Pros: "Crew was great, food was great, timing was great! (Got to LAX about 45min prior to scheduled arrival), however seats are very narrow!! Good enough for a short (2-5 hour) flight but definitely not for a transatlantic one!"

Cons: "First, they announced that they need some passengers to voluntarily give up the booking in exchange for 280 refunds (a slightly higher rate which not worth to do it) and 1 stopover the fight to Rome which will arrive at 22.00 instead (our flight is 17.35). About 15 minutes before boarding time, they announced flight delaying. Around 17.45, they announced gate changing from B to A which located at opposite side of the the airport so all passengers run there because of everyone afraid that their booking might be canceled because no one agrees to give up. At both gates, many people try to jump in the queue which no staff comes in the manage the queue. During waiting on the board, the air condition seems to be closed, hard to breathe. Around 19.00, the plane took off the Zurich airport eventually, finish the 1.5 hours delay. The captain announced that it cause by the technical problem of the flight earlier but my thinking it cause from over-booking."

The flight attendant all relocated from the back of aircraft to the front aircraft where it was cooler, I assume. I was worried for my son."

Cons: "Didnt like? Everything. Ataturk is filthy and literally reeks. Gate crews, ticket counter personnel, flight crews are pretty rude and simply refuse to answer direct questions if they dont want to. Seem genuinely displeased if they have to bother speaking any language but their own to communicate with international passengers. Customer Service i believe is merely a joke to the entire company. If i was a religious person i would pray no one ever has to use their feedback system or try to communicate with their customer service group by phone. Thats what i get for being American i guess, just higher hygiene standards and expectations on service for the price paid."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 2.5 hours. They did not communicate at all the reason. Takeoff was supposed to be 8.30pm, didn’t take off until 11pm. Sat on the tarmac for over an hour and the crew or pilot did not say a word. The beverage service again was lacking compared to other international business class flights I’ve taken."
Cons: "My husband's passport expires in March of 2018, 4 months from travel dates and we weren't allowed to travel because it has to be 6 months. We booked our tickets in August of 2017, Turkish Airlines could've told us this. During booking, they ask for passport expiry date, what's the point if you're not going to tell us in advance and wait till our travel date to tell us this information. We couldn't travel on our vacation as planned and we were charged an additional $3,000 to change our tickets."
