The mobile site for Jet Blue was not very reliable or user friendly and made getting boarding passes quite trying. All this only applies to the DCA to TPA leg of our trip."

When our tickets were bought, we had Jon instead of Jonathan. Without any sympathy whatsoever, we were passed around various reps and agents. No one cared to help us make a change and make it to our flight. As we left home (after 2 hours of being at the airport), we continued trying to make a correction over the phone. None of the phone representatives cared to help and kept on delaying and holding us on the phone. After 8 hours, we were told that it's going to cost over $2,500 to have try an evening flight. They ended up marking us as "no show" at the airport which wasn't true. We ended up going back online (on kayak) and purchased new tickets as this option was cheaper. This entire experience was awful. Please reach out if you need any other information."

Even though the plane ticket is initially cheaper, by the time you pay $40 per checked bag, "pay" for the hours of delay or cancellation and reschedule, stress that accompanies your feelings when flying frontier knowing how unreliable they are, it's not worth it. I would rather pay $150 more and know I'll arrive on time with little or no hassle. I won't be flying with them again if I can avoid it."
