I always enjoy flying with Japanese Airlines. The whole experience is always a pleasure. This flight was no exception. Thank you Kayak for making it so easy to decide.
Overall, it was ok. The attendants are nice. It was a short flight, and I did not use the restrooms. What I was frustrated was the check-in. I was to fly from ATL to Chicago (American) then change to Japan Airline to go to Japan. I checked in, but I only got a boarding pass for the flight from Atlanta to Chicago. It said I would need to check in for a flight to Japan on Japan Airline site. When I tried to check in on JAL website, it said I need to check in American... It was very confusing.
service was excellent. crew very polite, courteous, and good service especially to passengers like me who is a wheelchair passenger
The flights were on time and the cabin crew were very nice. The only downside was that the food was not good

JAL is an exceptional airline that shows the true heart of Japanese omotenashi service. If the option is available I’ll always chose it
I would like to add American food so tired of rice after being there for 10 days didn’t want anymore to pay an airline did not have my bag marked right so it is still sitting in O’Hare. I am home.
Food was excellent, the crew was exceptionally friendly, and the seats were comfortable. Bathroom were also kept very clean and odor free.
Attendants were very kind and frequently offered water and snacks. Food was excellent. For some reason, my IFE system would not play dialogue for any media despite my efforts to change to different language voiceovers, restart the system, etc. so I could not watch any videos.
As always, there is that one or two flight attendants that could be better.
Vegetarian options were not that great. However, the crew and service was awesome
Entertainment was good , comfort on airplane easy hoarding food and drinks was good and a friendly and good service of flight staff
I was good seat to keep stretch my legs . but couldn’t keep my bag in my hand . because they told me can’t keep my seat is no holder , because no seat fronts of us. wish I can put my leg on something higher. but instead of that everything goood.
Good airlines btu ORL airport messed up the return flight for me. Checking out a connecting flight pax is unacceptable.
Although the flight was delayed because of the equipment came in late, I still give them excellent service ..good food selection and in flight entertainment were sufficient.. I will continue to fly with them
Staff was rude and loud. No respect for customers unlike the Starflyer Osaka to Haneda sector where service was outstanding. What a stark difference. Maybe United should learn from ANA how to do customer service.
Uh there was a delay, because of the weather. And what took usually an hour flight to Louisville took about 6+ hours. Flight got canceled
Crew was professional. Never enough leg room for 12 hour overnight flight.
