Pros: The seats were very good. The crew was helpful and friendly.
Cons: We had a connection in Detroit. The flight from Seattle to Detroit arrived about 30 minutes late, and we barely made the connection. Apparently Delta had not told the Detroit-Boston flight to wait a few minutes for us. We did make the connection, but we arrived at the gate with no seat assignment (we had been bumped the day before from our original flight because of a mechanical problem) as the plane was loading. Had we missed the flight, we would have had to spend the night in Detroit and go to Boston the next day. Delta should have told the gate agent that we were coming.
Pros: The crew was very professional and polite, my flight attended (blond lady) was very pleasant and very professional. She should be promoter to teach others how to be professional without kiss passenger's a*s.
Cons: Could be better if the check in line employee were be able to sell one way ticket to Boston at 13:20hr , instead I had to purchased round trip just to get at my destination at planned time. Also I had to pay 30 dollars to go get the next flight at 18:59hrs , which was extremely inconvenient.
Pros: Amazing crew!
Pros: Smooth flight. Crew friendly.
Cons: More leg room
Cons: It was the most mediocre flight I've taken in a long time. And I still had to pay $100 for an exit row instead of a regular seat. Really? $100 for no recline, no underseat storage, and nothing more than cliff bars and goldfish crackers? Delta.... You can do way better
Pros: Friendly crew
Pros: Pretty straight forward. Clean. Efficient.
Pros: Middle seat was empty
Cons: We were delayed by 2 hours because of storms in Atlanta. The crew was awesome with updates but it made for a long day.
Cons: Significant delay of departure.
Pros: The food and drinks were so lovely, it felt like I was in first class rather than the cheapest economy seat. Great entertainment selection and comfortable seat that let me sleep well.
Cons: Proper communication
Cons: Delayed and did not explain why
Pros: Nice plane, good service and pilots, great landing - no issues at all.
Pros: Food, timeliness, comfort
Cons: Not sure
Pros: individual TVs
Cons: it would be great if you could not use all those one-use plastic cups. waste is a real issue in the US and the solution is using re-usable items like washable cups. Unboarding was a nightmare and it started to get really hot waiting to get off.
Pros: Everyone was great!
Cons: Double booking and payment of flight. Dropped flight bookings. Not a good trip
Pros: No delay and friendly crew!
Cons: Not much leg room and the coffee was horrific.
Pros: Everyone was very friendly and courteous the plane was very comfortable!
Cons: I know things happen but it didn’t make a pleasant travel experience sitting on the plane for almost 2 hours and the fear of missing my connection to NO
Pros: Awesome customer service
Cons: No complaints
Pros: The leg room in comfort+ was nice.
Cons: I didn't like how the cabin temperature was freezing cold. My wife and I were wearing long pants and sweaters and were still freezing. We asked the flight attendants twice for blankets and each time they said no. I know they had extra blankets but for some reason they did not give us one. I thought that sitting in comfort+ they'd at least give us the comfort of a blanket but I guess not... Oh well.
Pros: Overall everything was great would definitely recommend delta to others .
Cons: Seat did not recline.
Pros: Crew was friendly enough, but not overly.
Cons: Entertainment system was (again) not fully functional. No success to "noon-movies", such as games. Plane was untidy almost from the beginning. Check-in staff was functional, but not particularly friendly.
Pros: Even though we were in the very back row, we did not experience a foul smell from the restrooms. This was a very nice relief. It is bad enough that the seats don't recline and there is no window in the very back row but prior experience with the added nausea of foul restroom order has been a serious insult to injury. In this case there was really minimal odor. Also since we are traveling as a family we are very happy that we were seated together. We have experienced the past that sometimes our seats will be fragmented and that creates major challenges when you are traveling with young children. However on this particular flight the ride was rough during both takeoff and landing, a lot of side to side shimmy. Also the cabin pressure varied quite a bit during landing causing all the kids to complain about some discomfort in their ears.
Pros: From the gate agent to the in-flight crew and pilot, totally impressed and pleased with their attention to detail and care of the passengers.
Cons: Nothing to asd
Pros: Happy to get an earlier flight - and was put in ComfortPlus
Cons: Small plane, no entertainment (movies, music)
Pros: Food and nice crew
Cons: No tvs and bad WiFi
Pros: Friendly crew with modern plane
Cons: Why am I paying for first class for just snacks I can buy in an airport shop?
Cons: Haven't made it yet... still on standby in later flight
Pros: No food or entertainment on short flight
Pros: The TV selections
Cons: Missed our connection due to not enough time between connecting flights, Change of plans due to missed connection not anywhere near each other, one hour spent on the The tarmac... No earbuds available, No drink or food service... Worst flight experience ever
Cons: Change d for WiFi. Cheap
Pros: Clean and good size sears
Cons: Slow boarding, crew tires and it showed, pretzels no nuts,
Pros: Easy flight. Plane and crew were fine
Cons: It was a short flight but no entertainment on this plane.
Pros: We flew a plane that had 2 row seats. I booked that for my daughter and me as well as seats ahead of an exit so we would have no one behind as. Great seats and they reclined quitea bit. We were very pleased.
Pros: Exceptional flight staff -
Pros: The crew were nice
Cons: The wifi didn't work at all, the entertainment system wasn't working until they did a reboot during the flight
Pros: We got almost an absurd amount of food and drink on the flight, which was great. A meal, two snacks, a bottle of water, and several passes of the drink cart. The flight staff were all great, the entertainment options were plentiful. Really just a great flight.
Cons: The Amsterdam airport was ludicrous. We were making a connection and had to go through four different levels of security. Our 1hr45minute layover was completely taken up just waiting in random lines to have someone look at our passports, or ask us to pull up our full flight itinerary email (teh boarding pass was not enough for her....). I appreciate the security attempts but it was really over the top, and the staff had no idea what they were doing (were bad at directing people to the right place or explaining what they needed). Note that NONE of this was the fault of Delta or KLM, completely teh airport.
Pros: Entertainment good. Service good.
Cons: Disembark a disaster with broken jetway
Pros: Great stewardesses, good food
Cons: All good
Cons: Probably the roughest, bumpiest landing over ever experienced. The brakes were grinding very loudly during taxi (I overheard several other passengers comment on this). The plane was very cramped and the air smelled. Thank God it was such a short flight.
Pros: Good selection of movies available, but right half of touch screen was broken...
Cons: Flight departure was delayed almost 30 minutes for "baggage," but Delta still managed to leave many passengers' luggage in Amsterdam. Desk agent guaranteed baggage delivery within 24 hours. 4 days and 3 airports later, my bag reached my hotel. Fly Air France instead. The food is better and they won't lose your luggage.
Pros: Nothing really.
Cons: Arrived at airport at 08:00a for 09:10a flight. Delay for weather, then crew rest, then cancelled ~6 hours later. All while sitting in the airport like a dope. Put on a flight with overnight in LGA, but they could not tell us if a voucher would be provided. Usual story since the govt does not mandate the airlines do better. Was not advised to try standby on other later flights, which worked. Finally landing in BOS, we sat for 45+ min waiting for a third person to flag the plan to the gate. Understand why, but really annoying after such a long day full of delays. Felt many areas could have been handled better. Each person individually tried, but in aggregate it was a mess.
Pros: It was comfortable
Cons: Everything was good
Pros: I like that all the chairs have working electric charger. Other airlines probably have this but it is important for me and they have this.
Cons: The Terminal in Chicago had no open amenities and overcrowded.
Pros: Everything about my trip was exceptional!
Cons: Entertainment system nor working properly. 40 minute flight delay due to minor cabin seat malfunction.
Pros: Nothing special good or bad
Cons: My seat did not recline properly and had to sit upright throughout the flight, so was less comfortable.
Cons: We need food
Pros: I had a great seat
Cons: Attention to detail by the gate attendant who totally missed that I was boarding the wrong flight
Cons: Leave a seat empty in the middle could be good for social distancing
Pros: The crew was nice
Cons: American has been overbooking flights, doesn't respect social distancing, not true that the middle seat is empty, the person next to me coughed frequently, and since it was a FULL flight, I couldn't get another seat!, never again American
Pros: Very timely and efficient
Cons: Seats are really small
Cons: How come I always have a beautiful and talented flight attendant? She was perfect!
Pros: Flight diverted. Poor communication
Cons: Realistically explain options of what may happen due to weather issues
Pros: Flight was fairly smooth. Food was available for purchase.
Cons: No onboard entertainment, either in seat or “shared”. Although I checked in over two hours ahead of my flight, my baggage was somehow placed on a later flight and will not arrive until early tomorrow morning.
Pros: I was pleased there was entertainment for a short flight.
Cons: My original flight was cancelled and I could only be booked onto one the following day, causing me to miss a good portion of my dear friend's wedding festivities. I am pretty bummed to have paid the amount for a Friday flight only to be able to arrive on Saturday.
Pros: Ne’er front of plane for easy on/off. Payed extra for extra leg room.
Cons: Flight attendants were overworked on a full flight.
Pros: Amazingly professional, informative crew despite having had been diverted at the last moment and dealing with multiple issues from laptop freezing, an uncooperative passenger and delayed take off. My hats off to this crew; we had a smooth landing and very pleasant experience on board.
Cons: The terminal was under construction and extremely crowded. We could have used some help from the ground crew shepherding people, keeping hallways clear. Would probably be useful to not have gates immediately opposite each other both trying to board with space being so limited.
Cons: We were delayed at the gate after getting on the plane. While the crew was communicative it would have been better if we were alerted before boarding
Pros: New gates at Philadelphia are beautiful but are hard to get in and out of and the design almost forces people into the hallway which clogs up pedestrian traffic down the corridor
Cons: There were no announcements at the gate. So it was very disorganized and people were frustrated I had purchased some fried breakfast rice at the gate and it came in a bag. The woman at the gat told me I had too many bags. It’s not a bag lady. It’s fried rice. She was not friendly. At least smile when you tell me to combine my takeout bag and my very small cross-body bag that is barely big enough to hold my Iphone. Most of the announcements in flight were muffled and hard to hear. The safety speech was really quite terrible. I think someone was torturing her to do it. It was really quite painful to listen to.....
Pros: Great crew again, basic aircraft but comfortable economy seats.
Pros: Despite getting no updates, our flight itinerary was changed from a 3.30pm flight to a 9.20pm flight. Unfortunately this was after landing from Milan at 1.30 with two small children so we had already had a very long day. We absolutely never would have booked this flight itinerary had we known of the change.
Cons: I am beyond stunned that our flight itinerary was changed from 3.30pm to 9.20pm with no notification. This is absolutely unreasonable and inexcusable made even worse that we had already had a very long journey from Milan to JFK with two small children. Evidently the issue was that we booked via a 3rd party off the kayak site and not directly with British airways. When American airways changed the flight from 3.30 to 3.25, the 3rd party company failed to file for our updated itinerary so British air/American air bumped us to the next flight at 9.20pm. We have long been loyal to kayak feeling it provides the best breadth of options and good pricing. Now we may use kayak to see all the options but I can’t booking directly with kayak anymore after this complete disaster. We ended up renting a car and driving from jfk to Boston, getting home 23 hours after our journey had started, stressed, beyond exhausted and now have to return the rental car. Thanks kayak.
Pros: Friendly crew, good pilot, comfy seats, entertainment
Cons: No food served
Pros: Or some attitude re-adjustment. I usually observe rude passengers acting the way some of the stewards were acting.
Cons: Rude staff
Cons: I paid extra for a better seat and it actually had less leg room than my standard seat on my Delta flight.
Cons: Lack of food and drink. Crew lackadaisical.
Cons: flight kept getting changed from delayed to on time then we finally get on the runway and have to shut the engines down and we were told that we would have to wait there for an hour
Cons: I specifically never choose American Airlines because whenever I do there are problems. I chose Iberia, not American Airlines and I got switched to it. Sat at the gate for 2 hours after my flight was ALREADY delayed because they didn't load our luggage under the plane correctly and it wasn't safe to fly. I will be calling American Airlines to file a complaint.
Pros: Gate flight updates
Cons: No information on luggage even though they knew luggage was not received in London They could have sent me an update instead of having me wait at carousel for 1:30 hours waiting for my bag to show up
Pros: Direct service, legroom in main cabin
Cons: Flight bought by American Airlines. Not the same quality as British airlines flight.
Cons: Entertainment. None. Horrible movies on common shared screen. Really sucks on long flights. Would not fly American again until they update enetertainment.
Cons: No wifi. No personal video. Old plane. Felt like 2005 domestic flight instead of 2017 international. I paid $135 each for 2 exit row seats, and everyone around me on the flight told me they had not paid anything and just received the seat today I won't fly AA again I don't think.
Pros: United airlines canceled a flight last minute that I needed in order to get to my best friends' wedding on time, I usually fly AA but the United flights were slightly cheaper at the time. The options United gave me would have had me missing the wedding, AA had more flights that allowed me to make it in time, considering it was booked 12 hours before take-off, it was decently reasonable and left on time and got in early (imagine that, United). Thank you American Airlines, again!
Pros: Im very upset with the flight
Cons: What you guys did its unfair I paid for a reservation. The way you run the business its not right
Pros: The entertainment was updated and refreshing.
Cons: Snacks was only pretzel
Pros: Everyone operated fast and professional
Pros: I made it home.
Cons: No entertainment on the flight, no plugs so my phone died, as I almost missed this flight due to my first leg being late, so I was very bored on this plane.
Cons: We were downgraded from Main Cabin Extra rows 7 and 8 to row 30. We were told that we will get refund automatically. However, we received nothing. Getting a refund back is now becomes a very complicated process with zero transparency. Main Cabin Extra is kind of a scam. We bought it specifically for an extra leg room. However, on the flight from PHX to BOS, all seats in the economy class have the same leg room. The agent explicitly told us that on this plane all seats are the same. So, they offer product they do not have and collect money. Sounds like a scam to me.
Pros: Like the entertainment selection with the gogo app. Just wish there were power outlets to charge my device while watching. Old plane didnt have any
Cons: people suck at boarding and there are too many priority classes (i'm gold)
Pros: - It was on time
Cons: - No food although I was entitled to free snack with my status - Service was inexistant - Premium seat (front row) thanks to my One World status but no space for my legs at all - it would have been better in a normal seat
Cons: Thought it was funny I didn't get a survey about my disaster trying to leave Boston, only the on time flight getting back. 6 hour delay leaving because of a warning light they didn't catch to begin with. Missed a whole day of vaca. No help once they deplaned us. Horrible flight. First time on American too. Paid for a window seat specific and had no window.
Cons: Previous flight was cancelled so I never made this one.
Pros: Entertainment system has a good selection
Cons: No earphones to listen to the soundtrack on the entertainment system
Cons: Cancelled flight last minute and I was put on another flight hours later; with a 1.5 hour delay too; no credit or voucher provided
Pros: The actual attendants on board were perfunctory but had zero urgency or understanding that we had been delayed or notified we'd be so delayed. Appeared there was zero communcation between the gate staff and actual crew. So much was so 'typical Miami' which is just a sad way any travel experience should be described. I expect more from the largest global airline especially when I just listened to several interviews from the CEO who appeared to pride himself to be accurate in being the best to serve his patrons.
Cons: Wish we had arrived on time we are an hour and a half late
Pros: Exceptional crew, easy boarding and flight
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: Crew was very helpful Everything was on time
Cons: Very bumpy ride (not anyone's fault) Very uncomfortable seats
Cons: Bag fees are a little high
Pros: Allegiant does a great job of turning flights and getting you out on time in general. The crew is friendly and helpful.
Pros: Comfortable and inexpensive tickets
Cons: It was all good!
Pros: The price was excellent.
Cons: The flight was delayed for two hours.
Pros: Nothing is good on this flight. It was delayed by 7 hours and the communication is not proper
Cons: Customer service
Pros: Fast boarding. Crew were pleasant.
Cons: Free beverages
Cons: They could have not been 8hrs late
Cons: Good flight.
Pros: All wa great
Cons: Signs at the airport and terminal info
Pros: Efficient, direct flight, outstanding price, quick boarding, left late but arrived on time
Cons: Nothing. I did not try food or entertainment on this flight.
Cons: Runs late but no updated to arrival board, the attendant was rude when asked what time they thought the plane might be leaving.
Pros: Our plane was struck by lightning and therefore not able to fly, so we were deboarded and left to wait until a rescue flight could come in from Boston. Over the course of 4 hours, the crew kept us updated with every little change and were all very helpful! Once we were able to board the rescue plane, the crew handed out complimentary candy and drinks to help ease the wait times. Highly recommended!
Pros: The plane didnt crash :) Friendly attendants.
Cons: NO WIFI. Flights are delayed often, what looked like a brand spanking new plane had the most uncomfortable seats ever, felt like sitting on wood in the exit row. You get what you pay for though.
Pros: Our trip to Knoxville was great- no complaints. A/c cool— flight on time.
Cons: Trip back to FLL air was not working well. Plane dirty as well.
Pros: Nothing to like!
Cons: Allegiant has an obscure boarding policy that shuts down online and in-person check-in 45min before departure. We got to the Allegiant desk 35min before departure to get our boarding passes and no luggage to check, and were told we missed the flight because check-in wasn’t allowed anymore. That policy should be made very visible and clear to anyone buying tickets on Allegiance as no other airline does that to passengers. We lost 4 tickets and had to buy tickets for a flight the following day. Horrible experience!
Cons: 4 hours late. No explanation. I have flown Allegiant 3 times. Late twice.
Pros: Great flight. Great staff.
Pros: Availability at last minute was awesome, and the price was excellent. The direct flight was great too!
Cons: No frills... no peanuts!
Pros: Would highly recommend the connection and the Allegiant jet was a fairly new Airbus, very comfortable.
Pros: The entire crew we're so accommodating and Robin was hilarious, made the hassle of traveling enjoyable and entertaining.
Cons: Nothing all was great!
Pros: Great price on airfare
Cons: Long line for baggage check in
Pros: Front seat leg room
Cons: No WIFI.
Pros: The staff is always helpful and flights are comfortable.
Pros: The crew, from start to finish were great. From gate to gate The plane was nice and clean. The phone app was pretty well done also.
Cons: I know you have to make a buck but damn. Peddling food, drink all the charges and the credit card offer during the flight.
Pros: Love the ticket price, but charging $44 for a carry-on? C'mon man! Added charges that were worth it? Priority boarding: $15, Exit row seating: $25 Also be advised that all food & drink is for purchase and must be purchased with debit or credit card - absolutely no cash.
Cons: Allegiant needs to put more than just school bus seats in their aircraft.
Cons: Flight cancelled on the way to the airport due to weather. Weather wasn't due to turn bad for 36 hours.
Pros: Flight attendants did the best they could; just a bad situation. It happens.
Cons: Said it was a radio problem, but we were delayed, told we were leaving, delayed, de-planed, changed planes and finally got in nearly four hour late.
Pros: Flight went smooth
Cons: I checked into my flight with luggage to check in. The lady behind the counter said I could not check my luggage that the only way for it to get on the plane was to take it through the TSA checkpoint. They confiscated everything in my bag that was over 3oz which was quite a bit of stuff hence the reason why I was trying to check it in. I will not be flying Allegiant air again.
Pros: I had 44 min they wouldn't give me my boarding pass then the flight was delayed to 5:30 and they still wouldn't allow me up.
Pros: Very efficient service... actually a good experience.
Cons: The airline nickel and dimes for everything.
Pros: Flew 2 different legs with Allegiant, both of which were delayed for maintenance stuff. 2nd leg, we sat in the plane for an hour waiting for a maintenance guy, so my wife went to the bathroom. No toilet paper! When my wife asked about it, she was told "we won't be getting toilet paper for this flight." Inexpensive is one thing, but...dear lord!
Cons: First they delayed the flight and then they cancelled the day of and I had to book a whole new flight for the day which was costly. I will never recommend that airline to anyone and I wanted to like it since I looked at their website and it looked very military friendly, but it was just disappointing
Pros: That fact that they did not suply even one free bottle or cup of water is awful. I was very thirsty but did not get a drink because they chaged $2.00 for one bottle of water, and the is just plain wrong.
Pros: No complaints about the trip to Newqrk. Everyone was very helpful and patient since I am an unexperienced flyer.
Cons: I didn't like thinking I was paying one price then paying another or buying insurance that would have been useless since it doesn't cover anythIntg.
Cons: I didn't like how the air was turned off before we were allowed to leave the plane. It made it difficult to breathe with my asthma.
Cons: No complaints.
Cons: No leg room!
Pros: The flight was on time and the staff were courteous.
Pros: The price
Pros: The flight attendants were very nice and helpful.
Pros: I was prepared for the worst and was pleasantly surprised on all counts. On-line booking easy, check in a breeze, boarding on time, reasonably comfortable flight, baggage no problem.
Cons: Seats a bit flimsy.
Pros: landed safe .
Cons: long delay . actual usual delays with airline . with out exception get very sick every time i fly with allegiant . makes me question proper hygentic maintaince / ventallation system vac and clean. i fly jet blue, southwest and virgin, usually with out illness. if there are health checks by the airline , post them !
Cons: That you guys so tight that would not even offer free water.....
Pros: very professional and helpful crew, very clean cabin, on time, smooth flight
Cons: it was perfect
Pros: It was a fuller flight, but the airline staff did a great job either making sure there was compartment space or checking people's bags for free. Even with the fuller flight, the boarding process went by really quickly.
Cons: Would have preferred to switch the pretzels out for maybe some salty crackers or chips
Cons: I was charge $24.00 for internet and it was too slow. No meals to purchase
Cons: The airline should have reviewed who was delayed on their connection and wait at least 5-10 minutes to accommodate me for a delayed connection. We ended up at the gate for the final leg of my flight and the door closed 30 seconds prior. Very poor internal communications and lack of customer care.
Cons: As my mom explained to me, there was a time in the 1960's when flying was a special experience. The flight attendants were proud to do what they did, and treated people with kindness and civility. That is all gone now. It is an ice cold experience. I feel like cattle.
Cons: The new plane has no usable pouch to put small items in during takeoff and landing - you have to hold everything now, as the cargo net they use barely opens. As hard as the crew hammers you to put things away, having that pouch is handy. Also, we all know we are crammed in too tight.
Pros: Upgraded to First Class so it was great.
Cons: No entertainment unless you download their app and use your personal device. Other airlines do this better.
Cons: It appears united is unable to fly their planes on times, in particular on the East Coast. We were delayed by 90min on each legs
Cons: After we board the plane, we were forced to sit on the tarmac at LAX for 2 hours. I missed the Ferry to Provincetown and it cost me an extra night of hotel in Boston. The food choices were very limited, and the seats are just not comfortable at all!
Pros: I did arrive in Boston, eventually.
Cons: The flight took off approximately 3.5 hours behind schedule and we boarded the flight and waited inside the aircraft for 2.5 hours...why did they do that? The flight attendants were offering water and trying to be as helpful as they could be.... but we're inside the plane, not going anywhere, so not much extra they can do.
Pros: The flight departure was on time and boarding did not seem as challenging to me. Newer aircraft and very friendly crew. Is the friendly skies back?
Cons: Lost my baggage
Pros: Large aircraft half to 3/4 full, so boarding and leaving were smooth.
Cons: Flight attendant passed me by when he was collecting food orders. I never had the chance to get food.
Pros: Crew help and service
Cons: Lending was bumpy. , Internet was not Working and no entertainment chenal as well
Pros: That seats next to me were empty so I was able to sleep comfortably.
Cons: That my ears don't work well, so it's hard to hear the movies.
Cons: Flight was full to capacity
Pros: Flight attendants are nice. I picked one of the seats at the end so plenty leg room.
Cons: OK, United, I understand and fully support "no more seat monitor" policy to reduce costs (even though it seems very backward); however, there's one problem--if you still want to enjoy onboard entertainments, you need to download the United application above 10,000 feet where you can never find your 4G connection. Oh wait, but there's still Wi-Fi service, right? Sure, if you are willing to pay $17 just to download application!! United, I understand how you want to make little money out of a customer's pocket, but this is not how you should do it. You should at least allow internet connection before departure or let the customer aware they need to download application beforehand.
Pros: Comfortable seats
Cons: Boarding took a long time in the plane. There was confusion as they had passengers going both ways in the aisle .. this forced several ppl to stand in the aisle a long time. One of the air hostess had a major attitude. For example one passenger who was stuck in the middle of other passengers asked her politely if she could help him put the carry on in an overhead bin near her .. and she responded "I cant help you, you need to put it up yourself sir". Not something one expects. She was also terse with passengers, ordering them in an annoyed tone.
Pros: I didnt know I could only bring one item on board that had to be checked UNDERNEATH the seat in front of me. I didnt have the "right" ticket for over head storage. I had to buy a box for $15 to put my purse in and THEN pay $35 to check my PURSE in! I couldnt check in early. I had to go to the gate to get a seat assignment and then even though my assigned seat was in the 10th row, I then had to line up in groups like Southwest and I guess my punishment for sitting in economy was to wait to board last. I felt like third class boarder on the Titanic. United has become less than a Greyhound bus. They will NEVER be my first choice again! It was HORRIFIC I will go to ANY other airlines before them. P.S. the service at the Houston counter were rude and awful except for Ms. Edwards
Cons: It began going downhill at the United Lounge, where I put two chairs together to get a little sleep since my flight was scheduled to leave at 12:30am. I was summarily woken up and told that it wasn't appropriate to sleep in a lounge. I complained at the front-desk (politely) and was told ... "This is a lounge". Oh and yes, the Wifi wouldn't connect and the food was stale ... so I left, and found a very nice sofa in the concourse. On the flight, service was non-existent, whoever was in the galley was clattering things about, despite the fact that this is a short red-eye flight ... the coffee was awful. The steward forgot to give me my coat and I had to ask twice AFTER we landed and were leaving the plane to get it. By contrast, Lufthansa has daybeds and a special quiet area to snooze, and offer pillows and blankets. Clearly, the Germans are louche compared to Americans.
Pros: Flight was short.
Cons: I was not informed about the delay until after I checked my bag, otherwise I might have chosen another flight. I was informed that though I could possibly change flights, my bag might not. I have the UA app, and did not receive timely notification. Free WIFI would have been nice as a compensation. A 4 hour delay means I miss my bus and extends my travel time significantly, one more night away from home. You did offer $50 of mt next UA flight for the next year, but I don't fly that often. Considering the reason for the delay was they were waiting for a plane was frustrating.
Pros: Very meticulous pilots, very friendly and accommodating cabin crew
Cons: When we made reservations in February we opted for economy plus seating 8C and 8D on an Airbus A320. In June we received notice of a schedule and equipment change to a Boeing 737-300. I was not told or given the option to change seat assignments, and we were assigned middle and window seats 28E and 28F, which were torture, so narrow and almost no legroom. Why weren't we automatically assigned economy plus seats? Adding insult to injury I had to apply for a refund for the seat upgrade, which again should have been automatic. Seeing as how the return flight was code-shared with AirCanada, United did not give us the option to upgrade seating, so I was forced to call United, waited almost 40 minutes so that they could give me the AirCanada booking reference number which then enabled me to upgrade seats via AirCanada's website. Lucky thing too because there weren't many economy plus seats left. I consider myself to be a savvy traveler, but there were too many unknowns and hoops to jump through in order to get proper seating. Plus the extra fees for premier access and baggage are exorbitant. Finally, I bought an egg white flatbread snack which was awful. I don't see how United gets away with this treatment, it certainly doesn't make for an enjoyable experience when vacationing. In fact we are seriously considering not taking any more vacations requiring flying. We're happy that airlines are profitable, but not at the expense of comfort or navigating options that require very sophisticated knowledge.
Pros: I got home safe.
Cons: The customer service was mediocre. The selection of complementary beverage was minimal compared to other airlines. The staff are disgruntled and sometimes rude. There was always some sort of mechanical problems with the plane going to Puerto Plata and coming back. On the way to DR we had to divert to Miami because of problems with Navigation. They made us wait seven hours and gave us a voucher for food at the last minute. People had already bought food. I would not recommend United to none of my associates.
Pros: goos seat
Cons: There was no food what so ever while business got full dinner and the entertainment was very poor
Cons: Wouldn't let me bring my bag even though there was plenty of space.
Pros: There was nothing I liked about the flight
Cons: Layover in New Jersey was horrible. My flight was delayed 4x, and arrived at my destination 4 hours behind schedule. When I asked customer service for more information regarding my flight, the staff was rude, did not offer a resolution or give an explanation for the delay. A little customer service could have went a long way to make the situation better. I am overall not pleased with the customer service I received and was disappointed with the delay. I don't think I will ever fly united again due to the customer service.
Cons: Flight kept being delayed. Gate agents were rude and not helpful. Acted like I was crazy for being worried I would miss connection. After flight was changed 5 times try finally changed my flight and I had to wait 5 hours at airport.
Pros: Flight took off before scheduled departure time.l
Cons: Passengers were rude as they walked down the isle Several times I was hit by a person walking by me without any apologies.
Pros: It was on time and a little early
Cons: I had to pay to watch any movies which I didn't and service was aloof.
Pros: On time in spite of a late start Gate attendants were nice and helpful Comfortable as is possible in economy without spending a lot more money. Food (pretzels and drinks) as good as possible without spending more money. (I remember the good old days when you got much more in seating and food for your money)
Cons: This flight I had a window seat and I felt like I couldn't get up to stretch my legs or use the bathroom. (I am 70 and 4 hours is too long to sit) I usually get an isle seat but ALWAYS have to give up my bag at the gate - my bag which you tell me I can bring ON the plane with me. I do not like having to waste time claiming my bag that you told me I could have with me on the plane. I can pay $25 for that privilege!! The flight attendants always seem like they have their defenses up. One even held up the people trying to board so she could serve a drink to someone in first class. REALLY?? They couldn't wait till the plane was loaded?? I gave this flight a 'good' rating because it was mostly as good as it is going to get with economy passengers needs stripped to the bare minimum.
Pros: On time
Cons: Too tight. $8 sends a little high for the amount of commercials one has to suffer though on the tv
Pros: Not much
Cons: Flight delayed after boarding by 30 + minutes. Snack was not only meager but tasted stale. As my flight from LA was a bit late I didn't really have time to get something to take on the plane. The on board choices were expensive and not at all appealing. Beverage service was only twice. The plane was dirty I had trash in the seat pocket in front of me. The bathroom I used was awful. Trash on the floor toilet was dirty and it smelt bad. It was comparable to a train I took crossing Siberia in the 90,s. My flight to LA was delayed by 51/2 hours. I was given a voucher but after this experience not sure I will ever use it
Cons: -Jolene at the United check in at the Vancouver airport loves to discriminate -No WiFi on a 5+ hour flight -Old clunky planes -Poor service overall -Noticed employees using their phones constantly instead of helping paying Customers -No leg room -Package on food said snack mix but it only contained pretzels
Cons: We were told there wasn't anymore space for carry ons so I had to check my bag. I got on the plane and there was plenty of space for bags. There needs to be better more efficient communication about baggage space.
Cons: Seats. Not comfortable at all for long flights.
Pros: Comfortable seats, decent drink options
Cons: Boarded late. There were no seats at the gate so everyone had to just stand around waiting to board. No announcement or apology. Took 25 minutes after we landed for the first bag to come down the chute at baggage claim. My first class dining options were chips, pretzels, or a banana. Short flight but still.
Pros: Crew was awesome, flight was half empty, and we arrived 30 minutes early. Couldn't have been better
Cons: Delayed then changed gates with five minutes until boarding with the new gate a half a mile away. Then once onboard we were delayed again.
Pros: Was shocked they still offered drinks on such a short and small flight.
Pros: Crew staff went out of his way to find something for my aisle to snack on when the person next to me asked if there was any snacks on the plane. The plane had to be changed for another plane due to a mechanical issue on the first plane, and the new plane had not been stocked with food after it's previous flight, yet the crew member was able to scrounge up some snacks for us! Also got complimentary directtv - nice, but doesn't make up for not getting home in time yet again.
Cons: United sucks. I have flown it maybe 10-12 times in the past 2.5 years, mostly back and forth between Chicago and Boston. I have had only 3 round trip flights go without a hitch. Every other trip was delayed. This time 4 hours on my return flight to Boston due to a plane switch, boarding of a new plane to discover a mechanical issue, deboarding, waiting for a new plane, then boarding and sitting on the ground for another 40 min before we were able to take off. I was delayed 1.5 hours on the way to Chicago due to another plane swap (no joke). Still doesn't top but my worst 5 hour delay in Chicago on the way back to Boston because the captain didn't show up. United is atrocious and is my last choice or any airline. Only fly when I'm absolutely forced to now due to no other reasonable choices. They are below delta, JetBlue, American, southwest, and embarrassingly, spirit as well. Terrible.
Pros: At least there was room to sprawl out and rest.
Cons: We boarded our plane and during preflight check on the runway the captain learned there was mechanical error (in the right engine fuel something). The issue could not be solved and we had to change planes. On the second plane, the captain shared with travelers that "and two loose wires were found, so it's good we caught that and changed planes". What the heck? Shouldn't basic functions be checked before a plane is boarded? What was supposed to be a 1030 red eye, turned out to be a 1 AM bloodshot eye.
Pros: Captain had apologized many times about the delay. I appreciated that. . Crew attitude towards customers were way better than my first leg.( Beijing to Chicago). I wonder why. Boarding took long time. Many people had no overhead bin for their carry on. I don't have one so I Just watched them. They serviced water and a tiny snack. One man asked if they have something to eat. He was given a bigger bag of snack, free, usually he had to pay. I guess its due to the delay. Waited a little longer for luggages. But I was happy I arrived Boston safe before midnight.
Pros: Crew was very friendly.
Cons: Nothing, great flight.
Pros: One of the friendliest and most customer friendly flights I've had in a long time.
Pros: Planes get delayed for all kinds of reasons both in and out f control of the airline. but something the airline does have control over is how it handles the sitsituatioby letting the passengers know their patience is appreciated. We sat on the runway for 2 and a half hours in summer afternoon in Washington DC because of weather in New York. Only once were we offered a small cup of tepid water. Then someone remembered the pets stuck in the cargo hold, and we went back to the gate. After deplaning, we stood at the gate for thirty minutes and weren't given vouchers for refreshments on the concourse nor bottles or at least bottles of water. Finally we were called for boarding, and then 10 minutes after that, the first passenger actually got on. After a second boarding we made it out to the runway... where we sat for another 40 minutes. Keep in mind, this particular plane has no seat outlets nor in seat entertainment systems, so most people had either dead or dying phones at this point, rendering the "complimentary in flight entertainment" available through the United app useless. Once we were finally in air, we weren't comped drinks or Internet or any other amenity offered by United. I've been stuck in situations like this on other airlines, but they worked to provide the barest glimmer of hospitality. Fly the friendly skies? Nah, we'll overcharge you for everything because our business model is unsustainable but our majority shareholders couldn't care less. A Star Alliance Member™.

Pros: Male server was good.
Cons: Flight time was initially pushed back (booked for 11am, schedule change to 230) and then was over 90 minutes late departing. Very little information on the delay: why, when taking off and no apology.
Pros: I fly w/ an emotional support animal and United made me juMp through hoops to get him on board. I did not need to go through this song and dance w/ Jet Blue or Virgin America.
Cons: The crew was very friendly
Cons: Arrived well before the recommended 1 hour in advance for the domestic flight. Lines to move through their security wrapped around the terminal on multiple floors. Called customer service for assistance and they reported there was nothing they could do. Reminded them that it is their responsibility to manage these types of issues such as telling passenger to arrive 2 hours ahead if they have been aware of this chronic issue. They told me they had no way of contacting the airline staff at the airport to assist us Completely unprofessional, poor customer care and inefficient. Will not be flying with United out of Newark NJ again. If it weren't for the friendly passenger in line who let us move ahead we would have missed the flight. Just made it before the gate to the aircraft closed.
Cons: I was shocked how full the flight was and no flexibility to move around seats! You get what you pay for... no comfort. I won’t be flying with frontier again for a while
Pros: Hair plane was very clean
Pros: The flight was early and plane was very clean
Cons: can't really say anything we got on the plane very fast and we got offbthe plan just as fast. The plan was clean and everyone was so nice plus the cost of ticket was great for me since I'm low income that help a lot. All I can say is keep up the hard work.
Cons: More options for Food (snaks and drinks)
Pros: Made up for lost time
Cons: The delay and not enough info about delay
Pros: Speedy flight arrived ahead of schedule
Pros: Moved along quickly boarding and unloading. Very efficient.
Cons: The price. I found it very odd to pay for the drinks and snacks. First time flying frontier and I was not impressed with the prices and how divided all the costs were, checked bags, carry-on, personal, etc.
Pros: Nice crew
Cons: Maintenance neglected until plane was filled with people, 5 hours of waiting unnecessarily, 30 minute updates that came as each estimated departure times had passed. Paperwork after each incident extended our wait time.
Pros: At first, what seemed like a competitive price.
Cons: Extra cost for carry on bag, and any seat not center. Be aware that its lowe cost to pay for carry on bag online. It was $60 for one way for my one and only carry on bag. And to top it off, the in-flight service only service a cup of water. I will avoid Frontier in the future.
Cons: Delayed on landing for 25 mins
Cons: I didn't like the delays, as it became a problem for the person picking me up.
Pros: Everything was on time a drama free! I paid extra for the "stretch" seating and to carry on my bag and it was worth the extra money.
Cons: The ticketing area opens 2 hours prior to the flight. I was travelling with a friend whose flight out was earlier than mine so that meant we had to say goodbye at ticketing and I couldn't hang with him in the terminal. The Frontier ticketing area doesn't have a self check-in option
Pros: Staff was nice
Cons: Pay for flight, buy a seat, pay for carry on, and ginger ale is $3. Abosolutly ridiculous!
Pros: Clean plane and nice crew.
Cons: Paying $45 for carry on luggage.
Pros: Priority boarding for military.
Cons: The baggage policy was confusing, the seats were not comfortable, and no free drinks or snacks is a big minus. They also spent about 5 minutes trying to sell their rewards credit card which was annoying.
Pros: I did very much enjoy the TS precheck feature-it saved me a lot of time going through security-not having to take off my shoes or not having my personal items gone through extensively and also put me in a good "zone" to board. The crew was very friendly and had a good sense of humor with the routine announcements. Our "walrus" plane was clean.
Cons: Having to pay for carry-on luggage is extremely disgusting! Everything served onboard, except water, brought a charge to the credit card-seems very, very cheap for an airline that used to have a wonderful reputation! Their parent company (the way of the world, today) is only concerned with the "bottom line" and "stick it" to the customers on service!
Cons: First of all, I hate the way Frontier "nickel and dimes" you. $40 for using the overhead bins - give me a break! They have no way to control that! This flight in particular was delayed several times and finally cancelled. Passengers were given cheap lunch vouchers and then told to wait until 12:30pm to call an 800# to reschedule the flight on another airline (if we could find something less than $400). Fortunately, that worked out for me but it was 12 hours between the time I was scheduled to leave and the time I actually left. I'll never fly Frontier again. I'm convinced they only have one airplane!
Pros: Not much
Cons: I was stopped at loading & forced to pay 60 for my carry on even though I checked early online & it showed I had paid 40 for my bag. It was misleading, also checked with a Frontier staff at check in desk & she confirmed I was ok. "Supervisor" at gate was very rude & turned & walked away while I was asking a question & trying to show her my email receipt. I have never gotten sick on an airplane before but I did on all my Frontier flights & there was no air sickness bags in seat. This trip was ridiculous from the start as my flight was changed from non stop direct to overnight layover in which I had to purchase a Hotel room as well as all the extra fees taken after purchase. Frontier is not "cheap" at all. And worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
Pros: Friendly crew
Cons: I was not told I had to pay 45.00 for a carry-on.. I ended paying 80.00 just for a small carry-on bag.. I didn't know I had to purchase snacks. And had to be in a seatbelt for 3hours of a 4hour flight and on my flight back to Orlando. One of the windows fell out where a little girl was sitting. I tried to switch my flight which was my fault for not checking.. To be charged 300.00 to change. I'm never using them again too under handed...
Pros: The plane was so clean and smells very fresh. The airline stewardess was very good in her safety description and everybody really seem to enjoy listening to her.
Pros: There was okay legroom and the plane was spacious. But not a single drink or snack included, even for a4 hour flight. It just felt like they were trying to sell stuff to us the entire time. Even for water! Unbelievable.
Pros: Like, it was a first time experience . Notone wewill repeat. First off chrck in was not available until two hours before departure no one was at the counters when issued a ticket from an attendant she acknowledged my carry-on but said there was no fee to pay when called to board the plane the agent told me to go back to the counter and register my carry-on I did not understand and was irritated when we paid a fee of $45 for that carry-on we were able to board no complementary beverages or water were offered on a two hour and 45 minute flight . It seems like and nickeled and dime operation sorry but hard backseats are not the way I want to travel so very mediocre
Pros: The price was excellent.
Cons: The charge for a carry-on and a checked bag. I feel that if I have to pay for a checked bag, I should not have to also pay for a carry on.
Pros: It was a direct flight between the two travel locations. It was marginally cheaper than the other option, however it was still $800 / ticket, round trip, so not at all cheap.
Cons: I understand that Frontier is now a deep discount / no frills airline that charges you for everything, and have removed almost every convenience from the flight, however the boarding and flight crews were very preachy about the carry-on luggage, going as far as to treat the customers as though we were boarding a flight ran by a policy state, and threatening body cavity searched to make sure that you did not smuggle a carry on item aboard without paying for it, then continuing to tell the passengers that the overhead storage was reserved for passengers paying to bring carry-on luggage aboard. We paid $800 per ticket for this flight, we expected that we would not be treated like children. In addition, the seats did not recline, and the tray table was so small that it was not useful for much of anything, not even large enough to hold the small book that I was reading. Ultimately, I feel that I should have paid the extra $400 to fly Southwest. I used to like Frontier!
Pros: Delayed by over 3 hours. Kept getting delayed every hour by an extra hour. Irritating when it happens during the holiday season
Cons: After a 7+ hour delay, our flight from Nashville to Las Vegas was cancelled. The worst part about this was that nobody from Frontier would tell us anything. We only knew what we could find out online. Once security from the airport confirmed that our flight had been cancelled, the Frontier employee passed out an 800 number for us to call to either rebook or process a refund. Once connected, the employee offered to either refund me a total of $68.10 or rebook me on the next flight out... 3 days later. They offered no compensation for having to stay extra days nor would they offer to book on another airline. I ended up asking for a refund from an irritated and rude employee and had to pay over $600 just to return home.
Pros: The ticket counter personnel in Denver and in Nashville were wonderful, helpful, and took care of everyone quickly. That part was great. And the plane didn't crash.
Cons: Frontier has so many problems - from a terrible website with very confusing instructions where even calling the help line was a nightmare - to charging for every little thing (seats!!, water!!, baggage of all kinds, etc.) When we arrived at the Denver airport we sat on the plane for AN HOUR waiting for a gate so we could get off. The stewards kept saying "just a couple minutes" so obviously someone was lying to us. AN HOUR - really - and no one could solve the problem and find an available gate so we could deplane?!? So we arrived an hour late, which is ridiculous.
Cons: Do something about your lines for checking baggage. They are outrageous. I didn't make my flight.
Pros: I paid for the Perks and got priority checkin to bypass your broken kiosks but then at the gate there wasn't a separate lane for priority. I guess I got a benefit but if I'm paying more than base I want more service.
Cons: If you're going to force me to check a bag that I carry on with every other airline - force me to pay for the unbundled services - you need to get the bags out faster than 35 minutes. I expect actual service when I pay for it. Also, I was in row 4 and the guy in front of me reclined into my lap and I couldn't go back. Need to make that clear at seat selection. That seat is NOT worth as much as the row in front of or behind it. If I knew I could have picked better.
Pros: I liked the fact that you could use the app to check in and the crew was nice and flights weren't bad.
Cons: I didn't like that you couldn't check in until 2hrs before with out on line or the app. It was difficult with 5 people coordinating that. I also didn't like the fact that baggage fees were so high. About 10 dollars higher both ways for baggage compared to united, American and Alaska. The first flight was smooth and great. Flight back had a rough landing although Idk why because the weather was nice.
Pros: Flight was less than $200. There's not much to say here. Flight happened on time, crew did their thing. My knees nearly hit the seat in front of me, but didn't. It was a normal flight in coach on almost any airline. Nothing of note. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it's not Emirates. That's the gold standard of flying coach. Frontier is a budget airline and I chose them because the flight time and the price both sang to me.
Pros: The price
Cons: Hidden costs of paying for a seat
Pros: The seats were comfortable. The flight was inexpensive. Both flights arrived early.
Cons: This was my first trip on Frontier. I am not a nervous flyer at all, but except for the first take off, all the take offs and landings for my round-trip flight had an unusual and uncomfortable amount of lurching, bouncing, and shaking, despite the fact that there was good weather. I don't know if it was the pilots or the aircraft, but, for this reason, I doubt I will be flying Frontier again. Other minimal issues: (1) I know it's a no-frills airline, but I think the lack of any unpaid beverage service, even water, is ridiculous; (2) TSA pre-check shows on the boarding pass, but is not valid.
Cons: I showed up to get boarding pass and no one was at counter. I waited and when she finally showed up she wouldn't let me check my bag that I already paid for online saying I must be there 45 min prior. I was exactly 45 min prior but waited for someone to come check me in. Therefore I JD to open up my suitcase and throw away every product I had since I was carrying my bag on. Trying to rack my brain if that was everything I ran to security. They ran my suitcase through scanner and checked my suitcase 3 times which took a very long time all bc of a wine key I had and forgot about. Finally finished I ran to my gate only for them to tell me it was too late. I am a frequent flyer and am very aware of what to take and not to take on a carry on. But bc it was supposed to be a checked bag it was a nightmare. I have never missed a flight and I have always gone through every airport in the states and internationally quickly and stress free. I will not be flying with frontier again.
Cons: The flight itself was just fine. The problem was the check-in counter at the airport. When I arrived, there was an extremely long line with no Frontier representative at the counter. Everyone was confused and worried we wouldn't make our flight. Eventually ONE person came out to assist customers, but the line moved very slow. The self-check kiosks were all broken as well. It was pretty stressful waiting/wondering if I was going to make it to the gate. Finally two more Frontier representatives came to help and at that point the line moved quickly. The self-serve kiosks are a great perk with Frontier. It was a shame they weren't working at the airport. That probably would've reduced the line significantly so the one worker could be more efficient in helping people check bags.
Pros: Staff very nice helpful and good humored. Great fight sparkling plane
Pros: The flight was fast and the crew was attentive.
Cons: More professionalism is needed by the lady who scanned the tickets at the Gate in Nashville. Very rude to customers.
Pros: Flight was on time
Cons: Have had bad expierences in past with frontier. This trip went well
Pros: Cabin crew coped as well as they could with apparently no info on status.
Cons: Flight delayed hours from beginning; no explanation or accurate info on website. Second leg delayed 3 hrs on ground; no pilot!?
Cons: Did not have food or entertainment. Not a bad thing. But I can't accurately rate those two items.
Pros: Frontier is a poor airline with outrageous prices for in-flight food and drinks. I was not offered even a drink without being charged. Besides, the seats are stiff and very uncomfortable. I am glad it just a 3 hour direct flight. I could not wait to be out of the plane!!!
Pros: On time. Friendly.
Cons: All snacks and drinks cost at LEAST $2. Any carry-on that doesn't fit under the seat in front of you will cost you $45 to carry-on to earn the right to put it in the overhead compartment, OR $40 to check it and have the privilege to wait at baggage claim to retrieve it!!!!
Cons: There is no warning from Frontier that customers will be charged for both checked and carry-on bags. Along with being charged extra depending on what seat the customer chooses (up to $30 additional charge). It's a good thing I went online 24 hours before my flight or I would have been very upset to get to the gate and have had to pay $60 for my bag. There seems to be an up charge for everything after the ticket is paid for, including food and drink. The seats in the airplane felt like glorified plastic lawn chairs.
Pros: Nothing except the flight attendants tried to be pleasant
Cons: On a Friday night the flight was over 4 hours late. There was nobody at the gate the entire time and no notifications on the board we had to find it by calling customer service or notifications on our phone that were confusing. No apologies or explanations were ever offered. No refunds and to add insult to injury when we finally got on the flight they still insisted on charging for a soda. The seats are barely better than sitting on a bus, hard plastic with minimal cushion they are narrow but the leg room is adequate. They took away an entire day literally noon to 9 pm from everyone just wanting to get home or a get away weekend in Chicago and offered nothing, in 2 hours they could have sent another plane from the hub in Denver but felt it was better to ignore probably 150 customers for 6 hours. they could have rescheduled the flight for a later time allowing people to leave the airport and come back or given people food vouchers none of which they did. They could've done a lot of things but chose to be a low-cost airline which they must have felt somehow validated poor customer service.
Pros: Boarding was fast
Cons: Seats were so hard and uncomfortable. I sat close to 2 passengers who didn't speak much English and the crew I felt was very rude and completely unhelpful towards them
Pros: It was a short flight.
Cons: This is as much against kayak as Frontier. If you display a price that includes all fees and taxes then that's what you expect a particular airfare will cost. When shopping on Kayak most people are looking for the best deal. If upon the day I fly I effectively have to pay the equivalent of the original fare AGAIN just to carry on my bag then I feel deceived. If I had known the actual cost to fly Frontier the day I selected this fare I would never have chosen Frontier. And I never will again. The ticket counter employees are obviously tired of hearing such complaints as well. They are a surly bunch.
Pros: For the money, it can't be beat! The only reason I gave 1 star for food & entertainment is because there was none. Which is perfectly fine for my 1 1/2 hour flight.
