Everything was ok except that one of my checked in baggage which was new lost 2 of its wheels and so I filed a complaint and hope they would give comoensation. otherwise, everything was good!
Pros: "the seat are comfortable. Flight stewards are responding to anything I need but on the downside, lavatories are clogged most of the time ( maybe because too many are using it.) Another issue is the travelers card, the letters are printed too small that seniors like me can't read it inspite of the fact that I'm wearing my eyeglasses."
Cons: "The websites should be improved that allow users to login."
Pros: "Crew was very good. The food was better than most."
Cons: "The toilets should be checked for cleanliness more often, and supplies replenished."
Pros: "Nice crew, direct flight to LAX."
Cons: "Philippines Airlines has two things it could improve on: one is the food, which is probably the worst of any airline I’ve flown on in recent years. But the thing that is most problematic is that it is not a member of any alliance. I live in Manila, but only for a year or two, so would be nice for those miles to be transferable. If PAL didn’t have the only direct flight from Manila to LAX, I would avoid the airline altogether for long international flights."
Cons: "Didn’t like the portion in Manila airport where they take away your passport! I understand you don’t have a say in that but maybe giving customers clear instructions or expectations would help"
Cons: "Got food poisoning from the potato salad, as did other Americans who were on our same flight"
Cons: "I have wheel chair and the crew of PAL is ignore it they dont like the same with Asiana and Korean Air they approuching us..."
Pros: "The crew was helpful and patient. Toilets were always clean."
Cons: "Beer was not available. Sometimes the type of food was not available in the coach class."
Pros: "None!!!!!!! Because i pay for my seat assignment and they give me the wrong seat and they say no refunds because they cannot allocate the seat assignment that i bought."
Cons: "They have should have a refund policy and they should have hire more profesional when in comes to customer service."
