Cons: "To whom this may concern: I am writing to express my absolute dissatisfaction and poor experience with the customer service and lack of working amenities on flight #TK11 leaving Istanbul into New York City, JFK. It was sadly a horrible ending to my trip and left me with a very unfortunate impression of Turkish Airlines. Less than an hour into the flight I spoke with a flight attendant making him aware that the USB port was not working so I was unable to charge my phone the entire flight. In addition, the wifi was not working. This is a huge problem because I planned on working remotely that day and my job was under the same presumption. The attendant blamed my phone and did not take my word that I was unable to connect until I insisted further and another passenger in front of me turned to my rescue and agreed with me stating the wifi was spotty and only worked for a short period of time until ultimately shutting off. The attendant did not apologize but said he would check on the port and the wifi and would get back to me. I followed up several times and he fed me the same lines until I grew frustrated that I was being completely ignored all while losing a day's work. During the last 20 minutes of the flight I decided to finally walk to the back of the plane and follow up for the last time with someone else. I explained the situation to the other attendant who seemed as though this was the first time he was hearing about this issue and he spoke to his chief who gave me a customer feedback form to fill out. No one offered me a different window seat to fix the port problem or even Miles Plus points for the inconvenience even though I requested it. I have never felt more disrespected and dismissed on a flight before this experience. As a star alliance member (CX765361), I frequently fly for work and personal trips and out of loyalty and assurance that I would be able to fulfill my work duties remotely given the features this airline promotes. I chose Turkish Airlines because it was apart of this program. This experience did not uphold the company's reputation and by flying with Turkish Airlines I completely missed a full day's work, deadlines and was behind when I physically returned to work. For the inconvenience, stress, disrespect and empty promises, I am requesting that Turkish Airlines reimburse me the portion of that flight. Best, Rachael"

I feel in general passengers take a longer time to be served and the time it takes the crew to clean up the trays after a meal is even longer. Some the the passengers win my flights were even getting out of their seats to bring their trays to the flight attendant station because they wanted to be more comfortable in their seats. I also noticed they did not come by to collect trash as frequently as other airlines. The entertainment selection was good as far as movies but the music option was very limited and difficult to navigate."

Also, the touch screen wasn't working properly but after a few trial and errors, I realized that I could use the remote as an alternative to the touch screen."

How on earth did it make any sense, I am not even muslim? I did not even mention about muslim. Those dumbass at justfly.com do not have any level of professionalism. I tried to contact china southern airlines, they are always busy, after several attempts, finally somebody on the phone talking chinese shitty accents that only understood a few english. Chinese passenger crowded and with the shitty attitudes. One of the old guy drop the heavy coffee cup on my son's head and hurt real bad when he pulled his bag immediately after the land when he is not supposed to. I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all."

Then when they rebooked our connection on a British Airways flight, BA couldn't pull up the tickets and we wasted yet another hour while Virgin Atlantic and Delta both passed the buck as to who was responsible for correcting it so we could get on our rebooked flight, which we BARELY did with only 2 minutes to spare!"

I went through TSA pre-check with Delta crew members. My connecting flight was delayed. We were waiting on the pilot..."

Ground crew airport check in at the Delta counter and at the Boarding gate was helpful and efficient. However request for Special Assistance in Toronto was poorly handled. We did not accept the conditions offered to us as one wheel chair operator had to push 3 passengers and I had to wait for him to return to me after two people were brought to their gates. My Husband had to wheel me in to my gate."

Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. They are all Christians, the kind of good people the corrupt Chinese government hates. An atheistic country is an evil country. Do not expect to be respected by honest people. On calling Delta found that nearly 30% of seats are blocked in this way, and if one didn't buy, then seats would be assigned at the gate. Ended up being assigned back row non-reclining seats for this redeye trip to JFK, making sleep impossible. Wifes back was painful for the following three day holiday. Thanks, Delta!"

That added 8 hours of travel time to our trip which I had booked to minimize travel time as I was traveling with pets. United is the WORST."

PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY SINGLE OF THE FOUR LOT FLIGHTS I'D UNDERTAKEN THAT WEEK WERE DELAYED IN A SIMILAR FASHION - AS IN, WITH LITTLE INFO OR EXCUSE. No, thanks, Lot - and you should refund us all."

If you don't book directly with an airline, you may suffer the same fate as me! This was an almost $1,300 dollar learning experience. Do not use third party online booking agents!
