Even though we arrived early and checked in, for some unexplained reason, our bags were removed from the plane and put on the next flight. It took over 12 hours after arriving to get our bags.

We had a terrible experience. The flight was delayed several hours, so we missed our connection. We were told to wait at the airport. At around 11:00 pm, the flight was cancelled. There were no available seats out of Jackson for the next two days. Fortunately, we had the foresight to rebook on United for the next day. However, we had to spend a long day at the airport and an overnight at a mediocre hotel. It was a miserable way to spend part of our vacation. We also sacrificed our $450 deposit on our California hotel because we could not get there.
Crew was absolutely fantastic and we’re so welcoming and friendly ❤️
THEY FAILED ME AND I NEVER GOT ON THE FLIGHT BECAUSE IT WAS SO DELAYED! I ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR A HOTEL AND STAY IN NASHVILLE TO CATCH A FLIGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. DELTA IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE>
I was in first class and literally the men behind me were so aggressively loud I moved myself to economy. This has become so common on Delta - people using audio without headphones, and men on 12am / late night flights drinking and yelling to talk to each other which prevents anyone around them from resting. Pretty crazy to have to move from first to economy (poorer service, less comfort...). Wild wild. Looking into other airlines.
First flight out and was 85 minutes delayed. Notification came out way too late
Departure was delayed resulting in me missing my connection. Delta did not autimatically find me another flight.
This flight was a first class choice and left much to be desired. Seat backs on seats were falling apart and torn. Seats actually didn't come to a "full & upright position". Pull out table was sprung. Not any significant leg room. All in all we were on an obviously older plane and felt overcharged for what we received as first class.
It would’ve been nice for all that money to have a more substantial snack for free. I remember once upon a time getting a very nice turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese on whole wheat bread for no charge along with a drink. I guess those days are gone. it’s a little insulting being given a cookie or a bag of baked chips Going forward I’ll just bring my own.
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!
Flight was on time, clean, etc. Despite connecting to your wi fi I was unable to use your app to watch entertainment.
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
Even though the incoming flight was delayed by 20 minutes they managed to get us to SFO 15 minutes early.
737 Max was leaking water into the cabin through the windows. Overhead bins opened on landing. Bad bad plane.
We had a 1 hour delay due to mechanical issues, then another hour, then 2, and eventually it was an 8 hour delay. The airport staff was confused about gate changes, as they were not getting good communication. They were trying, but we changed gates 5 times in one hour!
Flight was 2 hr late but at least I was upgraded to first class
I am absolutely furious with American. they shut the door in my face when I was trying to board the flight and kicked me off of it. They made no attempt to call my name or contact me or anything. They just said they gave my seat away. The customer service response has been atrocious. I will never fly this airline again as long as I live.

Hey as long as you bring me back to earth in one piece I’m good! Otherwise great flight smooth take off and landing good staff Only thing is the staff at the back of the aircraft chatters a lot it’s annoying at times but I’ll let that go because they are very sweet overall.
The crew was very kind, but no in-flight entertainment monitors and a 2 hour and 30 minute delay was extremely frustrating.
The flight was fine. This survey is not. There is no option for N/A so items which don’t apply to my experience still must be rated. In those instances I give a “3” rating which ultimately skews the results.
First world problems, but still… We were seated in first class and asked for a cocktail on a very short, 50 minute flight. After our drink order was taken, a half hour went by, and we noticed that every other person in the small plane had been served except for us. We got up to ask about it, the drinks finally came, then were taken away three minutes later since the flight was so short. Really strange situation, on the other hand, we were in Utah.
A thousand choices for movies and nothing to watch. I avoid 'R' rated shows and others with violence and sexual content, which results in a handful of flicks to view and I have them already.
