Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips."

Everywhere the service was impeccable except for Nashville I never did get the wheelchair and had to walk to the gate My back hurt me for most of the next 24 hours. In my own country I was treated the worst."

Instead of waiting for 22 hours for the next available flight, or driving for 7 hours from Atlanta to Cincinnati, we had to fly into another city and drive to Cincinnati from there AT OUR OWN EXPENSE. It was a rebooking nightmare."

Delta has a new policy that these tickets are not allowed to have certain privileges that tickets purchased on their own site have. Unbeknown to us, one of these is the ability to select your seat. On the ride from CVG to FLL we were assigned seats in the back of the plane, but at least we were next to each other. On the way back, we were not assigned a seat at all. We arrived to the airport almost 4 hours before the flight and were still not assigned a seat and were told we would have to speak to the gate agent. Even we when spoke to the gate agent, they still did not have a seat. It was not until we had already started the boarding process that they called us up and told us that we were going to be sitting 5 rows apart, both in a middle seat."

After 30 minutes they saw that my seat assignment had been changed and that is why my boarding passes that I had printed at home did not match what their computer showed. I booked this reservation in May and had a seat chosen fairly toward the front. I am 73 years old and the closer to the front I can be helps. When I finally got on the plane to my surprise my seat was the very last seat on the plane across from the restroom. People continued to leave the door open after using the restroom so had to get up and continue to close the door or look at the restroom the whole flight. There was never any explanation as to why they did this. As a result, being lst off the plane, I almost missed my connection as I had to go two terminals over for my connection. At my age I cannot run so I arrived as the last people were getting on the plane. I will never fly American Airlines again."

Cons: "American Airlines seemed to be out of sorts on both days of the trip. My connecting flight seat was not assigned until I got to my connecting airport. On the way back, we sat in the plane for over half an hour with no explanation. We then had to de-plane due to engine issues. The attendants at the counter were not that efficient with rescheduling itineraries, as they were often taking breaks, engaging in chit-chat with other workers, and answering personal phone calls during the process. On the connecting flight back, the ground crew "was not ready" for the plane and advised us to "hang out". This made for very little time in finding my connecting flight home (especially because the assigned gate was not even listed in the airport terminal). Not overly dramatic. Just a lot of small things that culminated in a very frustrating travel day. I will likely be avoiding American Airlines in the future."

Same bag used numerous times then I was told I'd have it the next day by noon call at 2 pm and it says it's on its way them receive a call at 430 pm saying he just left the airport wtf?! Just over all very bad service and didn't get a damn thing for my troubles."

Cons: "Of course, paying for carry on is absolutely ridiculous. I don't really drink pop while on plane, BUT $2.99 per can of pop is robbery. I can't even tell you how greedy that is."

Cons: "Having flown multiple times on Frontier, I find it odd that you never hear anything from the cockpit. Like: Welcome passengers. estimated time in flight, crusing altitude, estimated arrival time, weather at destination, starting decent, etc. Of course, as an ex-military and corporate aviation pilot, the more I know the more comfortable and connected I feel."
Cons: "Replacement flights would have required us to lose two days and spend the night in Denver - not our destination"

Pros: "On both flights the crew was extremely friendly, fun and accommodating. Both flights took off on time and our flight home landed 45 minutes early!"
Cons: "The seats are not the most comfortable. You do have to watch out for all the added fees: checked bags, carryon bags, seats (you actually have to pay separately for your seat), food, drinks, etc.. When comparing costs - you need to add everything up. In our case, Frontier was still around $150 less than Delta. But don't be fooled by the low fare when you still have to buy a seat and pay for baggage."

Cons: "Pretty much everything else. I checked in online - where they clearly state that there will be a bag drop for prepaid checked luggage. There was not. Instead there were three people behind the counter (only two were actually taking anyone from the long line) - who seemed completely confused. They at least knew that the gate had changed, but they didn't know where it had been changed to. I found it. It then proceeded to change 3 more times. The final change was not announced, we all just followed another passenger who had seen the change listed on the airport departure screen. The final gate was "39" a door in a hallway that opened up onto a tarmac. We waited there about 30 minutes (after the scheduled boarding time) before the door opened. They had no scanner for passes, so the attendant had to write things down on paper when we showed him our passes!! The actual cabin is tight, but that's to be expected. What wasn't expected was the random turning off and on of overhead lights throughout the (red-eye) flight. It was like a torture technique. To round out this great experience, the flight attendant instructed us to de-board the plane in order. Row 1 (left side) then row 1 (right), etc. This clearly pissed off many passengers who had no carry-on luggage and could have just walked off while those with stuff in overheads waited. When I finally got to exit the plane, I heard a guy somewhere behind me say "f-you" to the crew as they gave us the traditional "have a good day". We all felt the same, just didn't say so."
Cons: "It was almost 3 hours dleyed and nobody explain why, and we walk to airplan from outside it was terable."
Pros: "The employees were nice."
Cons: "The line at the airport to drop off my luggage (which was prepaid) was crazy long as most people had not prepaid and some were trying to pay with cash (which Frontier does not accept). Even tho I had my boarding pass printed and luggage paid for I waited almost an hour in this line - and I arrived 2 hours 1/2 early. After arriving in Cincinnati the luggage took at least 40 minutes to arrive at the pick up point. On my outward bound trip to Orlando the luggage took over an hour to arrive at the luggage carousel. It seems that Frontier does not have a good rapport with the baggage handlers at the airports."
Pros: "I liked the initial price of the flight. But it only goes downhill from there."
Cons: "You have to pay for your seat, anywhere from $6-36, no complimentary drinks or snacks on a 2.5 hour flight, very little legroom on a fairly large plane, a 9:15am flight took off at 10:30am... all in all a bad experience. The crew was friendly and boarding was easy, but a $35 checked bag, and a $35 carry on bag fee made this flight cost significantly more tha from competative airlines. Very disappointed and I don't think I'll be flying Frontier again."
Pros: "This was my first flight in nearly 25 years and it was my moms and son's first flight ever. Enjoyable experience and we definitely hope to do it again soon!"

I all but had to rais my hand and shout out to the attendant to take my order - the passanger next to me had to say something to the attendant on my behalf. I get people at one point or another have an off day - but it was bad a Ly the same on the way on second leg f the trip"

There were no complimentary drinks or snacks, and the flight had the most turbulence I've ever experienced in my life, and the on-board crew was unfriendly and it felt like they could not wait for us to leave. I will never fly Frontier again"

The line I was able to skip at airport check in was horrible and I felt like a pro being able to go straight to security!"

Cons: "They cancelled my flight the night before, their website gave confusing information (some places said it was on time, some said cancelled), and I was on hold for SEVEN HOURS!!!!! They never actually answered the phone. Guess what? I went to the airport in person, and nobody was at the Frontier counter for 3 hours. When someone finally showed up, THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE NUMBER I WAS ALREADY ON HOLD WITH! I told him I'd been awake the entire night trying to solve this issue. SCREW IT! In the end, I went with Delta, costing me $441 more dollars on top of what Frontier stole! Delta was fantastic, the guy who booked me was hilarious and helpful, and I'm never messing with this 3rd party nonsense again unless I get a full refund."
