Daily cleaning, installation of cabin HEPA filters on flights to Corfu Island
Greece has restricted the entry of all travelers with the exception of residents from EU+ countries. EU+ consists of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Lichtenstein and Iceland.
Nationals and residents of Australia, Israel, South Korea, New Zealand, Russia, Thailand and UAE may also enter the country.
Those arriving from the UAE must be traveling on a direct flight, and will need to provide proof of permanent residence in the UAE, return tickets and hotel reservations.
Foreign travelers may not arrive from other areas unless they are in an essential category such as healthcare professionals, students, government members, diplomats, military personnel, humanitarian aid workers, airline crew, seasonal workers, travelers in transit, or travelers entering Greece for reasons authorized by the Greek embassy or consulate. Flights from Turkey are suspended, except flights to repatriate Greek nationals and residents and special government-ordered flights.
Travelers arriving from Albania and North Macedonia must arrive at Athens.
All travelers must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test results 72 hours prior to arrival.
In addition to the mandatory pre-travel testing requirements set out above, travelers arriving from the UAE or UK will be required to undergo a rapid COVID-19 test on arrival.
All travelers except those only transiting through an airport in Greece must complete a "Passenger Locator Form (PLF)" 24 hours before check-in. A QR code generated from the completed form must be presented upon arrival.

Travelers are subject to a mandatory 7-day preventive quarantine.
Travelers arriving from the UAE or UK need to self-isolate for 7 days at the address they record on their PLF, in the event of a negative test result. If they are staying for shorter period of time, then they will need to self-isolate until their departure day. At the end of the 7-day self-isolation, travelers should undergo a fresh PCR test in order able to exit quarantine. If the result of their rapid COVID-19 test upon entry to Greece is positive, the Greek authorities will ask them to quarantine until advised otherwise.

Instead I sat in the last row because it was empty and there was not a seat 26A. I almost missed this flight because my boarding pass said 26A and really it was 27A. I did look at the board. I did not compare the board to the ticket, and the numbers were so close my tired brain thought they matched. When it was time to board I checked at gate 26A and she sent me around the construction. I told the guy there (27A) I was looking for 26A and he said to go around the construction. I told him they sent me to him and he insisted I go around the construction. I would have missed the plane if someone else had not come up just then and said he was going to Richmond. At that point I told the guy I was too, and he checked my ticket. Some of the problem was my tired brain and you cannot fix that. Perhaps when someone tells your employee that they have already been sent around the construction the employee should just check the ticket instead of trying to send them back."

Britisk airways cancelled our return transatlantic flight LGW to JFK and the Iberia (one world) representative Alicante airport could not help us getting on another flight we now are landing in LGW and have to transfer to LHR at iour own expense and are getting to J FK almost 4 hour later than scheduled...spenrt over 40 minutes on phone with British airways at international cell phone rates which also cost us a fortune"

Cons: "We were in JFK for over 24 hours being lied to and being promised that our flight to Madrid although late would leave that day. We were changed from boarding door to boarding door, we were told that there were no hotel rooms available in New York that they could place us in and told that they were testing a plane and as soon as it was confirmed it could fly we would be on it. At approx. 1am or a little after we (the passengers) from the flight were located at boarding door 7 and they brought an Iberia plane right by the windows in hopes that we would be put at ease at the sight of a possible flight only to find out that there are no flights out of JFK after 1am. The lies they told and or lack of truths was very frustrating"
Cons: "Missed my connection because they weren't super clear about the gate and then just kept me on standby. Would have liked to have had some options, like actually booking my flight so maybe I could have explored Madrid on my 9 hour layover after missing my flight by 4 minutes. And then they kept me shuttling back and forth while doing this. I went through security 4 times."

Cons: "They kept delaying the flight and then cancelled. I had to take uber to Penn Station and then AmTrack to Union Station. Otherwise I would not have gotten back until over 24 hours later the next day. So, in the end I had to spend over $200 more to get home. I really have never had a good experience flying Iberia."

Cons: "1. There is a security check just prior to boarding at the gate in Brussels that is not known about in advance. The process is not organized, nor did I (along with other passengers) understand why another checkpoint was being unexpectedly required.. 2. The food onboard (main meal - beef and snack - calzone) were not good; although they were served hot, they were bland and unappetizing. Contrary to popular belief, not all airplane food is "bad". 3. And finally, the restrooms were not kept clean during the flight - I had never seen that on any of the nternational airlines I've taken over several years."

My criticism was the overoptimism of the captain how quickly things would happen and on arrival in Brussels the total unpreparedness of the ground staff to cope with half a plane load of people with connections having missed those connections."

Cons: "The transatlantic flight from JFK took off about an hour late and we missed the connecting flight. This was very disappointing since half of the people on our flight were gong to Munich and I would have expected the airline to hold the plane for an extra 15 - 20 minutes so we could have made the flight. Instead, an almost empty plane must have taken off on time and we are only able to fly to Munch 5 hours later. Unacceptable from Brussel Airlines / Lufthansa. They should not sell this connection as a flight to Munich or should have held the plane."

I am used to boarding in zones so things tend to be less congested leading up to the jetway. - This may or may not have been something the airline could have changed but sitting in the plane for 5 hours waiting to de-ice was unacceptable. The entire food service was served in this time so no food was available for the 6 hour flight to Accra. Had we been able to wait in the terminal, passengers could get their own food and the food for the flight could have been saved. Also, they ran out of chicken dishes by the time I was served and I was left with fish only. Had I been a vegetarian, this would have been unacceptable."

This flight is sometimes subcontracted out to WDL who fly various other flights for SN throughout the day, and so any delay elsewhere in Europe can delay this flight. Baggage priority ignored for Star Gold. Missed train connection on arrival in UK. Due to the above problems. In-flight staff OK but ground crew seem disorganised."
