After stressed passengers confronted the crew demanding to be let off the aircraft, we went back into the terminal to wait for hours in line as just two Swiss staff filled out hotel vouchers by hand for over 200 passengers. Adding insult to injury, we were then told to wait for a hotel shuttle at the curb, despite the fact that the shuttle had stopped running hours earlier at midnight. I didn't fly to Switzerland until the next day, losing hundreds of dollars on a missed hotel stay in Zurich, and travel plans. And it was an awful start to my honeymoon. The way the Swiss staff treated us was unconscionable and insulting. They have not responded to my several written complaints, so maybe Kayak can help!!!"

I paid extra for a row assignment because I use the bathroom frequently and the girl that was in my seat obviously didn't speak English and I had to suppress that ICU nurse aggression and work with it because it was a short trip. But!!!! She annoyed the hell out of me when I needed to get up to the bathroom and she refused to get up and expected me to Jimmy my way around her in the sitting position and she somehow was in a deep sleep during my 3 minute bathroom trip. I had to tap her a few times to say let me back in and again she refused to get up and I had to Jimmy my way back in. Again the connection flight was far far away in a warm terminal unlike jkf where I had to go outside and catch a shuttle bus but this time I had time to grab food and use the restroom without running like a maniac to my next connection for Delta."

I felt so much more safe flying Delta on my way home to Hawaii in July than I did when I flew American Airlines on my way to the mainland in June."

To go to Australia, Denver TSA waived the removal of shoes, skipped the scan for the metal detector and no one touched me, ditto for LAX on the trip to Sydney. Where's the uniformity or standards for TSA?? Why did I have to be subjected to this garbage on the way home?? This is why I despise flying. It makes no sense to me. This ruined what was a great vacation."

I will try and avoid flying this airline in the future at all costs."

Cons: "he flight was delayed for over 3 hours On top of the delay we were on the runway for over 2 hours Our luggage was not delivered after 2 entire days. After receiving our first two bags, the third bag is not not delivered (3 days without our clothes. This is the bag we paid an additional 100.00 for. On the trip over, the entire row of seats did not have the monitors working and the light could not be turned off (bright error screen on the entire 7 hour flight. After being stuck in New York (reasons beyond Delta's control so we are understanding of that) however the Delta airport crew (3 different sources, continued to give us the wrong information resulting in us staying in the airport an additional 2 hours after everyone else had left. Finally went to a 4th person who was able to resolve the issue within 5 minutes. This was the worst flight experience in my entire 50 years on earth. The level of incompetence with some of the Delta airport staff is beyond excusable. Even after our issue was resolved, the worse two of the lot were still giving out wrong information to passengers telling them there were no hotels in ALL OF NEW YORK and they would have to stay in the airport."

To make matters worse the line to fill out lost luggage forms was over a 2 hour wait. The people working there were rude and not helpful. No answers after calling from my hotel in Spain. Cons: "The flight was being run by Iberia, not British Airways. Iberia has a policy which did not allow me to check in without proof of a return flight. Unfortunately, my travel partner had booked the return flight and did not share the details with me. I was not able to reach my travel partner and, as such, was forced to buy a new ~$2,300 return ticket on the spot in order to provide the necessary proof. This was an extreme inconvenience, as I nearly missed my flight. If Iberia or British Airways made its travelers aware of this policy in advance of their check in. I have no intention of flying Iberia ever again."
