The flight itself was good but I am not a fan of a lot of people and so much sensory I couldn't take that part. My brain went into rescue mode cause there was to much going on. I am to interverted to out here peopling. I like the emergency section but when I feel like I am trapped cause there are people next to me I almost wanted to jump out to be honest. I didn't obviously but I now know what all I can handle and what not. Thank you for hearing me out. If there are better times for people with sensory issues and having borderline personality and anxiety issues please let me know
This was the worst flight of my life. I was placed in 33D which should not even be considered a seat. If anything it should be a heavily discounted seat. Aside from the usual more tolerable issues (no leg room, delays, poor snacks, the air vent smelling moldy, etc), this location was plagued by being placed directly in front of the bathroom door with all of the fun smells and sounds. The worst part was that there was a dozen available seats on this flight and was unable to moved my seat to any of them. I find it unbelievable that this seat was first assigned over any of those. Very disappointing.
Alaska Airlines has great customer service. I would like the Alaska lounge to improve with food options.
No free internet, lazy flight attendants that did not like to serve drinks. Blamed it on turbulence but there was not any.
Gate agent was VERY efficient, even as his 2nd wasn't there. But... Great Landing! (I suspect he's done this before.)
The seats couldn’t be more uncomfortable. Even for a 2 hour flight.

The boarding was fairly good, the flight attendants were efficient & patient, we had a decent snack for food, the arrival was smooth. Very happy with my overall experience!
Needed a bit of help to gate. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The crew on the flight was amazing.
The only thing I had issue with was the screaming 2-3 year old behind me who decided at the beginning and end of our trip we needed to listen to her literally scream at the top of her lungs and throw a huge tantrum- it had nothing to do with ear pressure. Nothing the air line can do about that. SMH. Crew and all employees were fantastic
Remind customers of the need to have passport or new ID for boarding.
Frontier.. nickel and dime add-ons. Flight late, on time, late again, last minute gate change, arrival gate required a shuttle to the terminal. They sure keep you guessing.. if you like a little chaos and airport anxiety, this is the airline for you!
Horrible. I would never fly Frontier again. The booking process is tricky at best, but fraudulent in my opinion. Frontier customer service did nothing to rectify my purchase -- I ended up paying more than double what I could have gotten from other airlines and nearly triple what I thought I was buying from Frontier. Their booking practices are unfair to the consumer.
I’m not gonna fly Frontier Airlines because booking is not an option. No water or food is for high price, not equipped for health emergency incompetent crew for emergency services. Cheap airline shows it is cheaper in all service categories. Boarding is the best of all airlines!
I never got to experience the flight because they delayed my first flight and I missed this one. Then Frontier didn't want to help me rebook a flight to get me to my final destination.
The seats were extremely hard and uncomfortable, even for a budget airline.
Boarding was very well executed. Got my bag right away.
