This was our first time flying with Breeze Airways, and I can honestly say it won’t be our last! From the pilots and flight attendants to the wonderful staff helping passengers board and exit the plane, everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, caring, and professional. It was clear that everyone took pride in their work and genuinely cared about the passengers’ experience. The airplane itself was exceptionally comfortable, making the entire journey even more enjoyable. What a refreshing experience to fly with an airline that truly puts its passengers first! We look forward to flying with Breeze Airways again and highly recommend them!
Driving 1.5 hours to connect in Charleston to New Haven CT was a waste. New Haven is the worst airport in the US. Everything is outside and this is an issue in bad weather. Zero parking. Only opening 2 hours before wheels up gives you no flexibility. I am done with Breeze. By the time i buy everything i need, im saving no money.
Flight Grand Jct to Las Vegas the internet wasn't working. Flight Las Vegas to Grand Jct we didnt have internet & my air vents was broken making the plane a bit warm. I understand not having a lot of food choices for such a short flight, but not pretzels, cookies or anything offered & only free beverage choices were water, tea, or coffee; not even ginger ale or a soda. Like everything else, you get less & pay more these days.
Breeze Airways is a no nonsense, no extra fluff kind of airline. They have just the basics, boarding is short and easy, and the cost for flights are fair. Will definitely be flying Breeze again!
I thought I paid for a round trip for carry-on and my ticket only had one way when I purchased a round trip Didn't make sense to me .Not what you want to hear when it's time to go home.
Support for wheel chair was not good. Desk did not open until 2 hours before takeoff not check in time.
Boarding process was super smooth and the staff and crew were wonderful. Seats made me feel like I was being bent forward. Might be because I'm shorter and the puffy head rest pushes my head down. I would have liked to have been able to remove it
What entertainment!? Snack i bought was unusual and in very small quantity. Very limited selection of snacks to buy. Taste was mediocre.
Leg room was good. Seat pockets were good. Especially the one for menu. Personal Explanation for potential of needing help since i came on a wheelchair was excellent! That has never happened to me flying before. It happened before many passengers had boarded and the attendant leaned way over in front of me. Great help with my carry on since i was in a wheelchair. I was surprised about cost of drinks and snacks. Didn't know there was no free snack. I was cold on both legs of flight. Asked for a blanket but none was brought. Does Breeze even have them? Temperature was adjusted for a short time. Had to put on jacket and put a shirt from my carry on across my legs. Guy next to me pulled his collar up. My nose was cold to touch. I asked flight attendant if they always kept it that cold. She said she thought they had adjusted the temp. When i suggested she feel how cold my nose was, she said she would note it. Casual dress of crew was interesting to me. I thought tennis shoes was very practical. Observed the captain had gone to get food at a fast food place for the crew before we took off. They did not have time to go having moved from one plane to the next at a different gate than planned. Thought that was great commaradiery! And i told him so. Hard to reach call button and air control. Gate staff suggested we use restrooms before boarding since one on board was so small. Thought that was amusing and thoughtful. Pilot made announcements about delays--mechanical warning light, weather delay, traffic on runway and construction near gate and weather where we were landing. Interesting about crew having to do cleanup. Nice about offering upgrades a couple days before flight. Nice sbout sending reminder to check in.
Flying with this airline is a true nightmare. We got delayed than stranded on layovers due to maintenance issues both ways of our flight and there’s no way to communicate with anyone other than AI bots that are absolutely useless. Never again.
They delayed my flight all day but didn't try to reschedule me until all other options were gone. Ended up on a red eye. Not happy. Lesson learned, don't book the last flight from SJC to RDU.
Every single flight I take with southwest is delayed by at least one hour. Unbelievable
When I made my reservation it would have been nice if kayak would have included my luggage. Unaware that I had to pay $45 each way. Should have asked at reservation time if luggage was being checked
Crew was a little surly. But plane left on time and arrived early. All one can ask for. New 737 Max was nice.
Flight was delayed about 50 minutes and completely full. they did the usual demand for people to check carry-ons. they called all groups to board very fast only to stand in the gangway after having boarding passes scanned. Why don't airlines board from the back to front - since they now have assigned seats? our stewardess got drink orders confused, so she just called out "cranberry". etc.,.. I wish they wouldn't serve pretzels snacks with a powdered coating, as it sticks to your hands and they don't have wet wipes. don't want to lick my fingers after hanging out in the terminal for over an hour.
Delayed over 3 hours, extremely rough landing on all four flights. Would not recommend
Boarding, crew and inflight entertainment was great. Could have better food options for a long flight. Paid money and got a seat with extra leg space but was asked to keep my carry on under the seat in front of me which defeats the purpose of buying a extra space seat.
Overall good, just screaming kids in the area the whole flight.
The crew canceled the complementary snack and drink in anticipation of turbulence that never materialized. I was counting on the drink (water) to take the the doses of medication - prescribed for my heart condition - that were due during the flight. Since no snack or meal was served on this flight, I cannot rate the food quality. Otherwise, this flight was excellent.

A 6hr delay is going to put a damper on all reviews. It was almost impossible to get into the Delta club also. Zero conveyance. I could not use my status for anything. Makes me wonder why am I loyal to delta?
I fly coach so there is always the feeling everyone up front has more space than me. Everything was fine - on time which is the most important thing!
Great overall experience and use of the Delta One lounge was amazing!
I used by Skymiles to upgrade to First so that I could comfortably work using my laptop. But WiFi was intermittent and unavailable for long periods. I feel like I wasted 70,000 miles :(

Chairs don’t recline and the ones that do recline, barely do recline. It was most uncomfortable flight i ever been on.

Travelling with 2 others for work. Delta asked to check their carry ons due to the fullness of the plane. This was all good until the next leg of the flight. One of the 3 had their carry on checked through to the final destination but their passport on in their checked bag. Which they could not get to and he was not allowed on to the plane. Even though Delta had to retrieve his bag, because he was not allowed on. So they got his bag and he was in the terminal, but even when the flight was delayed, due to mechanical issues, he was not allowed to come onto the plane. Since the delay was nearly 2 hours, he was finally allowed back on the plane.
good in general food is just snack and beverages (same snacks all the time) could you try to change them?
Seats are made for children. An 8 hour flight with tiny seats is more like a cattle car. Lost bags at Rome airport caused a 7 hour delay.
We sat on the tarmac in Denver for over 30 minutes because a plane was in our gate. The pilot kept saying it will just be 5 minutes or less. However, we sat for over 30 minutes. Experiences like this make customers not trust what the pilot is saying.
Waited on tarmac for approximately 15-25 minutes before taking off. When landing, the time it took to taxi to our gate was the also 15-25 minutes.

The plane was so old. I paid a ridiculous amount to fly business and there was no internet for six hours! This can't be happening in 2026 and especially in cross country flights where there are a high volume of business travelers.
Loved the easy process to board and the experience overall was smooth
Set on the plane for two hours before pushing off the gate due to the power source issue being fixed which was known before letting people board the plane. On top of that it was very hot as AC was not working properly. Terrible experience and limited communication provided by the crew on the status of the issue. They should let people deplane while issue is addressed instead of frying them and glued to the seats.
I am United’s newest fan. The planes are clean, the staff is so friendly and snacks are more than just old pretzel crumbles. The captain came and said hello! Truly amazing experience
1 person checking us as we boarded, left gate on time, 12.30 we are told we were held for 15 mins as other flights were waiting to take off, captain due to rain … they were having a longer gap between take offs , 3pm we took off , they went land route via New Orleans in to Florida landed at 5.45pm offered coffee and a biscuit
This was a small aircraft (relatively) and we were delayed half an hour on takeoff, which is not the airlines fault.
Seats are getting smaller and smaller. In flight movies are poor compared to other airlines. Food is mediocre.
There was a 4 hour delay, some of which was attributed to ATC weather but started with maintenance and then later also log books. Though the flight went far beyond the scheduled time, there were no accommodations such as additional meal options or anything else.
My flight left Honolulu EIGHT hours late due to lack of flight crew. This was the second time in 2026. The first class staff were excellent ... personable and friendly. The food was okay ...

Had issues (application error) selecting my seat before checking in. Return Flight was delayed over 2 hours. Sat on the tarmac for 20 mins after landing Overall, not good of an experience compared to the times I have flown AA. Not sure I’m coming back.

WiFi broken, very long wait for valet bags, and the typical long wait at O'Hare on a thursday to get clearance to take off and then again long taxi and wait for the gate.
Got to gate late and they made me check my bag but when I got on flight there was lots of overheard bin space .
The gate agent in BNA got irritated with a lady for asking her about standby's and refused to hand out assigned standby tickets to ANYONE until Group 6 . She punished all standby passengers because of the one lady she did not like. When we boarded she said thank you to everyone as we scanned our boarding passes except the lady in front of me. Very petty and unprofessional
