Cons: "Well the delay was the whole problem, so as of 11:17 I am still in Chicago. Nothing against Chicago but I didn’t pay as much as I did to stay here."

Cons: "Awfully rude and uncaring cabin crew. Especially a guy named Eric. Bumped my shoulder with service cart when Zi was sleeping. Ignored me when I tried to catch his attention several times. Didn’t care a damn about offering a vegetarian meal/snack. Both times only available meal was non vegetarian. Normally the crew tries to accommodate and offer some options. But Eric said this was it...take it or leave it. Just so rude and uncaring. No entertainment in head rest in front. Internet was extremely spotty and the charging station would stop after some time automatically :("

Pros: "We were forced to re-book this leg of our trip because of "insufficient" layover time. The United Airlines staff helping the numerous customers that were forced to re-book were not friendly, did not function with any sense of urgency and were as minimally helpful as possible with the inconvenience. After exiting customs we had 30 minutes to get to our gate, instead of offering to take us to the front of the line to get through security faster we were simply told we would not get through it in enough time to make our flight. Initially we were not even told we were going to be re-booking our flight, we were only told that we needed to re-check our bags at the counter after exiting customs. The entire interaction was very frustrating."

Cons: "We were directed upstairs when entering the airport, then directed downstairs for a so called faster security location. That line was long, so we were directed to a shorter security TSA pre check by a person who took us back upstairs to a 3rd location that was not signed or marked to be a security check area at all. It said employees. This is a disorganized airport."

Cons: "Our flight got cancelled three times before they finally switched us to Delta. We missed an entire 2 days of our vacation that we haven't got reimbursed for. One of the agents that worked for United Airlines put her hands on my friend that I was traveling with and the police got involved. It was an horrible experience and no one was trying to accommodate us for our troubles what's so ever. I will NEVER fly United again. A waste of time and money."

Cons: "I paid for an upgrade on a seat and my passenger and I were told that we were entitled to free food and bottomless drinks with my payment, once on the plane I was told that payment was just for the seat. But she the attendant told me another passenger said the same thing. The only difference was the boarding agent told them 179.00 to change seats. She suggested I bring it up to United, which I will do."

Cons: "Walked in with 45 mins to spare my girlfriend took JetBlue we got there at the same time they put my girlfriend on united put me on a flight a hour later on stand by I didn't know what this meant I don't fly often come to find out the man at the front basically just screwed me they tell me there are no more seats I need to go on a flight that was originally for 5 but delayed to 6 obviously now I am upset I am admittedly easing my voice who wouldn't to speak to a manager a man tells me to come down or he is getting security and I will be removed I say once more I want a manger he gets security THEN GET THIS THAT WAS THE MANAGER LOL who just did not want to help because he is lazy and dosent like his job then when 6 30 finally rolls around the temperature in the plane had to be on 80 at the end of my flight my shorts were soaked in sweat DONOT EVER FLY UNITES EVER"

Cons: "The check-in staff was dismissive and unhelpful when I arrived past the 45 minute bag check cut-off time due to traffic. No help getting a bag check refund even though I paid for it a day early. Come to find out that the gate staff was courtesy checking everyone's bags anyway, and they took it with a smile. Those fools at the front were content to take my money and tell me to somehow mail my luggage to my destination (not possible since the flight was boarding in 35 minutes). There needs to be communication with the check in staff regarding courtesy check ins."

Cons: "They canceled my flight without asking me or notifying me. I wad left stranded at the airport when I showed up 1.5h before takeoff to find thru cancelled my ticket. I was forced to buy a very expensive last minute ticket with another airline and got home very late. I am still in disbelief"

Cons: "Confiscated $20 bottle of hair product at security because I didn't want to check my carry on & then once at the gate forced me to check the bag anyways after not getting enough volunteers to check their carry on"

Cons: "I didn't know i needed an app before i will be able to enjoy entertainment on board, so i had to pay for internet to be able to download the app to be able to watch movie. PA system wasn't gud."

Cons: "Unable to pre-check online. Unable to check at the check in machines--had to go up and check in at the counter, long wait because there was only one clerk. We were then given a ticket just to get through security and had to check in a second time when we get to the gate for seat assignment, which is ridiculous. Why couldn't that be done at the 1st check-in? The clerk told me she will call me when she has the seat assignment/ boarding ticket but she never did and I had to go back up to ask for them when it was getting close to boarding time. At the last moment minutes, volunteers could check in their carry on for free....It would have been nice (and less hassle) to have that option at the 1st check-in."

Pros: "Nothing. The gate agent didn't really know how kayak works when it comes to hacker flights.Told me to call customer service. Customer service does not give you the option to speak to representatives. The phone system just loops around with out giving any options for to speak to a person. After I was on the phone with an agent he told me my money would be refunded. I have been charged two flights and I'm still sitting at home."
Cons: "Kayak did not confirm my seat. Was not able to get a flight. Called customer service and they told me to rebook. My card was charged twice. The airplane had faulted hardware. Waited in line for 2 hours to get a different flight. All flights to Phoenix were full. Didn't make the standby list. Couldn't make the rebook flight. Worst day ever Now, No one can give me a refund. mind you I took a day off from work this was a last minute. The reason this trip was so important to me is because my grandma is in the ICU. I hardly ever complain about any customer service experience. Overall to get a hold of customer service is awful. Now I have to spend more money and I have to drive 12hours."

Got half a cup of juice with lots of ice. Thirsty all the time. I never could go and use the restroom."

Cons: "The flight from ORD to ABE was on a plane with expired maintenance logs or inspections? We were delayed 2 hours in arriving for what seemed like a pilots lax in paperwork. But what does a customer expect from an airline who knows they that customer by the balls?"

Cons: "I was stuck with commercials for direct tv, two feet from my face the whole trip. I would push the button to turn tv off but it would come back on less than five minutes latter. I had my head phones in listening to personal device but was still distracting. speaker for announcements were extremely loud. the poor lady next to me would jump and then plug her ears. question, if you are allowed one carry on and one personal bag, why do you only have space for a third of the passengers to stow said bags?"
