Pros: The food was remarkably good for a US airline. The wine was good as well. I found enough video material to entertain me throughout the long flight, although I would have liked a decent classical music program.

Cons: I had to ask for a pillow and when I did not take the blanket becaue it was comfortable I had made a mistake. It was VERY chilly in the last third of the flight and there was no way to locate personnel, or even a call button in the darkened plane to ask for one.Finally I climbed up on my seat (short people cannot reach the overhead bins on this plane) to get my coat out of the overhead bin and passed the last hours bundled up in that. While water was passed out frequently, collecting cups and bottles, not to mention the remnants of the snack or meals was not high on the priority list and eventually we were sitting in a trash pile. Bravo for having luggage available as soon as we got through customs!

Pros: I always enjoy the staff; they are always pleasant.

Cons: Not being told about the 3 hour delay until I was already at the airport.

Pros: Boarded and left JFK on time and arrived 15 minutes early to Seattle. Love DELTA.

Pros: The flight attendant helped me find a place for my carry on and even stowed it for me. That almost never happens! Leg room was more than I expected. No delays.

Cons: Entertainment system had to be rebooted 4 times on the return trip. Not a big deal, as I always have plenty of reading material to pass the time.

I was happy to be ticketed for an exit row aisle seat, but this was then given to another passenger and I was disappointed to be forced into a middle seat on a non-exit row with less leg room. Not all advertised beers were available.

Cons: Staff are part time employees and do not arrive to check in counter until 1.5 hours before flight. When flying out of this airport you do not need to arrive 2 hours early.

Pros: Our plane was struck by lightning and therefore not able to fly, so we were deboarded and left to wait until a rescue flight could come in from Boston. Over the course of 4 hours, the crew kept us updated with every little change and were all very helpful! Once we were able to board the rescue plane, the crew handed out complimentary candy and drinks to help ease the wait times. Highly recommended!

Cons: the soda can was 2$ and for a rum and coke 20$, the plane was uncomfortable

Pros: Food quality was above average (compared to Air France, for instance). On-board entertainment system offers a lot of movies or tv series, assuming it is in working order.

Cons: A negative point for the entertainment system is the variety of movies - all US based movies. Other airlines mix in foreign movies, Delta is squarely US centric. Also, the entertainment system didn't properly work until rebooted, but flight attendants could not be contacted to get this done timely (cannot call attendants through a non-functional screen). Another concern is the noise level of the cabin, but it's mostly due to passengers.

Cons: Boarding done against logic: my seat was in the last 5 rows of the cabin and I was scheduled to board in the final group. When I got to my seat the first 30 rows were nearly fully, but the back of the plane was half empty. The whole time the gate agent was urging passengers to move faster through the aisle, but Delta should really rethink its boarding strategy. It shouldn't take 40 minutes to board a 757.

Cons: Flight delayed, no honest info put forth. Fortunately changed my flight to 1:37 pm flight, original flight left after 3 pm! Got stuck with middle seat.

Cons: American did not allow an upgrade at gate and said they never do that but just did it less than a year ago. He said we had to call, then walked away. Plane so old no plugs to charge devices on long flight, horrible.

Cons: Unpacking wet clothes from one of my bags. It must have been left out in the rain for some time. I filed a separate complaint with Delta.

Pros: quick fast and no nonsense, nothing to worry about on a 30 minutes. Hawaiian gets you there fast and mostly on time.

Cons: Flight got canceled due to weather. All other airlines were landing and departing except United. They lied to us and waited to tell us that our r flight is getting cancelled until it was too late for passengers to make other arrangements. Liars! They told us that our plane has not arrived, meantime there were at least a dozen jets like ours just sitting in empty on Tarmac. After they rebooked me, I walk past the gate and guess what? A jet is sitting at our gate getting ready for the flight?! Explain this?! LIARS!! Customer service rep spoke such bad English that everyone had to ask him twice or thrice. They did not help any passengers with food, hotels, or rebooking their floor guys with different airlines. Did not apologize for anything. Because it was "weathers" fault. I have had delays and cancellations before, but this one was an extremely bitter one.

Pros: I paid for an Economy Plus seat and was three rows back from the galley and you would have thought the rows around me were prisoners. We were completely ignored by the flight crew. I had to actually go up and ask my own coffee and water. I saw one flight attendant yell at the person seating next to me, because she got up to go to the bathroom, after the "fasten seat belt" sign was off but the flight attendant was not aware of it. Basically everyone was rude.

Cons: Despite wearing a down coat, scarf, and hat, and holding my bag in my lap, I was freezing cold the entire flight. This was after the flight attendant let me move towards the back of the plane so I could be warmer than sitting up towards the doors. A December 6am flight with no heat? Ridiculous!

Cons: I had very bad emotions sickness from London to Dallas TX. After I got on the plane I asked one crew member if I have any chance to switch the seat to sit by the bathroom because I am very sick, but seems no one cares. They said there is nothing they can do and tell me to get back to my seat. The whole fight I was sick. It was a horrible no crews member were asked me how I felt. No crews member checked me if I were ok. I had fever and so sick. There were late. I never have any bad fight like this forever.

Cons: Paying for a carry on or a cup of water is a little crazy but I guess if it's overall a short flight you make it work.
