we landed at cmh ten minutes early but had to sit on tarmac for twenty minutes because a plane was at our gate despite the fact that 3 other gates were open.
The experience with American Airlines was good, although the Philippines Airlines flight was much better (better seats, better food, better entertainment options, overall better). Again, the MIA to LAX flight was fine, but nothing in comparison to the comfort and accommodations of the Philippines Airlines flight from LAX to MNL.

this plane was really old, had exit row seats and tray was in arm of seat so super uncomfortable to use. another seat they could t even use the tray it was broke. seat i. front of me had duct tape on it cause seat was ripped open... this plane should either be updated or retired.
We were very rushed by a staff member at the gate when transferring from American Airlines to Fijian. Then the plane stayed put for ages anyhow! The plane was delayed and my bag sent to San Francisco instead of Fiji
Baggage handling poor. Second time this has happened. My bag went to San Francisco instead of Fiji. No apology. Luckily Nadi airport staff are fantastic. My bag arrived in Fiji the next day.

We left 2 1/2 hours late. It wasn't the airlines fault but they did nothing to help the situation. Even water had a price tag. The next flight was better.
The seats needs to be comfortables, at least please add more padding to the seats.
The flight was okay however, for whatever reason they were not able to check me in for all 3 flights that I had booked through them creating a big problem when I landed in Toronto, in addition my luggage never made it to Toronto as well. So overall experience was not good

Fast and sensible boarding was absolutely amazing. But extortionate wifi and seats that barely moved, making me unable to sleep, didn't do a lot of favors.
Late. Taking off, landing, deplaning. Missed our connection on AerLingus to NYC. Computers down from cyber attack. Put us up for the night. Lost our luggage. Everyone was nice. But it was an awful day.
Excellent flight and crew. Boarding at Dublin Airport was a very difficult trying to find the right gate.

Too hot. Asked for an extra glass of water and was ignored. Asked to sit in empty seats that were open because it was so hot and crowded and was denied and the seats were empty the entire flight
Great staff, just very far from the main terminal, had to run to connect my flight. I had 90 minutes to spare. But my flight from Chicago was delayed also.

Boarding was a shitshow. Had to bus to the gate. No separate bus and boarding process for Business Class.
The plane was very old, no power outlets. We also had to wait a long time to board. They kept moving us to different lines before we actually could step foot on the plane. We ended up being delayed an hour but we were never told or informed for any reason. After the meal I asked for a coffee which the flight attendant forgot and I had to ask again. Overall not the worst but not the best experience.

Everything should improve! Service like a low cost but prices like a premium airline. Crew in general with bad manners arguing for everything. You pay for priority access but then they use buses, so your loose your advantage to put your carry on first. That was the purpose for paying for priority. Bording is a nightmare, people accessing the plane for bothering doors, front and rear, no matter which line do you have.

Good plane, excellent food, crew and entertainment. Seats in business could use an upgrade
Delayed. Mismanagement of gate lines. Passengers arguing with eachother as a result of lack of organization by airline. Avoid this airline.
Disaster. Downgraded. Zero apology. No effort or coordination between gate and crew. Awful seat blocked by door emergency slide box. Iberia is a mess. App never works. Avoid this airline.
We departed late but made up most of the time in flight. Our ticket was pure economy, so it wasn’t anything fancy; however, I heard that we arrived in Madrid at the exact same time that First Class passengers arrived! Overall, our experience was similar to what we had on other American Airlines transatlantic flights - good value at a reasonable price. We were even able to get our carry-on baggage onto the plane without needing to gate check it.

Transportation from gate to airplane was poor we stayed in hot bus for 20 minute no vantilation
Because the plane was delayed from Madrid to LAX, we missed our connecting flight to Malaga. Iberia offered to book us a hotel room but I needed to be in Malaga that evening. I ended up buying train tickets to Malaga from Madrid. I also feel Iberia should compensate me for the cost of the train tickets because they didn't meet their travel obligation.
