Pros: The cabin crew was friendly enough. Once we were finally in the air the flight was fine. It was a cheap flight and you get what you pay for. I would use them again if their flight was cheap, i certainly wouldn't seek them out or recommend them based on quality, cost is the saving grace for this airline.

Cons: They made a big deal about flight time from "wheels up to wheels down" being 56 minutes, and then announced that per Frontier policy no drink service was offered for flights less than an hour. We were stuck on the plane for much longer than an hour, it was super hot, and the flight was late, seemed like they could have made a gesture and brought around something cold to drink. The flight was cheap but look close at the fine print, my bag was small enough to be considered a personal bag but had it been much bigger it would have cost me an extra $50.

Cons: The restrooms constant traffic and there are no participation’s or curtains to darken the lights and the constant interruptions

Pros: Meals were good, good service, complimentary food and drink at good intervals

Cons: But the plant look old and the seat are small

Cons: The tablets on the headrests did not work. But other than that, was a nice quick flight.

Pros: Good food, entertainment and Delta Comfort section worth the extra cost.

Cons: The gate agent at JFK was annoying. She forced us to check carry on bags for no apparent reason. Much larger carry on’s were allowed both before and after us. Her fellow agent seemed like she wanted to apologize for her capricious behavior, but was understandably hesitant to do so. The airplane seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The rntertainment choices were very limited unless you enjoy superhero movies or a very limited range of audio/musical selections. So it goes in coach class.

Cons: First plane broken; they got another one that came in...with electrical problems!!! Arrived over three hours late and nearly missed my cruise. No excuse! AA could check their aircraft the night before, mine was the first flight out. #AAwful flight.

Cons: Commuter jet boarding at DCA is going to stink until the new terminal is completed. Just is.

Cons: New York to Fresno Glight delayed 2 hours.

Cons: American Arline’s gave us a meal voucher and hotel stay. Left be t day. Not happy.

Pros: I loved having a glass of white wine. My hostess had a lovely smile & looked me in the eye.

Pros: It was overall a very professional fun experience with great staff on board flight 252 from Seattle to Cancun!

Cons: There were not enough agents to help with the kiosks and of course there were problems with the kiosks.

Pros: Because of the gov’t shutdown I arrived early fearing the worst of delays and to my delight there was ez pz entry into the airport getting through security was relatively easy and although there is no longer curbside check in it was not crowded few long lines and once I mastered the kiosk .. got my boarding pass and tag for a checked bag .... ez and no long line

Cons: I don’t like the fact that Jet Blue has nobody to help with getting your boarding pass and bag tags .. for seniors like myself who sometimes need digital Aylin .. no Personnel to help and if itvwasn’t For a delightful savvy young woman whom I asked for help I’d still be at that kiosk when I travelled Alaska sirlinescthey had people there to assist you

Cons: When booking flight it told me to skip check in luggage if you had carry on, nothing about needing to paying for a carry on. You should be allowed your carry ons. And you shouldn't have to pay for a complimentary drink/snack.

Cons: While I am thankful that we made it back to the airport after some mechanical issues. I called Frontier and ask them to get me on a different flight that night or first thing the next morning. They would not help me. They kept telling me I had to talk to the agents in the terminal. There were 200 other people standing in line waiting to be helped. They offered no alternative. Wouldn't even book me with another airline to get me to my destination. The best Frontier customer service on the phone would do was changed my flight to Saturday night. Which did not good since I was coming back from my trip on Sunday.

Cons: When we were in the air, the plane faced some problems and we had to turn back to origin terminal. Then we had to wait 3 hours so they can tell us they replace it with another plane. After that they were missing one crew member and we had to wait another one hour for her to arrive.

Cons: Snide check-in woman at United when she glibly announced that there was no connecting flight since my flight was delayed. She was cold and snarky and of absolutely no help.

Pros: Meals were good, good service, complimentary food and drink at good intervals

Pros: The flight itself was as good as expected: Attentive crew and competent pilot, good enough food, comfortable enough (for coach) seats, and clean airplane. The seats could be made to recline a bit more but nobody seems to be doing it for coach class.

Cons: The flight was delayed 30 minutes causing me to lose the connecting flight home by about 5 minutes There was no effort from United to help me to get the second flight on time or from the crew on that one to delay it enough for me to arrive. They suggested I waited 9 hours for the next available flight or to get one by AA in Reagan Airport in 3 hours. They told me that transportation to that airport would not be reimbursed and would cost between 20 and 40 dollars. I didn't know the airports were that far apart and the one-hour taxi drive cost me 80 dollars. From Sao Paulo to Washington, things went as well as expected. Once landed everything was horrible.

Pros: Very friendly crew that empathized with the plight of the passengers on board. The poor experiences throughout the journey could have been avoided if United changed it's policies and processes to become more customer focused.

Cons: So many small things add up to an overall poor experience on a flight, and it doesn't seem like United understands this. 1) WiFI was down. 2) Entertainment screens for several of the passengers on board were not working. The poor lady next to me had a broken screen, and combined with the broken WiFi, she literally just sat in her seat looking forward for several hours (after she finished the podcasts on her phone). 3) For a 5-6 hour flight, food (more than just snacks) were available for only about half the passengers on board. Apparently its an intentional policy of United to only have food available for a portion of the passengers. It wasn't even possible to purchase it if I wanted to because by the time the crew got to me, they were all out. 4) Baggage space under the seat varies wildly depending on your seat. For some reason, the aisle seat has the smallest space I have ever seen in my life (about the size of a shoe box). It was the first flight I have ever been on where I was literally not able to fit a small backpack underneath my seat.

Appreciated no real layover but with luggage by the time we made it to gate g passengers were already boarding. Almost missed connecting flight. Gate you land at needs to be closer to gate you catch your next plane.
