It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers
The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.
The number of interim flight delays has been higher than I can remember in my history of travel making any connection a mystery as to whether you will actually make it.

Sat in the plane at the gate in SLC for 2+ hours before take off, getting me home nearly 3 hours later than planned.
I was impressed with how quickly the baggage transfers were made.
The Airline Attendant found us in flight and moved us to seats in the front of economy due to the short time we would have to make our connecting flight. We really appreciated it.
For some reason, there was very little volume on the cabin announcements. You could not hear what the pilot or crew were saying.
Carmen was an absolute delight on the flight staff! Everyone was lovely and made it a very pleasant flight.
Still room for improvement in food and beverage selection: bring back Cognac
Flight was on time. Could have been a little more comfortable. Baby cried all night.
The chicken on the flight Boston to Zurich wasn’t very good. It was bland passable. Too much sugar in the Cole slaw. Cabbage is an amazing veg and can be much more crisp and alive. Flight attendants were Wonderful! Seats were a bit beat up but okay. In economy it was tight when the person in front learned back the screen became too close.
On time and my bag made it. My parents on British Air had their bag held/lost at LHR, so Swiss definitely won that contest.
Wonderful, i asked at front gate to change my seat up closer and they gave me a row with no one in it. Very kind of them as the flight was on the light side.
Great crew, great food, horrible aircraft seat spacing for a 9 hr flight.
The food could have been better but everything else was superb.

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
There were multiple delays and the food was poor. Better food.
The layovers / connections were too short and too long. I SPRINTED to make the connection from OSL-JFK and then SAT for over 6 hours from JFK-BUF. I don’t mind a longer layover more than I want to RUN to make my next connection
Flight crew was very kind and polite. They had to deal with an unnamed issue right beside me, and did so with respect.

Elderly traveler with disability was bumped from extra legroom to economy with little legroom. He couldn’t bend his knee to fit in the seat. Very uncomfortable for a 7 hour flight and will be reported to DOT. Then the food was disgusting. Boiled chicken with boiled rice and steamed veggies. 3 slices of carrot and one broccoli. We couldn’t eat it. No salt or pepper provided. Disgusting.
Good flight. Mass boarding. Seats fairly comfortable. Food okay although may have upset my stomach a bit.
The crew were nice and courteous. Exonomy seats were worse than expected. Overhead bin space was non existent thanks to loose enforcement of the carryon size and letting passengers put up their purses jackets and backpacks up there leaving no space for others with a small conforming carry on. Food was not good at all. Perhaps worse chicken I ever had in my life. I had to have them take it after tasting how bad it was. Whoever made that should not be in food making business.
The crew was very helpful and friendly. Food was good. The only issue was the legroom -- not great. The seat in front is also too close to see the entertainment screen properly.
Everything was perfect. I would’ve liked better selections for entertainment, but I slept most of the time, so it wasn’t really an issue.
They lost my luggage and there is no update, no luggage and no hope that they will find it. It has been 26 hours since we landed
A Lufthansa flight operated by SAS with a jettime plane. Fight was nice, no food but free tea and coffee.
Lufthansa was great. Crew on board excellent. Frankfort passport control horrible it took about two hours to get through. After waiting in line for hours there was a discussion with the passenger in front of me that was taking forever. The couple behind me had a connecting flight to Turkey in 30 minutes and asked border control officer of her situation and the control officer told the couple in a nasty tone if you don’t like it you can go to another line which would have surely made her miss the flight. Border patrol officers were not helpful. Finally made it through I had to exit and reentry for security check for my connecting flight which Lufthansa changed gates and I had to run to get to A60. Which it seemed 2 kilometers to get to but I made it. If i fid not have 2.5 hrs layover i would have missed my connecting flight to Milan. Not sure if I will fly through Frankfort in the future.
TV wasn’t working, flight attendants never came when turning on the light, luggage was delayed and when delivered it was broken. No suitcase for the rest of our 2 week trip with no response when claimed filed
Lost our luggage, now two days and four $30 each taxi trips to airport and long lines in taxi queue because Lufthansa didn’t get it right, by not recognizing new delays between flights caused byEU new lengthy crossing requirements for non EU travelers, so luggage lost because traditionally methodical and orderly Germans not paying attention.
It is ridiculous that Lufthansa weighs your carry-on bags. It's also ridiculous how strict they are about the 50 pound rule when you're flying overseas for nearly 3 weeks. The reality is, that if you book a business or first class ticket you get a $70 luggage allowance. It's bullshit that it's not about safety. It's not about regulation. It's about money. And that pisses me off. Furthermore, under price, which I assume was the travel consolidator for my ticket sold me some bullshit ticket that did not include to check luggage. What a bunch of nonsense. That's a scam. There shouldn't even be a ticket offered to Europe without checked luggage. I don't know how most people are, but now I'm gonna be very skeptical about using KAYAK again and flying Lufthansa. I think maybe it's best I just booked with the airline directly.
The crew could deploy more customer focus and not frown when asked a question. I’m speaking of one lady in particular who raised a hand in my face for me to wait whe I tried to ask a question and never came back to me. Very unprofessional and rude.
They set someone on our assigned seats and we ended up finding seats for ourselves to ensure the family sits together.
Very efficient and excellent service. Nice amenities and beautiful plane. Elevated meals. Boarding could have been more organized. We missed our connecting flight due to EU entry but Lufthansa was extremely quick to rebook us.
Aircraft had fairly roomy seats on economy. Food was good (beef dinner).
Broken seat did not recline fully, broken footrest, no air vents, no electricity for charging devices, outlets for headphones or isb did not work. Rude crew. Horrible experience. Would never fly Lufthansa again
The Discover flight from TPA to FRA was exceptionally unprofessional and incompetent in organization. First the entertainment system was completely nonfunctional for the entire plane and no competent IT support to fix. Than they could not serve any coffee or tea because they ran out of water - reflecting the exceptionally incompetent management at Discovery and most embarrassing for Lufthansa and a German airline, more like a third world country. The food was mediocre at best and minimalistic for Discover, particularly with the much higher standards at Lufthansa.
All the above categories was great. Seats entirely too cramped.
You will pay for everything and feels like the airplane is old
The flight was delayed due to snow in Frankfurt. There wasn't much information from BA or the airport, but Kayak was great and kept me informed of the delay and gate changes.
LCY airport is an amazing airport and I love the flight from LCY to FRA with BA. Efficient, easy, comfortable and great luggage allownace with BA. I iused to fly predominantley LH, but the service and price - benefit ratio of Lufthansa has deteriorated a lot over the last 5 years. Whereas BA keeps an excellent service level with friendly staff.
The information in the airport, and the app was different. Be aware. Different terminals in Stuttgart, so we had to walk a lot. It's a small airport so it wasn't a big deal, but it was ludicrous to see the error in the app.
They overbooked the flight by 3 people. It is completely unacceptable to tell 3 people, with paid tickets, that need to get home for children etc, that they need to stay another night. No compensation. No apology.
Good flight. Not a lot of legroom, but it was fine for a short flight.
No entertainment and the seats are well worn.! To the point it feels like your sitting in a bowl
Disaster out of City Airport with our flight cancelled and very little help.
They canceled the original flight and I had to take the fligh the next day
