Cheap flight sounds great...except it’s not actually cheap. Once you add on charges for baggage, seats, water on board, etc., it’s about the price of a standard ticket on a quality airline. (Plus they didn’t actually reserve the seats I paid $20 for, even though I have the receipt). Amenities on board are atrocious. No Wifi, no in flight entertainment (except an iPad you can pay $25 for that features 10 movies from 1992), no USB ports...you even have to pay for water!!! My flight was delayed twice in one week causing me to miss my connecting flights both to my destination and back home by 5 minutes. Because they are not a member of an airline alliance, my only options were to wait until the next day and stay in a shared hotel room or rebook on another airline for $600 which they couldn’t guarantee I would be reimbursed for. The general apathy shown by the staff and lack of communication is abhorrent. The least they could do is apologize and help direct me to somewhere I could find more information. They were positively clueless! Spend a little extra and book on a respectable airline that values their customers...and maybe you won’t be out $1200 (in addition to the cost of the “cheap” tickets) like I am!!

overall had a nice experience w WOW. planes were clean and comfortable and flight crew was pleasant. spacing between seats was much better than domestic low cost carriers which is important for someone tall like me.

i had to look up my departure gate info online vs in the app leaving from europe which i found annoying. the one huge complaint i had relates to checked baggage. in particular, the website says checked baggage is $74.99 per leg; however, leg is not defined. when i was charged $149.98, i assumed that was to Europe (US to Iceland being leg one and Iceland to Europe leg two). When i purchased "return" baggage fee, i immediately realized that leg was defined differently and i had in fact already paid to have my bag checked home from Europe. i sent customer service a note within the hour and explained my mistake based on their ambiguity but was told that such fees are non refundable which i find to be extremely bad policy considering my circumstances and the promptness with which i raised my issue.

NOTHING.

Crew were good.

Seats had less leg room. Had to pay $25 to use a Wow Air iPad to watch a movie. No Wi-Fi available. No complimentary snacks or even water.

We of course liked the cost and convenience of the Pittsburgh location.

When we missed our flight out of Paris due to a long wait at passport control, WOW customer service would not work with us. We did not ask for refunds or even hotel reimbursement we simply asked to be booked on the next days flight to Pittsburgh and WOW refused making us purchase new tickets for over $1000.

overall had a nice experience w WOW. planes were clean and comfortable and flight crew was pleasant. spacing between seats was much better than domestic low cost carriers which is important for someone tall like me.

i had to look up my departure gate info online vs in the app leaving from europe which i found annoying. the one huge complaint i had relates to checked baggage. in particular, the website says checked baggage is $74.99 per leg; however, leg is not defined. when i was charged $149.98, i assumed that was to Europe (US to Iceland being leg one and Iceland to Europe leg two).

Most uncomfortable seats I've experienced. They charge for EVERYTHING, even water. They actively sell Duty Free several times.

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
