Pros: "Great and responsive crew, still-amusing WestJet wit. Very organized!"
Cons: "Some older (like 1940s-1950s) movies for in-flight entertainment would have been great."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for over 2 hours without explanation or apology. The entertainment system did not work on my computer. Either the system was not working properly and/or the troubleshooting instructions were incorrect. This was a five hour flight with no entertainment, in a cramped seat."
Pros: "Crew member who made announcements at boarding was funny."
Cons: "Flight delayed. When on board it’s a night flight. Kids are asleep so crew could be more mindful of that when making loud/screechy announcements. And noticed a few empty seats. None of them were an option when we did online check in."
Pros: "Direct from Orlando to London!"
Cons: "Coming home to the cold"
Pros: "The crew was friendly and although the aircraft was small, it was very comfortable!"
Cons: "There was no in--flight entertainment and only drinks and cookies for food."
Pros: "New plane more leg room Direct flight Orlando Winnipeg"
Cons: "Every time I fly WestJet they seem to need to reset the wifi entertainment wasting 15 minutes of movie watching"
Pros: "Very friendly and helpful crew."
Pros: "Did not even make the flight out of tulsa do to Frontier airlines"
Cons: "Read above"
Cons: "Did not like flight attendants attitude, my row of TVs did NOT work for the whole flight, leaving me bored for the whole flight"
Pros: "Flight only took about 2&1/2 hours! Crew was humorous and very sweet. Got in early thank goodness or May have missed connection. Our baggage was checked through to the final destination which was great. No problems with reservations or baggage."
Cons: "Boarding seemed painfully slow. Download the WestJet app in advance if you like to watch movies or TV shows on your mobile device! I had a very tight connection to next flight and had to make it through immigration and to a far-away gate in leas than one hour. To make it worse we had to wait about 10 minutes for a customs agent to arrive so they could begin unloading the luggage and let us go through customs."
Pros: "The room between the seats"
Cons: "The boarding The landing The delay"
Cons: "Announcement from the flight crew inaudible. Much too fast and with lack of ununciation"
Cons: "I was told they don't help you store your carry on. At 66 and 5 feet tall this seems like an impossible feat likely to create issues as it falls on my head."
Cons: "slight delay in takeoff but otherwise good"
Pros: "I like West Jet over all and it is my preferred airline, as it flies direct between most cities I need to visit. The price is decent and the majority of time the in flight staff are reasonable. I had another flight recently where they were excellent."
Cons: "The flight attendants were a little dour. Whether due to the time of flight or that they were leaving Orlando, I don't know, but I was expecting a little more cheer or at least positivity from them. Also the flight was "running low" on drinks and so I they only came through the cabin once to offer soft drinks, which I needed as I had still to catch a red eye and function during my layover. I wasn't pleased with them. Lastly the West Jet connect app worked just fine for my ipad but despite advertising my wife was unable to get it to work on her computer (mac) despite multiple attempts. If TVs are no longer going to be standard on planes someone needs to be present to help with I.T. when the system isn't working as advertised."
Cons: "No in flight entertainment unless you download their app, however there was no signs or announcements to warn passengers of this. Flight was delayed and they lost my baggage even though it was a direct flight. Not impressed."
Pros: "Very kind and patient with seniors using wheelchair assist. She will only travel WJ when possible! Thank you."
Pros: "The staff and comfort."
Cons: "It wasnt possible to connect to entertainment system or wifi even though I had paid for wifi"
Pros: "I liked the friendliness of the crew and how accommodating they were of me and of their guests!"
Cons: "There was quite a delay on my flight and I didn’t get an email to let me know there was a delay. Because I happened to go to check in earlier, I happened to noticed the delay. I wasn’t happy about not getting an email. I called West Jet to find out about the delay and it took approximately an hour to speak to someone. When I did, the delay was explained as weather related and the reason for not getting an email was because they hadn’t gotten to it yet I believe. I wasn’t happy with that as a reply. The flight was then delayed again by several minutes. I would have appreciated some form of compensation as I was going to get a lift home from the airport and ended up having to pay for a taxi as I was coming in so late. In all other flights, I know west jet to be quite an accommodating airline. The crew was great, I simply didn’t appreciate how the delay was handled."
Pros: "WestJet Connect, food, fast service on board."
Cons: "Time to take off. A flight attendant told us to go back and register the car seat before boarding, but it was not necessary. Waste of time."

Cons: "Security, too much, even when we arrived, customs twice."
Pros: "The people were all very helpful."
Cons: "The system was down. Had to stand in line for an hour. I had carry on and Global entry. But couldn't get my boarding pass without seeing an agent."
Pros: "No movies, not sure whether I needed to Dow load something Did not have food"
Cons: "Small aircraft, not enough leg room. Makes sleep impossible."
Pros: "Very cheerful and friendly crew. Made the journey very enjoyable."
Pros: "The food was good"
Cons: "Your website and westjet allowed price gouging to happen. I had to spend about $2500 for two new flights, to replace two flights that were cancelled on September 8th due to Hurricane Irma. The previous flights cost total $678 for two people from FLL to EDI. But you allowed us to be charged $2500 for the same exact route, and we had to spend due to the emergency. The very next day the President of the USA stated it was unethical for price gouging to happen. I request at least 50% refunded back"
Cons: "No meal on the plane"
Pros: "On the way back boarding started early and we left earlier than planned."
Cons: "Boarding has become quite the painstaking endeavor since all checked luggage is payed because now travellers try to fit everything in carry ons to save money which leads to everyone trying to put their stuff in the overhead bins. This isn't exclusive to one carrier though."
Pros: "The friendliness of the staff, the size of the seats. Check in was fast and efficient."
Pros: "Everything was great!!"
Pros: "Not long to go through checkin."
Cons: "Everything was good."
Cons: "Flight kept getting delayed other then that was great"
Cons: "Waiting to get our luggage"
Pros: "On the return flight unable to board because Canada requires a transit visa. If I knew could have gotten ahead of time. The West Jet person was super rude then Airfair.com wanted more than the cost of the flight to book a different day. A$350 change fee for a flight change? Wow !"
Pros: "Good crew, relaxing flight Orlando-Calgary 10Jan2017"
Pros: "My passport wasn’t signed and I couldn’t locate my pen. The agent had a pen in front of him and refused to let me use it. He informed me that his pen is a personal item and that I need to learn a lesson that all travelors should have a pen handy. He proceeded to move me off he line and board additional passangers."
Cons: "My passport wasn’t signed and I couldn’t locate my pen. The agent had a pen in front of him and refused to let me use it. He informed me that his pen is a personal item and that I need to learn a lesson that all travelors should have a pen handy. He proceeded to move me off he line and board additional passangers."
Pros: "New plane!!"
Cons: "No WiFi"
Pros: "We arrived early in Toronto . Excellent Service"
Pros: "Service was efficient and pleasant. Complementary drinks and snacks were served. This was a nice surprise!"
Pros: "Overall a great experience."
Pros: "As a professional musician, flying with my viola is one of the most nerve wracking experiences, as if it is forced to be checked due to insufficient room for overhead baggage, it could be completely destroyed. As stated in Air Canada's online policy, passengers traveling with musical instruments that fit as carry on baggage are allowed to change to earlier boarding zones. After approaching a staff member with my viola, I wasn't simply assigned an earlier zone, but rather I was allowed to board first. On this principle alone I will be flying Air Canada again. Thank you!!!"
Pros: "Loved the staff. Very friendly. Planes were clean and most of all, got to me my destination. On time!"

Cons: "Nothing specific"
Pros: "Flight was delayed several hours with no compensation given"
Cons: "Cancelled flights and delays."
Cons: "AC Ticket attendants were unbelievably rude."
Pros: "Left on time, arrived on time."
Cons: "The airline failed to mention transit visa rules. Really poor customer service. Irrespective of what time of the day you call, the average wait time is 30 min. Who can wait for 30 min to receive his/her call. That's stupid for a premium air line. Even when someone answered they failed to provide a solution and were unsympathetic to my cause"
Pros: "Overall good. A bad delay and boarding process. I can't fill out the above rating cause my computer dos'nt let me."
Cons: "Cancelled, terrible service, cancelled last minute, no reasonable options for rebooking, not enough staff, disorganized section at airport, rudest security ever."
Cons: "Cancelled flights, delays, no refund option so I had to wait 15hrs to get to a 1 hrs destination. Then they lost my luggage so my mini weekend away turned into a disaster. I basically wasted $1,000 for a nightmare trip. If they would've just issued a refund in the beginning I would've been fine w the cancelation."
Cons: "Flights get cancelled or delayed all the time so that's not what was so upsetting. It was the way we were informed about these delays. The staff were jest rude, making a bad experience even worse. Then they lost my bags, couldn't track them, couldn't tell me where they were. And I was flying out to another country for a tour next day so that was very inconvenient. I won't be flying with this airline again. They don't know what good customer service is."
Pros: "on time"
Pros: "Everyone was nice and the seating area had room."
Pros: "Checking our luggage at the gate and how courteous everyone was Maureen"

Cons: "Long time till take off."
Pros: "it was on time landed a few minutes early stewerdess were very nice"
Cons: "They charged us 25 dollars for a carry on bag which was unfair. They didn't charge anyone else. When I came back I was not charged. I would like a refund. The people were very rude! I take that bag on trips weekly. I should have not been charged."
Cons: "I called and confirmed a special meal 40 hours in advance. They said they had no request form me and gave me fruit,"
Cons: "The Toronto airport was ill-equipped for an international transfer. I barely made it despite a 90 minute layover. Air Canada was OK, not great."
