Food could have been better. Plane was 1/2 full. WiFi was not giving all the movies. Only 6 or 7 to choose from.
The flight got delayed from salt lake and we had to spend a day in Charlotte before another flight came
Nothing - the flight from Chicago to Philadelphia was delayed by about 2 hours. Luckily, was able to get the flight switched to a Chicago - London direct flight.
The connecting flight from Philadelphia to Manchester would've been missed. So, American Airlines booked the same flight for 24 hours later. Luckily, they offered a different flight. Due to the flight changes, the prepaid ground transportation from Manchester to Leeds wasn't used. Transportation from London to Leeds had to be purchased at a much greater additional expense.
We were delayed 45 minutes without reason, we asked to have our flights switched as we were nervous of missing our connecting flight and were told we could not switch. While we were waiting on the runway for over an hour I asked our flight attendant to check on the status of our connecting flight and she basically told us to hope for the best and that we would have to deal with it when we arrived in Toronto

The flight attendant was pretty rude when I asked for help with finding space to put my carry on bag. The seats were INCREDIBLY uncomfortable, they are too shallow and I felt as though I was going to fall off of the seat
Crew was courteous and the plane was not packed like the previous one, so it was good there was room to stretch out the legs.

The Wet jet staff were very accommodating and lovely. The on board staff and on ground staff did their best to be very accommodating during very problematic weather issues related to Toronto.
We were given wheels up time twice due to delays in Toronto for freezing rain. I ended up changing my flight to a direct from Calgary to London. The amount of time spent in the airport was definitely a negative.
Return flight was delayed over 6 hours. Too many hours spent unnecessarily in airport. The delay in this flight cost me a day without work. We landed in Toronto @ 5:30 am. Out of security by 6 am. My shift at the hospital started at 7 am. I have never had a flight delayed to this extent, especially without an explanation. My nephew was on flight 1894 from Toronto. Everything was fine when they checked the ETD. They arrived at YYZ at 1300 only to finally board 12 hours later. Totally unacceptable.
Signed up for txt notifications, but not informed of flight dep delays; told repeatedly of 'full flights at del gate but not the case, lots of empty seats; delayed again on arrival, waiting for 'assigned' berthing to open up, which was assigned to another plane; had to walk 'miles' to get to security once inside terminal - why doesn't AirCanada get decent treatment in assigned berthing at Pearson, especially after midnight when there must be hardly any flights arriving...

Most crowded flight I'VE EVER experienced. Narrow seats and NO legroom! Servicing only complimentary room temp. Water a 3hr trip. Retired now but was flying weekly during my 30 years plus career I'm shocked at the very basic services. Soon you will probably consider and fee for toilet use!
I didn't go. It was $400 just to change my name on my ticket from my maiden name to my married name. I am so disappointed and will never use Kayak again!!!

Improper handling of situation. There was flight scheduled later, but CS agent kept jerking us around. By the time I reached the United counter, the next flight was full. My total flight time was 36 hours. I still can’t believe that the pilot was missing. Worse yet, the agent at the gate could have made things much easier instead of telling everyone that a pilot was on his way to the airport.
Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!
We had to wait almost two hrs on the plane before take off.
