Pros: "So now we check in on line. Check in at Terminal 2 Then at the gate the West Jet staff do repeats calls asking for people to check in. The shuttle from Terminal 2 to 3 seems unnecessary, especially with the set of stairs to bus shuttle. A bit dangerous to line up on stairs especially for the elderly managing bags etc. Lower price on checked bags and you will not have to do repeated call out for volunteers."

Cons: "Delayed flight. Only got home at 1.30am."
Pros: "West Jet flights have little to no leg room. They also let ok much overhead baggage per person so boarding and getting off plane takes too long."
Cons: "See above."
Pros: "Everything was very good. The crew was pleasant and entertaining"
Cons: "I don’t want to give an excellent review because it leads to higher fares. But these people are pretty darn good we like to fly with them as much as possible. Two things can be corrected, however. Firstly the amount and size of carry on. If a bag or bundle looks really too big it really is too big. These people are so accommodating though they just let it go. Secondly, sometimes we check in early on line and we have a bag allowance. However, when printing a boarding pass at the airport if we say we are checking a bag the machine wants to charge for it. We always have to ask an attendant to clear this. Perhaps it’s time to fix this little issue. Like I said, I hate to give them an excellent rating because it makes it harder to get a good seat. The company is great and the folks working there are really great. Sorry to say."
Cons: "There were so many delays"
Pros: "Check in and boarding was done very efficiently. Economy seats were way more comfortable and roomy than any other airline I've flown. Will definitely check out West Jet's loyalty program and flight schedules from now on. In fact am flying West Jet to Florida in February."
Cons: "I flew the red eye and the plane was VERY cold so quite uncomfortable for 4 hours. Access to music and/or tv/movies would have made a big difference overall....access without a computer of ipad that is."
Pros: "On time. Crew was great"
Cons: "Took a long time for the ground crew to set up the bridge which caused delay in deplaning"
Cons: "I'm a bit disappointed by the services provided by Westjet: 1) I never received the confirmation of my fight/booking from Westjet; 2) I was not aware that the connecting from LA to SJ and SJ to LA were operated by different companies therefore I was not able to check in or even to check the gate information at the airport. I almost missed my flight from SJ to LA in the early morning 3) at the SJ airport, I was not aware that the flight from SJ to LA was operated by Delta not American airline. However, the Westjet customer services 1-888 number listed in your Kayak confirmation was not a correct number. I even tried to look up another customer services number of Westjet by searching the Westjet website, the number I found was not in service neither. I almost missed my flight from SJ to LA 4) At the LA airport I was told that I was not able to board the flight because I did not have the Canadian ETA. they said they would pull my checked luggages and flight them with my re-scheduled flight and will be shipped to the final destination Vancouver, Canada. when I arrived Vancouver, both suitcases were not arrived with my flight. One arrived with my original flight and the second were missing. The agent could not even tell me where the suitcase was. Moreover, the second did not arrive the time I was told it should arrive. My second suitcase was not allocated even before I left Vancouver to Europe one day after my travel. 5) No one responded to the luggage services number provided in the document. I could only successfully login to the link for the checking the status after I returned home in Brussels. 6) I was told that the second suitcase will be delivered to my home in Europe by another company. Currently I'm still waiting for my second suitcase."
Pros: "Kayak is cool. Westjet is meh."
Cons: "Both departure and return flights delayed by over an hour. All I hear is the same reason over and over again. Figure it out."
Pros: "Nothing. Lame service."
Cons: "Delays and no compensations"
Pros: "Friendly people!"
Cons: "Hour+ delay"
