Good and easy. Seats are a bit crammed and plane was small.

Our flight was overbooked so we took the offer and flew home the next day on first class seating. It is a 90 minute flight, it was comfy and quickly executed in all respects. Deplaning was quick and luggage delivered quickly.

I didn’t know that there wouldn’t be a screen to watch movies so I didn’t bring earphones to use with my phone. Other than that all good

Our landing was rough. Asked other passengers, and we all agreed. The actual touchdown was very abrupt. Breaking was aggressive, as the nose of the plane went left and right.

We landed at 7:35 pm did get out of the plane till 8:45 pm pilot informed that their was a plane broken down on the gate that the plane was to go in that it would take 5 to 10 minutes, after 40 minutes the air we were breathing started to be bad and people started to complain so they turned the air full blast and the pilot as I was walking out of the plain was laughing like nothing had happened (very un professional) ( I would never fly Alaska again…..)

I’m a small lady , I was in the middle seat and could barely move . My muscles were cramping most of the flight . Very uncomfortable!!

We brought our own food on board. Did not use entertainment. Airport agents knew my husband arrived in a wheelchair and they moved us forward in the cabin from assigned seats. Such a gift! We requested wheelchair assistance when we reserved the flights, but the request disappeared from all 4 legs of round trip. However, very easy to add at the airport.

We had no food or enjoyed entertainment. Flight was only about 1 hour. Lovely experience.

Be prepared for departure delays at SFO while the runways are under construction. No fault of the airlines, so be flexible. Alaska is my favorite air line but needs to pay flight attendants for all the time they're at work, not just when in the air.

Flight was 3 hours late so only had an OK experience

Boarding was somewhat chaotic. Unable to evaluate crew or food/drink because captain kept them seated due to turbulence. Have no idea if entertainment was offered.

Worst flight in my life. Only was scheduled for a 45 min flight to get our connection flight. It was late by 40 minutes and we missed our connection. Delta was totally useless trying to help and unable to get my family on the next flight because they overbooked it Thus had to get a hotel at my expense and lost a day at Disney as a result. Cost me about a $1000 if you add 2 hotels meals shuttles etc to get thru the day Awful customer service by Delta in Detroit totally useless people

Delta did an awful job w logistics at DTW. Missed connection. We were there an hour early. SUCKED

Uncomfortable seats on 14 hour flight. Mediocre food. On time and great crew.

The landing was bad and the hostess came two times and i was sleeping but when she served the person that nexts to me I woke up and she didn’t even asked me if I need any drink or snacks two times!!!!

Crew were exceptional. Plane was quiet and quite empty, so I had a row to sleep across.

Gate crew helping to scan tickets was a little short tempered with customers. Flight crew was very friendly, welcoming , and provided excellent service on board.

They charge me for the luggage which is was included on the ticket

Nothing they cancelled my connection and couldn't get me on a flight for 3 more days

Was 4 1/2 hours delayed. No food options, poor entertainment and cramped seats made worse by people in front reclining while we could not as in back row.

The baggage handlers broke the handle on my bag that they put under the plane that I checked on the jetway. They traded it out for a less quality bag in Tulsa. But, they said they would try to fix it. Bologna! There was no fixing that bag handle. Someone didn’t care how they treated the bag.

The entertainment wasn’t playing in the app or online.

It is a modern tragedy that any airline expects you to travel for 14 hours in such discomfort and that the only way to add comfort is exorbitant prices. I was in pain by the time we landed. Shameful.

Original plane sidelined. Had to wait an hour for replacement.

Crew was very cooperative and professional. Passenger's first checked in bag should be free.

No real agent onsite helping you for missing luggage there. Not like the other airline next to UA desk, they have staff attending in their desk assisting answer/helping luggage issue, even after midnight.

Horrible, the flights kept delaying, so it is obvious that we won't be able to make it to the next connection. No easier/real agent on site to help you figure this out. UA agent on other counters refuse to assist you and direct us to use the QR code/call customer service. So inefficient and poor. While technology seems convenient, but it's not the best interest/experience for customers need help while there is active issue need assistance.

After the morning frenzy of 35 min wait through CLT security at 4;30 AM, it was nice to have a smooth pleasant boarding experience. This 6:30 AM flight was not full. We were able to get seated swiftly and took off promptly. Nice touch they distributed the old fashioned headsets with 8 mm jacks. Snacks were decent and arrival was uneventful.

American Airlines actually put me on a Delta flight. They didn't have to do that. They could have offered me a flight the next day or even two days later. But, American Airlines agents put me on a Delta airplane from Atlanta to Sao Paulo, instead of going through Miami when my flight to Miami was cancelled. American Airlines made sure that I got to my destination on time. I appreciate that.

Unfriendly gate staff and significant delay once we were on the plane.

The gate crew did try to help, however they lacked the information as to whether the flight will operate or not. Being delayed 6 hours and in a limbo on whether the flight will operate or not is not fun. The airline having staffing issues is not encouraging at all.

Our flight was delayed by 18 hours. Poor accommodations made and no apology.

From check-in staff to in-flight staff, everyone was wonderfully kind

I missed this flight due to delays on my previous flight.

This flight was awful all around. Delays on the tarmac at PHL before takeoff and at the tarmac in Chicago caused me to miss my final connection. This was completely avoidable, in my opinion.

Check-in experience is lame, with continued attempts to get people to pay more to choose a seat. Boarding was terrible for anyone with a mild disability or who simply doesn't want to stand for a long time, with everyone waiting to board, filling the entire jetway and taking quite a long time to get to the plane. We had an aborted landing, and the pilot didn't say a word until after we landed and were parked at the gate. Didn't know if we'd be diverted to another airport - no update of any kind. Weird and unprofessional. I normally like Sun Country quite well - this was not a great experience. We were also quite late.

Flight delayed because lavatory wasn’t functioning. Then they couldn’t open the door right away on arrival for some malfunction reason.

Missed the connection due to delay and poor customer service.

The flight was delayed and I missed my connection by just a few minutes despite having been just one gate over. Extremely maddening, especially when they didn't wait for several of us passengers in the same position who had no other flight options to New York that day.

They were flexible and let my daughter and I sit in the back of the plane.

A flight attendant appeared to not be in a good mood that served us; felt she was being short. Overhead announcements were very loud compared to other airlines and the message was not friendly and was a little confusing. This flight was particularly over all was not satisfying compared to previous Sun Country flights.

Airlines should have to add their fees to their fares

I am upset with the hidden fees for bringing on an overhead carryon onto flight and also having to pay for my seat selection. This should all be part of the original price of the ticket. Very poor customer service

Sun country Wi-Fi was not working. Flight was overbooked by two people. Had to pay extra for carryons day before flight and I don’t like hidden fees like that.

WiFi did not work. Woman flight attendant in the rear of the plane was moody.
