Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Best Airline."

Cons: "Nothing. Everything was great"
Cons: "7 hour delay"
Pros: "Smaller plane was awesome. Flight service great. Checkin easy."
Cons: "We are okay with seat area but would ask that united freeze seat backs. The inconsiderate bumpkins in front of us put seat back and then leaned forward the whole flight. we could not even put our tray table all the way down. Coke spilled all over us in turbulence as liose tabke bounced significantly more than if set in place. Give people rude, freeze saet so cant recline or remove tray tables so we dont hurt ourselves due to rude people."
Pros: "Easy short flight."
Cons: "Plane was pretty compact and crowded."
Cons: "They always run out of hot food even though the flight is during lunch time."
Pros: "Low end business class for the money"
Cons: "Food tasted off. Seat and entertainment old."
Pros: "The crew"
Cons: "Very uncomfortable seats for such a long flight, my seat didn’t recline, space was limited"
Pros: "Staff was friendly and helpful."
Pros: "On time departure and arrivial"
Cons: "Small seats"
Cons: "Entertainment cut in/out"
Pros: "On time, no issues."
Pros: "The flight was smooth. Boarding was a bit nerve wracking as a neighboring bin was not closed completely until just before take off."
Cons: "The bathrooms were poorly maintained. There was no toilet paper and there was tons of paper on the floor. I was anxious that a piece of TP was going to be stuck to my shoes when I returned to my seat. The flight crew did clean it up. I'm not a frequent flier, but was taken by surprise that I didn't need to check in before getting to the airport. I was amazed that the airlines take it upon themselves to assign seats. I think that's a poor decision as a mom and her 2 small kids were scattered about the plane. Fortunately, people were willing to shuffle around to allow the mom to sit with her kids."
Pros: "Boarding was smooth enough"
Cons: "I'm a disabled person, I need an aisle seat for my long legs and busted knees, but the aisle seats had about 1/3 the space for feet as the other seats. My knees were pushing into the seat in front of me. Drinks went around once about 1 hour in to the 5 hour flight, but not again after that, though they came by to collect trash 5 times. Flight crew were polite, but some clearly didn't want to be there. This is the first flight I've ever been on where I was in tears from pain, and i felt like i couldnt ask for water or even the wheelchair I needed after the flight."
Pros: "Fast and friendly staff from check in to landing. Southern folk don’t rush you and actually listen to consumers concerns."
Cons: "None...nice, short flight"
Pros: "Crew and employees were all great, could not have gone any better."
Cons: "For a three hour flight, entertainment was lacking. The fact that there are ONLY paid options was kind of a slap in the face. Even just providing some radio stations to listen to would have been acceptable as a free option"
Pros: "Check in, arrive ahead of schedule"
Cons: "No entertiment, no snack only little bag of pretzels"
Cons: "We were delayed by more than 6 hours."
Pros: "Overall it was a fairly comfortable experience."
Cons: "The United WiFi was not working on my device. I could not connect."
Cons: "Missed my connection due to late flight arrival and had to fly out the next day."
Pros: "First and foremost, our flight arrived 25 minutes early! Nuff said!"
Pros: "We got there safely with our stuff."
Cons: "The stupid led by the unwilling."
Pros: "On time and good flying experience"
Cons: "Service was very limited for a 15 hour flight. It does not compare with other airlines on service and hospitality. The staff is hardly around and show up only two hours after take off and one hour before landing."
Pros: "It's so convenient to fly directly to Western Kentucky and not have to drive to and from the Nashville airport (over two hours drive away.)"
Cons: "Warning to those who haven't been there: food is limited to vending machines at the Paducah airport. It's a small airport, but I'm delighted it's still available. Nashville airport is over two hours drive away."
Pros: "Good tail wind made it early"
Pros: "no delays"
Pros: "Love the cookie! Good crew."
Cons: "my daughter and I didn't even have seats together...and the plane was not full. We spent $69 and $77 to get seats together and the seat backs didn't work, no TV screens, and my expensive purse was soaking wet when I retrieved it from under the seat. So gross. And of course the food was gross...but that's to be expected, I guess."
Cons: "Flight was cancelled rerouted with Delta"
Cons: "Flight was delayed. Time was posted at gate for new time. Went to get dinner and when we returned to gate saw that the time had been moved UP from previous anouncement and practically missed our flight."
Cons: "Nothing but a sweet caramel treat offered as snack. At least could be a regular cracker, not full of sugar."
Pros: "Crew was friendly. Everyone tried to make things go smoothly."
Cons: "There was a 2 hour delay."
Cons: "The plane was delayed from 1.5 hours to 2 to 2.5 hours. It was startling to get these updates vs saying it is 2.5 hours from the start."
Pros: "Staff and the pilot got us to our destination safely and with out complications."
Pros: "I had a terrible time flying from IAH to Pensacola with United. I was flying on Christmas Day and there were not enough employees from United to help the customers. One of United employees completely disregarded me when I needed help, and I ended up missing my flight."
Pros: "Small planes make it easier to embark and disembark. It was on schedule on both legs, but changing terminals (on a bus) for the connecting flight was a drag."
Cons: "These are very small planes with little seating room. Thankfully, the flight was very short. C"
Pros: "Due to weather delays "not able to accommodate" Service representative had an attitude. I understand there are a lot of issues, but it's their job in customer service and if anyone should be upset it should be the customer for not being able to make their flight as scheduled."
Pros: "Punty of room to strich legs. Offered drinks 4 times"
Pros: "My flight was on time. I appreciate that."
Cons: "Narrow seats. Literally no leg room for me. It was a terrible time for me, especially since I was in the middle seat."
Pros: "Able to pick seat"
Cons: "A little tight"
Cons: "Flight was delayed not enough information. Missed connection."
Pros: "Boarding was very fast and efficient. Seats were as expected on an airplane. The flight was only 45 minutes so there was no entertainment or food to really be able to rate them on it."
Cons: "The one flight attendant spoke super fast so it was a little hard to hear her clearly."
Pros: "Crew very accomodating."
Cons: "Meal was awful and we are not picky eaters."
Cons: "They only had enough to food for the front of the plane , me and everyone in back was left hungry, I have never been so disrespected"
Cons: "Seats were uncomfortable, very firm, back of seat was like leaning against a piece of wood. OK for this short flight, longer flight would have been extremely uncomfortable."
Pros: "Couldn't check in on line or at the kiosks with Lufthanse. At airport, sent to SAS desk, and after a 1 hour wait in line, sent to United desk -- that was the airline Lufhanse assigned us to (months in advance, based on flight times) but never to us about the switch. United desk was about to close and we nearly missed the flight -- seat assignments made at the last minute at the gait. We'll try to to avoid air travel in the future. Just too hairy and full of uncertainties and frustrations. Only funny part was the sign at SAS checkin warning against assaulting the agents -- must happen a lot."
Cons: "No wifi. No movie."
