Cons: Boarding was disorganized, there was some chaos regarding who was sitting in which seat which delayed the pushback process. Another issue is that compared to other airlines baggage took forever to arrive at destination.

Paid for front row seat mostly due to covid and he made us seat and wait for people that had a connection flight to exit the plane all the way from the end of the aircraft defeating the purpose of me buying the front row seat at $65 which was more than the seat was worth. The way the crew asked was was very rude because he stated if we stand up he would keep the door closed. I understand about the passengers with connection flight but its Jetblue responsibility to get these people to their connection but it shouldn’t jeopardize me.

Cons: The airplanes lavatory was inoperable when it arrived. Our flight was delayed several times and I had to be in Miami that night because I left early the next morning on a cruise. I had to wind up paying for another flight and going through security again and spending all day at the airport. WORST EX

Cons: Although my wife and I booked our flight together we did not get to sit together. My wife paid for the $54 upgrade but the only benefit was she could bring a checked bag. We both got middle seats not near each other. I believe she should have gotten a better seat with her upgrade but that was not the case. Normally jet blue is great. I have had them get my family seats together even when we didn’t book together. At that time they surprised me at how customer oriented they were and I gave an excellent rating. This time was very disappointing. We paid for the upgrade but got limited benefits. I am surprised at the difference in customer care in just a few months.

Cons: The fact that I was 3 minutes late to check my bag (due to a line and walking to the wrong counter the first time) and they would not allow me to go on my original flight and route my bag on another flight. This resulted in me and my bag getting pushed on two new flights and my overall travel time going from 4.5 hrs to 11 hrs which with a 15 month old is an eternity. Many other airlines will allow you to make exceptions when checking in late (I was still nearly 40 minutes prior to flight departure) and let me still check a bag OR allow me and my baby to stay on the same flight without the bag.

Cons: Our flight was delayed 2 hours because the crew was comprised of members from flights delayed by the snowstorm. Even though gate attendants knew they were on their way, attendants refused to let us board until the crew was all on board. Then we had to wait some more....... Also they were lax on pre-boarding announcements, not letting families with children on first. And waiting until each group was fully boarded before announcing the next. Plus the enunciation of various announcements was difficult to understand and/or way too fast. It wasn't funny.

Pros: The plane that the rerouted to replace the original plane was very comfortable. The email updates where better then the information at the gate. Normally, I enjoy flying JetBlue however, this weekend's round trip was disappointing. My 1st flight was delayed about 5 hours and the return flight was delayed as well.
Cons: The long delay and limited snacks. (After that long delay) The incident on the plane- the passengers had to take action and not the flight attends when a passenger threaten by another passenger. A good Samaritan came to the woman's aid and ensure she was safe by switching her seat. Prior to this, another passenger had to use her call button to try to notify the flight attends because the woman was unable to. (That was her second attempt to notify the attendants). I am unclear to why her first attempt to change seats was not taken under consideration by the flight attended. The alleged passenger was clearly intoxicated and had fallen on the women. The flight attends did intervened after the flight landed at FLL. The woman was detained on the plane along with the alleged passenger. Once again, I am not sure if that was wise. The woman could have been taken off the plane safely and quested at the gate at a safe distance. The alleged passenger was too intoxicated to comply with the flight attends requests to disembark the plan. I would have liked for the JetBlue flight attends to be more proactive or at the very least to keep an eye on the situation to ensure it did not escalate. This all could have been avoided if the woman's 1st request to change her seat to one of the many available seats was granted. Better ye,t for this alleged passenger to have never been able to board the plane in his condition. It was physically noticeable and the surrounding passengers stated they could smell the alcohol on him. Disappointed!

Pros: I loved that the pilot on my first flight introduced himself and staff to the customers prior to loading the plane. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The leg-room! The leg room was a great surprise. No hassle with bags. Great snacks, wi-fi and movies for FREE! I was so tickled. I've never flown JetBlue. I thought it was just another low-cost airline that makes you pay for everything , what a nice surprise! I immediately gave you a shout-out on my facebook account. Best flight experience I've had in a long time. Thank you.

Cons: 1. Forced to check carry on because of a pocket in the front when other passengers were allowed to bring actual suitcases which were taken right before boarding. Apparently JetBlue has a quota to meet as to how many people they charge for carry on luggage. 2. Refused to allow me to request my seat ahead of time to try and charge a $50 fee for an upgraded seat, even though by purchasing a ticket, I am guaranteed a seat on the plane. 3. Late once again. So far every flight taken by JetBlue this year has been late. My only on time flight this year has been with Delta. I do believe they are the new Spirit Airlines in disguise. This airline has been moved to the bottom of my list. I may take them once more but it depends on how many points I have with them, if it's enough to cover a free trip. If it doesn't, I will forfeit as the aggravation and nasty behaviour at the check in counter especially at LaGuardia is too much to take. They are also every discriminatory at that airport also, especially the people who work at JetBlue. I have to take responsibility for keep trying. It the same as beating a dead horse and expecting it to get up and run.

Cons: My in flight entertainment never worked. All I had available to look at was the JetBlue commercial channel showing me all of the entertainment I wasn’t able to watch. Not even the live view map worked. One of the attendants said something about resetting the system but I didn’t notice a change. I said something to one of the attendants a little later and she tried doing a reset again, but still no success. I could see other screens working fine and people were watching various programs while I just stared at a static map of the continental United States. Oh well, at least I was able to stream Netflix because of the free inflight WiFi.

Cons: I came to the airport 11:30am asked to rebook for earlier flight which wasn’t possible unless 75$ charged. I decided to wait till 4:16pm departure that ended being 3:50 am the next day. Meanwhile it took several hours to receive water and pretzels, pizza finally came after 9 hr wait(which gave me heartburn). Ground crew disorganized feeding us excuses of weather (wx) which initially was a landing gear problem for first 1.5 hr delay then again WX and ATC not assigning a route(while other airlines departing no problem) then crew timed out then no plane & again waiting for crew...Seriously? What a management!!! Reading comments below this keeps repeating however this was about 13 hours delay. This company should quit!

Pros: Am 6'1". I don't have to get even more seats on Jet Blue. They care about your knees. I get to watch satlelite TV while flying; all you need are head phones.

Pros: Flight attendants were very friendly, and the TV's were working on the flight (did not on the flight from FLL/EWR).
Cons: Booked this flight to get a ride home, and in time for dinner with family. Flight was delayed 50 min. because of a delay in the arrival of the plane (not weather). During boarding process they were allowing people to get up and move around before takeoff, delaying over another 10min. When we finally arrived at 9:10 to the gate, another plane was at the gate and we did not get into the gate until 9:25. Thus, by the time the flight arrived I needed to get other transportation, cost me $25 and additional 30min. waiting for ride. This resulted in getting me home almost 2 hours late. Additional feedback: I book an aisle seat because I like being able to lift the arm on the outside, not available on this flight. I don't recall the plug for the headphones being down so far in the arm rest, thus struggled to find the plug.

Cons: The boarding was a shitshow because nothing was done to prevent people from taking all of the overhead compartment room, so by the time my group boarded, there was no room. But, people were still trying and so that backed the line way up from 1/2 way into the plane all the way out the plane and IN SPITE OF MY REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO GET THE FLIGHT CREW TO ASSIST AND CLEAN UP THIS PILE OF HUMANITY, THEY DID NOTHING!!! They forced me to gate checked my carry on bag (no checked bag) and did not tell me I would not get it back AT the plane and had to go out through security to get it at the baggage claim and come back in through security and because of that incompetence I MISSED MY CONNECTION AND WAS STRANDED IN FLL OVERNIGHT. After the front desk continuously trying to explain to me how it was my fault some how, I HAD TO PURCHASE A SEPARATE TICKET ON A DIFFERENT AIRLINE OUT OF MIA AT 5AM TO MAKE THE WEDDING!!!! This is beyond unacceptable and as someone that travels for work and stays roughly 100 nights a year in hotels, I WILL NEVER ALLOW YOUR COMPANY TO BE ABLE TO PUT ME IN THIS SITUATION AGAIN!!!!

Cons: Flight delayed since early this morning, another 45 min delay on the tarmac and the wifi went out midflight. It wasn’t the most bubbly flight crew either, sort of miserable.

Cons: Over 5 hours in delay due to a maintenance issue. Problem wasn't discovered overnight when it was parked. Wasn't discovered until the next day. Had to wait for the delivery of a specific part and install it. I'm all for planes not breaking upon reentry, but the fact that the two flights were both subsequently delayed 4-5 hours each instead of bringing in a sub plane was inconsiderate. Now I've got a long drive home and I'll only get an hour of sleep before a 14-hour work day. So thanks for that, JetBlue

Pros: I like the fact that Jetblue handled the on boarding ot the passengers fast and efficiently starting with preferred riders, then going from the rear of the plane and moving forward. They also realized the plane was full so offered customers the free option of checking a bag in cargo. I would have preferred if they advised customers before checking through security of this option as I would have taken it rather than discard with some bottled products. The entertainment video was great on board, they offered free beverages and snacks. The crew moved through the aisle fast and efficiently when dispersing the food, and again when collect the refuse. While we had a little turbulence, the flight was uneventful and the pilot handled the landing very well. Departing the plane was also fast and efficient, although takes time because the plane was full. Overall, I was impressed with JetBlue, and their flight team.
Cons: I thought that although comfortable, the chairs and fabric were obviously well worn and definitely needed upgrading. I also noticed that the chair head area didn't have a removable sanitary cover, which I thought should be there considering the number and frequency of change overs per seat on these flights. This is necessary to promote sanitary and comfortable conditions.

Cons: My trip of a lifetime to Peru (Choquequirao, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca) has been severely impacted because my luggage was not put on my flight. Computer record showed that I did not board despite my boarding pass being scanned and my passport number entered at the gate before I boarded. I left for a 6 day trek to Choquequirao, Peru without any of the gear that I needed for this trip. I had to acquire the bare minimum in a rush the night before leaving for the trek. I'm 10 days into my trip and still do not have my bag. Central baggage claim has been less than sympathetic and not at all proactive or helpful.

Pros: The flights seemed to go fast once we were in the air and it was nice the pilot was trying to get us there earlier because we had taken off late.
Cons: I upgraded to 1st class for both flights but the plane seating was very dismal and hadn't been upgraded in either of these planes for a long time. After we boarded the plane we were told that no drink, snacks or food would be offered. The attendant shut off the lights as soon as we got in the air and kept it dark in the cabin until 10 minutes before we landed. She never came around to check on us once or ask if we needed anything. I was so thirsty when we landed. I have decided that I will either go back to United Airlines or check out the 1st class options at American Airlines better next time. This might not have been their fault, I'm not sure what it was, but the flight was late landing and we took off an hour late as well which really put me behind schedule.

Cons: The flight was 2 hours delayed because there was a mechanical issue on the plane. We sat and waited on the plane for 1 hour while the Maintenance crew tried fixing the problem. After sitting there for one hour, they told us the problem wasn’t fixed and we have to change aircrafts. The other aircraft was all the way in terminal D (we were in terminal A) and the boarding process took a long time. Overall it was an awful flight and experience with American Airlines. I missed my mother’s birthday party because of the 2 hour delay.

Cons: The plane was cold. The entertainment was mediocure. The staff was telling the people to get in their seats quickly as they had missed their scheduled time for take off. Yet, they 1st said we would board a little late because og clearing out the previous flight. And, no one could get carry-ons above their own seats and had to go back to then come forward. The attendants should monitor better what is brought onboard. I thought they were rude. And it took almost an hr to get our luggage at the carosel.

Pros: Once I got onto the plane, it was fine. It was a short flight. Everyone was nice and they offered drinks and a small snack.
Cons: I was late to my first flight from Dallas to LR due to my flight from Spain coming in late. I got off the plane and there was also another connecting flight printed for me. I thought "wow that is amazing sevice! I am def going to brag on them." I should have done it myself... after a 30 hour traveling day.. I got to the counter to get on my second scheduled flight home, and it wouldn't let me on because something with my Rickey was not working on the computer. The person did not know how to fix it so I missed the flight. After calling a supervisor, and that said supervisor never showing up, someone else finally happened to walk by and helped the original person fix the problem. Finally after waiting 5 hours total, I was on my flight home. The first flight was amazing but this flight makes me question if I want to ever use American Airlines in the future.

Cons: I've flown a lot, and I really couldn't believe how rude the flight attendants were on this flight. They seemed very inconvenienced by their job. I gave a snack pack back to a FA bc of my allergies and she snatched it out of my hand while walking by me without even looking at me...my husband's jaw dropped, he saw it too. It was unbelievable how rude they were.

Cons: Boarding-we boarded class 9 and had a carry on that was to big so all 3 personnel yelled at me and my husband with my daughter in my arms very loud and disrespectfully " YOU CAN NOT BRING THESE TYPE OF BAGS ON THE PLANE!" Mind you 3 people are saying this while other people were also waiting to board the plane! So I quickly say we do not need 3 people to tell us 1 thing and especially yelling at us like we were kids or criminals because it felt like we must have broke the law the way they treated us! Cons: Flight into DFW was delayed over an hour and ended up missing connection from DFW to SMF by less than 10 minutes because connecting flight left the gate early! We had 5 people in our group, including 3 children under the age of 10. Instead of taking off on time or just a couple minutes late (and oh by the way, the flight to SMF was scheduled to land early because of favorable winds) the flight left the gate early while we were sprinting from gate C31 to A17, missing the door closing by minutes and stranding our party for a three hour wait for an aircraft that went to SFO instead (75 miles away from Sacramento). As the coup de gras, our luggage didn't make it on the plane to SFO so now it's sitting in Sacramento awaiting delivery. I know there were a lot of upset people with the weather delays yesterday, but a bit of foresight or accommodation by American or a particularly savvy gate agent could have prevented the 5 of us from being among them.

Pros: It served the function of crossing the ocean. The crew was kind.
Cons: The airplane was outdated. It did not have personal entertainment suites at each seat. I haven't flown across the ocean without being able to choose my own movie in 3 years. Also, because of the outdated entertainment suite, the headphone jack is located in the armrest to the side instead of in the seat back in front of you. This caused me to bend my 3.5mm headphone connection at one point while I was moving my leg, because the connection jack is located below thigh level. The temperature was unbearable, and could not be controlled by the flight crew. Dressed for winter weather and roasted for the entire flight. I actually was dehydrated when we landed because I was sweating for 7 hours crossing the ocean.

Pros: I was in a seat in coach that was appalling. (28C?), one row behind the exit row seating. I am only 5' 8" but could not cross my legs. The guy to my left was KNITTING, so was constantly jogging my arm which I carefully had kept inside the armrest on my side. I will avoid flying in a BA 747 in future. Even Business is awful on those jets. I flew in Business once, and thought the head to tail layout was the worst I have experienced. I pulled down the joint divider and thought the person in the next bed was dead, he was lying there with his arms crossed over his chest! It's time to update the 747's or retire them.

Cons: Luggage fees are completely out of any comparison to other airlines! They charged $55.00 for one over-the-head cabin bag!!!! ???? Luggage handling is terrible - bags came off plane with oily huge spots and are not usable for next travel just after being used only twice... There is no complementary drinks: $1.50 for 4 oz cup of coffee !!!??? ...and so on, and so on.....

Cons: Just about everything else. Sat next to someone on both going and coming that was in my seat. Back of chair in front of me was so close(and I'm short) was so close that I was very uncomfortable. Next time I'll try SouthWest although from what I understand, they're no bargain either. I didn't book this, my secretary did.

Pros: Some of the crew members were very nice. Cheap ticket prices, with a twist.
Cons: The rest of the crew members were horrible. The seats are very uncomfortable. The fact that you have to pay $50-$100 for carry on and check in bags is a scam when Southwest Airlines flights come with 2 bags checked in no charge. There is no refreshments included in the flight and you have to pay for water and soft drinks. For a 2-3 hour flight, you have to pay for water... The customer service department for Spirit is absolutely horrible and very unaccomodating and completely rude.

Cons: The seats were so small. The airline charges 55 bucks or a carry one! And 100 at the gate !!!!!! Ridiculous. And they charge 3$ for water. I will not be flying this airline again.

Cons: It's sad you only want my review from my return flight. If I had a choice not to fly back on Spirit I wouldn't have. The first flight seats were horrible. The passenger in front of me reclined and the seats rested on my knees and hurt the entire flight. Paying for carry on was absolutely ridiculous. Having to pay for a glass or cup of water, not bottle, was beyond horrific. Flight attendants were not friendly. This experience is so far the worst flight experience I've ever had. It was my first on Spirit and I pray I don't have to give you my money ever again.

Pros: The initial fare was great and enticing.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that bag fees are twice as much as other airlines, carry ons are $100 per, what is normally free on other airliines (like coffee, soda or water) you charge for, and the weight limit for a checked bag is 40 pounds not 50 and then there is an additional $25 dollar charge. So, I paid $75 dollars total for checking my 1 bag, which was under 50 pounds and I was traveling for two weeks, so I expected to pay a fee of $25 to check the bag. Luckily my 1 carry on was small enough to be considered a personal bag, or that would have been another $100. I chose not to drink anything because asking to pay for water is somewhat ridiculous and I found the flight attendants "humor" to not be funny at all. I guess if as an airline you want to be made a joke of than that is fine, but if you are tying to be a low price contender and offer the same service and amenities than you have missed the mark in my opinion.

Pros: The flight was quick. On time.
Cons: How I had to pay for my carry on to and from my destinations. $55 each way. I thought that was really uncalled for. My plane ticket was $326 ish. For a 2 hours flight basically. Not only did I pay a lot of money on the plane ticket but I had to pay additional for my little carry on. Like I said in my heading you might as well pay for American airline or something because the carry on is included, drinks included, and the planes are way nicer. And you don't have random people sit SOOOO close to you like Spirit. My BF suggested spirit and I never want to fly spirit ever again unless I'm completely desperate.

Pros: Rosa the flight attendant was super fun and helpful. She was the best part f the experience.
Cons: I was surprised and "tricked and trapped" by the escalating fee for carry-ons. When I bought the ticket the price was $26, so I planned to pay the fee at the ticket counter. When I got there the fee was $50 and would have been $100 at the gate. On the way back I decided to pay online to get the $26 rate, but now it was $40. I would be OK with the pricing if I had been given clear and fair warning. instead I just had a very rude surprise.
