Going to Denver was delayed and now return trip delayed We were give 3 separate reasons. Poor communication. Just telling me a flight will be delayed is not communication. Lack of a free snack was disappointing. May have to rethink flying Delta next time.
The service was horribly they dilate my flight 24 hours and I lose my flight yesterday because from Washington to Atlanta the flight was late and from Atlanta to Tegucigalpa leave early
I liked the check-in kiosk, but only because I had no bags to check. I liked being able to choose my own seat. I liked that the flight was uneventful. I liked the staff at all stages, they were friendly and helpful.
They made me shove my purse into my knapsack to fit within their two bag policy. That's a first for me. My Delta flight did not do that.
None of the experience was pleasant
First flight was delayed causing us to miss the 2nd flight and we ended sleeping on a chair at the airport waiting for a morning flight. AMERICAN AIRLINES didn't even have the decency to put us in a hotel for the night due to their delay. Then they added a 2nd lay over which was delayed for hours also. Traveling was to visit my mother who had cancer and I was sick so this made the trip even more distasteful.
Flight was under booked so there was plenty of room.
Crew was unexpectedly loud/chatty with one another throughout the flight, even when things were quite and calm they were calling over our heads to one another and laughing loudly. Initially, it's an international flight from Spain and no crew members in my section atleast could speak Spanish. I had to help a passenger who only spoke spanish because the attendant kept repeating an order in english, just getting louder each time.
Flight was not completely full so I got an empty seat next to me.
We were delayed due to some balance issues.
Flight attendants very friendly. The gate attendant found us two seats together even though they couldn't do it initially in NYC.

The gate attendants and on-board crew were lovely. Pilots provided info which was great and made up some of the long delay.
There is not enough space to list everything. I paid $800 for a normally $300 flight, then paid an extra $75 for the ability to board early so I could store my very small roller carry-on. The in-bound flight was 2 hours late and even though I could track that easily, and assumed our flight would also be two hours late, the AA website insisted the outbound flight would be on time. So like everyone else, I went to the airport. And it wasn't until just before the original departure time that the update was indicated. Really?? If I knew the flight was going to be two hours late,that means AA knew, and didn't care enough about their passengers to advise them. Then when we boarded, my bag was taken away for gate check because the flight did not allow roller bags. After I paid extra. How can AA not advise you when you book your flight that roller bags would not be allowed?? Talk about a money-grab. I unfortunately have a return ticket and am not wealthy enough to throw it away and book on another airline, but I would if I could. I will never fly AA again and I will share my story far and wide.
On time take off, nice flight attendants, on time arrival.
The entertainment system stopped working about 10 minutes before take off and never came back up.
Delayed over 4 hours..missed connecting flight..
Everything about the flight was fine, and I was especially pleased that we boarded and disembarked through TWO doors in Long Beach: one in front and one aft.
Both flights were quite delayed. It’s good that I wasn’t on a tight schedule.
It was fast and got there on time
Wi-Fi was poor
The flight was cancelled but staff was really nice. I received credit for future flight so that was great. And they let me sleep in the terminal and a very nice employee handed me water and snacks at midnight.
