Cons: Why should we have to buy a seat after already buying a ticket to check-in. The check-in process should be separate from the seat buying process so passengers can check-in without having to buy a seat like all other airlines do. You need to maintain the basics.

Cons: The Delta flight leaving Cleveland was a hour and a half late so we could not make our connection to get home and had to overnight in Minneapolis. This is the fourth time in six flights For Delta. I think the Kayak booking algorithm needs to allow more time between connecting flights.

Cons: - more communication (any!) about bag status when landed - flight delay due to too many/too heavy baggage. Long delay was said to be due to making sure our baggage would accompany destination. Upon arrival, bag was left in NYC but this wasn't communicated. No info on bag status at airport or via ema

Pros: I was surprised that we received two meals and constant drinks in economy. Delta definitely has better hospitality than American.

Cons: The seats were really tight between the rows. The space between the seats on the same row were typical.

Pros: I feel like there is more leg room in the seats then in other discount airlines! I like the snack and drink, this breaks up the flight a bit. This is nice for me because I don’t like to fly.

Cons: The staff seemed miserable. No one was nice or even smiled. Just felt like they couldn’t wait for this leg of their day/trip to be over.

Cons: The communication to the passengers. Our flight kept getting delayed every 30 min. They kept telling us different reasons. We were supposed to take off at 2:40pm and we waited every 30 min delay until 7pm. We have kids so we had to get home. We ended up renting a car and driving to Austin.

Cons: There was no way for us to add another bag after our seat placement. No one answered the phone for Alligent and the website didn’t work. It costs $20 extra to do this at the airport. Even though it was not our fault that there was no one answering phone calls (and no way to leave a message)

Cons: By the time you pay for your luggage it’s the same price as another airline with comfortable seats more amenities, an actual gate to board the plane vs stairs on the runway,it wasn’t in the main terminal and there weren’t many options for food, the terminal was to small for the amount of people and the plane was delayed coming and going in both directions 6 days apart.

Cons: information in the reservation part of this app could have been better, my layover was 22 hours long. the 1st time i looked at this flight it was 30 mins long.

Pros: We had about a 45 minute weather delay but those things can't be helped. The Captain kept us informed and he flew like superman getting us through all that crazy wind coming into Las Vegas. The plane was new and clean, the crew was great. Love that wide aisle...it eliminates that sardine feeling!!

Pros: Nothing. It is a cheap airline and it shows. It is the worst airline I have ever flown.

Cons: The crew was okay but it must be depressing to work for a company where you cannot get a glass of water without paying for it. I had never flown allegiant and was not prepared for paying $50 for my carry on bag.

Cons: Being on time... I missed my connection to Eugene. They boarded late because the plane came in late but then fiddling around with paper work for 20 minutes. We were then one hour late and they unloaded on the ground and bussed us to the terminal making us even more late. Also $40 added at check in

Cons: Be aware - mobile boarding passes only available to customers purchasing reserved seats. In addition, as of this writing, known issue with TSA pre-check not always printing on mobile boarding passes. Also fly out of intl terminal at SFO for domestic.
