Pros: "price efficiency"
Cons: "gate change last minute"
Pros: "Sitting in Plus"
Pros: "Decent flight."
Cons: "Entertainment system did not work. Also they said there is USB sockets at your seat but there were none."
Cons: "When landing on final approach close to the ground, the pilot pulled up and passed the airport. It was almost 10 minutes before he got on the intercom and told us what was going on. Apparently traffic control told him there was a backup and to circle around. Not knowing what the situation was, was very nerve racking. It would have been nice to hear an announcement of the situation sooner."
Pros: "Option to watch movies on your device"
Cons: "Not useful if you don’t have a device"
Pros: "Very entertaining flight crew. One attendant cracked jokes sang happy birthday announced wedding party . Never boring very friendly"
Pros: "The crew on the ground and in the air were great. So helpful and upbeat. Every attempt was made to ensure our comfort and safety."
Cons: "I was in a window seat next to a small child and her mother. They were both lovely, but I couldn't move for the bulk of the trip because they slept most of the way. Not the fault of the airline of course, but if there was a bit more leg room, it would have been a less claustrophobic trip. I used to fly a lot back in the 70s and early 80s and I don't remember ever being so uncomfortable. I have another trip flying back home at the end of the week, and, quite frankly I'm dreading it. Also, it was impossible to hear the captain's address, the on-board instructions, or various other announcements, in the airport and on the plane. Especially on the plane; the speakers were far too quiet to hear anything the captain said other than it was a nice day."
Cons: "Check in process was brutal. Two different pieces of advice from two different agents. Boarding from front to back of plane is inefficient. Creates clogged aisles."
Pros: "Good amount of leg room. The children were well behaved."
Cons: "It didn't happen"
Pros: "When I stepped onto the plane, there was someone there to greet you. That was nice."
Pros: "Staff and aervice was great! No complaint!"
Cons: "We had to put our carry on bags a little far away from our seats"
Cons: "I dislike that westjet tried to get me to pay for my seats when I initially bought the ticket, only to discover later that the seats are free if I choose them at check in. I didn’t pay the seat charge but there is a breach of trust in them trying to con me that makes me not want to fly with them again."
Pros: "very amusing male steward! (welcome to westjet flight xxx to cancun!")"
Cons: "well, someday i hope to be able to experience "first class!" travel, but all in all, quite adequate! i always try to fly westjet in canada."
Cons: "Transferring between distant terminals in LAX was a pain. I'm glad that I had a long layover between flights to make the journey that required leaving and re-entering security."
Pros: "Pleasant staff, ample room, ability to charge devices. On time"
Cons: "We left late and had a very hard landing"
Pros: "Flight was great! Just a bit slow on boarding, that ok , I understand. Out of Hamilton but better than Toronto."
Cons: "Arriving at Orlando, Real confusing and I'm not really old yet. Good thing we had people to meet us, I had no idea where to go."
Pros: "The people were all very helpful."
Cons: "The system was down. Had to stand in line for an hour. I had carry on and Global entry. But couldn't get my boarding pass without seeing an agent."
Pros: "Not cold, not noisy aircraft"
Cons: "Appalled that I was approached by two flight attendants separately to turn off my light in order to accommodate another passenger as the light was bothering them on a night flight. I pay premium pricing for the Plus seat so I have extra room to work. I chose not to turn off light in order to work, then flight attendants allowed the passenger to approach me. Really unacceptable to put me in uncomfortable interaction, making me play bad cop. I was sitting behind passengers talking loudly who were using profanity. My solution? Earphones. This is a commercial flight - offer passengers eye covers, some solution, or tell them to deal with it, or tell them to charter a private plane. Don’t tell us to sacrifice what we pay for, because you can’t do your job. Lost a loyal customer."
Pros: "The plane wasn't full."
Cons: "The crew was late."
Cons: "Too many delays."
Pros: "I loved how the crew was so helpful."
Cons: "There was no entertainment on the flight"
Cons: "No TV screens, but there was an alternate"
Pros: "I upgraded and that was definitely worth it."
Cons: "I don't like 2.5 hour flights in general. Just long enough to be annoying. But that has nothing to do with you and your airline."
Pros: "Excellent Customer Service"
Cons: "No healthy snack options"
Pros: "I enjoyed the extra space in the exit row."
Cons: "The flight attendants were nice but very nit-picky. The lady next to me had her jacket sitting on her lap. She was told to either put it in the overhead bin or stuff it underneath the seat until after takeoff which seemed absolutely ridiculous to me. I had a backpack under the seat in front of me and was told to push it even further under the seat which also seemed ridiculous. People are tired and not excited to be squished inside a flying tube like sardines, there is no need to pick at them for such tiny insignificant things. As usual, the general public has a poor understanding of common courtesy and basic manners but that's nothing new."
Cons: "To be honest, our stuartess was very abrasive. To everyone."
Pros: "Updates even though flight was late."
Cons: "Review for airport NOT WestJet : Had to go through so many steps between arriving from YUL to get to my gate. Not enough clear signages."
Pros: "Most things"
Cons: "Being late into LA"
Cons: "I didn't like that you had to download an app for vieweing movies burning flight."
Pros: "Flight attendants were super friendly. The plane was very nice and spacious, the flight was smooth and the landing was excellent!"
Pros: "Liked most but don't understand why a family of 3 was separated. Bought tickets together."
Cons: "Could have ended our trip together but we were separated"
