Pros: "I love that the plane has extra space available between seats (with no one in the middle) & that everyone was encouraged to keep their mask on at all times."

Pros: "The KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring when there was confusion with my ticket."
Cons: "I booked KLM flights (Cork - Tampa return) but the planes were in fact Aer Lingus and Delta. So I have no idea what KLM is like. When I checked in at Cork the ground staff could only give me a boarding card for the first flight. For the second one she said I would have to go to the Delta counter in Amsterdam. It was difficult to find a counter there or staff as check-in was all by computer. The computer kept saying 'error' when I put in my code. I eventually was directed to a KLM desk (nicely hidden). I was told that my seat no longer existed. At this point the flight was ready to board. Thankfully the KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring and upgraded my ticket to economy comfort. On the way back, I could only get a boarding card for my first flight. The second two I had to collect at the boarding gate of the second flight."

Cons: "Delta offers a decent product on most of their fleet but the 717 or MD-88/90 can be extremely loud at the back of the plane. You better bring ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones and learn to read the flight attendants lips."

Cons: "The person sitting next to me what is not able to fit in their seat, therefore, he filled his seat and half of my seat. I don't think it's fair that I paid for a full seat and only was able to use half of my seat. I was incredibly uncomfortable the entire flight. I was pressed up against the window and against the stranger passenger that I did not know. By the end of the flight, my shirt and my pants are soaked with sweat, it was not my sweat."

Airplain was clean and crew was friendly and pilot was nice as well, we had some air bumps on our way, so pilot took time to explain why he turned on seat sign, as well as he told 5-10 minutes before start lending that it is ladt change to get up to use restroom if someone needs it. The landing was smooth"
Cons: "Employees of united in Tampa airport are rood, to be exect lady Jennie M (or something starting with J and inial M) It was my flight back to Chicago. I had basic economy which means I can have only one personal bag (which I did, but it is lil bigger then regular women bags) I new it will fit cause I am flight with it all the time if I am going only for a few days and on those cheapest tickets. She gave me hard time telling me that my purse is to big to take on board and was making me to pay for that and the tone with wich she dpoke to me wasn't nice. When I told her that in Chicago they let me go with that bag, she said: "those united employees are not doing there job, if you want to go with it go, but I'll call too ur gates and they will charge you double for that bag" Which noone did, they did not even stoped me on gates, because my bag is perfectly fitting under the seat."

Cons: "As a military spouse I was not allowed to check a bag free so I paid the fee. When I boarded I noticed many passengers bringing bags on that we're as big as the one I just paid for. They either checked for free or brought it on and managed to shove it in sideways taking up space that others needed. Some people brought three bags on!!! As a military spouse I feel cheated to have had to pay when others checked in for free at the gate. Not cool United, either let the spouse check in for free or make everyone abide by the so-called rules of one carry on that actually fits into that metal baggage guide. I would like a refund of 50.00 for the baggage fees I paid for this trip."
