancouver. Not impressed."
Pros: "That the flight took off on time."
Cons: "Sitting on edge wondering if the flight was going to take off as so many flights were delayed or cancelled."
Pros: "Selection of entertainment good."
Cons: "Last minute seat changes at loading time. Seats must have been randomly selected because couples previously seated together and on the same locator number were now separated. Cons: "As a military spouse I was not allowed to check a bag free so I paid the fee. When I boarded I noticed many passengers bringing bags on that we're as big as the one I just paid for. They either checked for free or brought it on and managed to shove it in sideways taking up space that others needed. Some people brought three bags on!!! As a military spouse I feel cheated to have had to pay when others checked in for free at the gate. Not cool United, either let the spouse check in for free or make everyone abide by the so-called rules of one carry on that actually fits into that metal baggage guide. I would like a refund of 50.00 for the baggage fees I paid for this trip."
