Pros: Boarding went smoothly. It was nice that the crew was overheard offering the emergency seating to passengers with very long legs. And to be honest, our flight into Orlando was fantastic. It was just our flight back to Toronto that we had problems with.
Cons: Plane smelled. Seats were way too close together. No leg room at all. Also, I know it wasn't air transat 's fault but there was a toddler behind me kicking my seat for three hours. I am also irritated that we had to bring both our passports and our nexus passes because air transat won't take nexus.
Pros: The crew service was polite and efficient. As I have long legs, the distance between seats means I can't move around much.
Cons: Travelling in economy class means the food is okay but not great. It used to be better a few years ago before the intense competition between airlines for passengers.

Cons: Flight on tarmac for 2 hours after loading passengers no word regularly from pilots or anyone for a long time. Baggage loading and no accountability for huge delays for lost luggage containers? Who is the logistics team? This is not the first time westjet has provided poor service on their international flights. Training if ground staff onsystems is poor. He guest services at tronto openly claimed they did lot know how to operate certain screens for transactions.
Pros: Comfort, friendliness and ease of travel with Westjet

Pros: All westjet workers are amazing. Starting from the people at the front desk, the crews on the plan and the people that give direction.

Pros: It’s hard to write a review when flight was supposed to leave at 6:30 and didn’t until midnight, but due to weather. It was frustrating for all but staff and pilot kept us informed at all times so that was appreciated. There wasn’t much to do but to wait out the weather.
Cons: For the weather to be better and to have left on time - but obviously that is out of everyone’s control.

Cons: Checking site was down Boarding was delayed because of crew forgot to tag Cary-on luggage for passengers, we had to all go off the plane to identify our luggage’s No space on the airplane, didn’t get to sit beside my wife. Would not recommend Pay the extra to go with a reputable airline.
Cons: We were an hour late boarding the flights. The chairs were also very uncomfortable and did not recline much; they were also so narrow.

Pros: Hi. I actually am glad that the company is following up because I was having a hard time finding an email to contact. I actually came to kayak to book my ticket for Friday to go to London however when I got to the airport it says it was for Monday. Because I had to be at London the next day for a wedding i had to buy another ticket for almost 1000. I also couldn’t contact u so I’m emailing now. I didn’t get on the plane for west jet because I am already in London. I also have a screen shot that shows me that my flight details were for Friday however another email shows me that it’s for Monday. Pros: Excellent airplane, the Dreamliner is amazing with great leg room (I'm 6' 1") comfortable seats and head rest, great lighting and an extensive entertainment system! Crew was efficient.
Cons: The food was terrible. Cardboard packages that contained tasteless meals.
