Pros: The crew was amazing but I was on a United flight since American was late leaving Athens. AA booked me on a later flight from Chicago to San Francisco on United. They issued separate inside seats for my wife and I. United showed me their kindness by putting us together in economy Plus.

Cons: I don't blame American for being late but putting me on a United flight and splitting up my wife and I seperate seats was a little under the bar.

Pros: The pilot greeted us all on the jet way and then spoke to us. He even came to ask if everyone was ok before we left.

Pros: Flight was mostly uneventful, which is great! Right after takeoff we made a complete circle and no information was given as to why, but we assumed it was air traffic.

Pros: The entire flight was excellent, on time, great friendly crew, edible food, movies and options were great, perfect in every way. It was a little chaotic at flight loading on extra security, but I assume it could have something to do with it being on 9/11 and it was ultimately bound for NYC.

Cons: Unclear pricing for carry on bag, could have saved $30 by paying at the ticket counter (even though I was sent an eticket and boarding pass); got stuck paying $50 at the gate.

Cons: You really need to install jet ports at Punta Gorda. We sat on tarmac for almost two hours due to rain and lightning in the 5 mile radius. Would have avoided this delay with a jet port.

Pros: Nonstop flight. Wish it was available year round!

Pros: Slight weather delay, no problem. We were assigned to seats with additional leg room that we didn't pay for, that was a nice & unexpected upgrade.

Cons: I was a bit annoyed that my TSA Precheck was not included on my return ticket although I purchased the RT tickets through my Allegiant account that has all of that on my profile information. Feel like this should automatically have been added when tickets were purchased.

Cons: Having air conditioning on an aircraft on a hot summer day is critical. Especially on a 2 hours delay on the tarmac!

Cons: There was an absolutely awful job done by both Delta and Kayak of informing us if additional delays, new gate assignments, when the plane would be reboarded. Also, people were quite angry that the plane had to be cleaned between the time we got off and the time we reboarded. Just get us home.

Cons: The company could have hold it knowing there were travellers on connection. If not, knowing that they were no flight before the next day they could have prepare hotel booking for us because all hotels were full at midnight when we finally could get there.

Pros: This flight itself met all expectations and I am very pleased with Allegiant.

Cons: Communication & Technology @ check-in. I was never able to check in using the Allegiant phone app. Reason never communicated. Unable to check in online. Finally after a long hold over the phone I reached an agent who explained the system was updating. Bad set up. Could have been communicated!

As we were boarding the plane from Austin to Phoenix, we got a notification that our layover had been delayed an additional 5 hours due to construction at SFO. I’d have appreciated more of a heads up than as I’m boarding.

Cons: Checkin was seamless. flight comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately not much can be done about the worst part, which was total immigration disorganization on arrival at JFK. Coming from Rome which is a huge airport, it was shameful to see the difference. Sigh.

Cons: The flight had many delays due to weather issues. We had to refuel in a different airport before arriving with 5 or 6 hours delayed. That happens but the crew was very mean and brutal to answer questions and very poor to hold the stress of the travelers.

Cons: Every time my husband and I fly our seats get changed from our original picks. I make sure the tickets are linked and they still move us. Very irritating not sitting together especially when you take the time to ensure it doesn't happen.
