Pros: "On March 4, my wife and I made a flight from New York to Sydney with a transfer in Doha, Qatar. We flew the Qatar airline business class. Everything was great despite a very large flight. New plane, very clean. Wide comfortable seats turning into a large comfortable bed. Great menu and good wine list. All staff are professionally trained and very friendly. All this made this flight very comfortable and we were not tired."

Check in and check out procedures Check in and onboarding was delayed by interval of 15 minutes .. total delayed by 90 minutes Bags took more than 2 hours to come out at Bali airport .. a very big wait after a 30 hour flight Bags were delayed for a very big crowd … 2 flights came in and their passengers were out sooner than ours

There was a misunderstanding during check in that it was a mandatory requirement to make hotel reservations for quarantine without it you can’t board the airline.So we had to booked a hotel last minute and it was the wrong hotel since it’s not accredited by DOH Philippines. Since it was last minute we can’t get a refund or cancel the hotel. It was stressful and unnecessary hassle.

They said I needed a vista for the length of stay which I always get when I am in Manila for the past 8-10 years that I have been going without any prior warning before I confirmed this booking! I was charged $500.00 to change the departure date! Outrageous!"

Cons: "The airline lost my bag, with contained all my clothes, shoes, jewelry, ps4 gaming concel, and all the games CDs I had , alongside the documents I needed to renew my Visa, which was such an inconvenience getting back, that I had to extend my ticket by a week which also cost me almost $400. Plus the airline staff was rude. That ruined my vacation."
