Entry requirements
Starting on January 26, all travelers (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have an evidence of having contracted and recovered from COVID-19 prior to boarding the plane.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.

And although the partner with Azul, they claimed that they could not check us through to our final destination. Coming home, Azul did this for us without issue. Gates E-9 and E-10 at Fort Lauderdale are a disaster waiting to happen. There is inadequate separation between the two gates to allow efficient boarding. When the flight out of E-9 got delayed, they ended up boarding two flight at the same time. Boarding announcements dd not specify flights and it became a huge snafu. The crew did not try to change it - they plowed ahead ignoring the confusion they were causing. On board, the movies did not run smoothly - one was restarted three times. I have tried to book on Jet Blue firt in the past. My last three experiences are making me rethink this."

I had paid for a 4 day vacation at a resort in Argentina so my 4 day stay became a 2 day stay because Jet Blue would not purchase a seat from a booked passenger on the next flight as I requested. I will never use this airline again and would strongly advise anyone who wants or needs to be at their destination on time avoid them."

Even when I did ask for water, she seemed annoyed so I never bothered to ask for a cup of ice. I dont expect service with a smile all the time but she appeared miserable. Maybe that's just her face but I'm used to a more pleasant crew at Jet Blue. However, the lady that greeted us on the plane was nice throughout the whole flight."

Then I arrive to my destination and I have no luggage. I was able to make my connecting flight but somehow my luggage was not. When I inquired about my lost luggage I was told to check baggage claim later tonight. No clear answer on how to get my luggage."

Pros: "I liked the fact that United Airlines crew members at the gate and on the plane waited for all the passengers who were stuck at TSA because of the airport's issue with staffing. They were extremely accommodating and didn't seem bothered at either the gate or when I boarded."
Cons: "I understand it was a short flight but seemed like the 2 attendants were stressed with trying to have enough time for drinks. Maybe add a 3rd person. Also snacks should still be part of the flight even if it's less than a hour. We are getting a drink...why not add something like nuts"

The delayed flight from FLL to IAH caused me to miss my connection and then lost a day of travel because the following flights going out to LAX that evening were overbooked. I was very disappointed with United. They should know ahead of time if the crew is not going to make the flight and cause a huge delay for everyone traveling."

Had to wait over 30 minutes for our bags. If Spirit charges for every bag, they should provide better baggage service! Had to wait in another long line to show our passports. Then run to recheck our bags. Spirit offered no assistants at all to speed this process up. As we are trying to check our bag they are starting to load the plane and we have to go through TSA yet! again another long process. We made it to our flight just in time. But I was completely sweated and stressed out! These flights originally had a three and a half hour layover scheduled between flights."

Pros: "Every time I fly with Spirit they seem to single me out and try to make me pay $100.00 dollars for a Cary on witch here's a perfect example my husband flys with Spirit all the time and I decided to take his personal bag for my flight to Chigago so no one will aggravate me but guess what they still did I can't win with Spirit I don't know why they do that to me maybe I just look to good to be in their airline or to rich I can't explain it but it's sad that they should have better managers to handle Thair passengers better my biggest complaint would be when u flew out of Atlantuc city with my husband and son headed to Dallas and was stopped at the entrance of the gate boarding the plane the manager in charge asked me to pay $100.00 dollars for the carry on I explained that there were 5 things in the personal item but he still continued to argue with me my husband and son boarded the flight with bigger bags thAn I had but I didn't want to couse trouble for anyone else on that flight si I decided to ask a vendor near by if he had a plastic bag that I can have to put my pijamas and a change of clothing that I had so that's what I did and left my carry on witch meant so much to me be couse my grandmother had gave it to me when I was young so I really tried to complain to spirit back in October 15th 2015 but it was impossible to get to someone who listens anyway I can't stand spirit after that but I still fly with them not couse they are good or nice they suck but they are with in my budget when I need to fly so don't expect anything for nothing from Spirit I don't ! Ps I'm sure if someone of authority sees this revew can look through your computers and see that what I said was all true and I'm sure they have camaras at the Airport that you can review and see what I said was true ."

But since this was my first flight with spirit, I wanted to make sure. After many threatening announcements of a $100 charge if your ONE allowable item is too big, I went to counter to see if my backpack was of appropriate size, When I approached the podium to verify I was ok, the two gate agents were talking so I stood and waited to be helped. After several minutes, one finally looked over, with a very annoyed expression and asked, " Do you need something?" (Actual quote) I asked my question, which was answered with equal distain and then I was dismissed and the agent returned to her conversation. Throughout the entire trip, it felt as if the ground crew were there to herd you on and off the aircraft... That's it... They were completely unapproachable. My recommendation? Spend the few dollars more and go with another carrier... If you do choose to fly Spirit, set your expectations very low and then you'll only be slightly disappointed."
