Pros: "The crew was ok, it felt like we were getting as little information as possible from either the flight attendants and the captain. The seats were horrible and honestly this will be my last flight with United."
Cons: "Having the crew care and go through what to expect during the flight. United has the worst seats I’ve been on the plain had an insane and annoying rattle by the windows and the pilot could barley get through a sentence without stuttering or relaying wrong information."

Cons: "The plane was small and cramped. I could barely bend down to get my bag from under the seat in front of me and I'm tiny. I can just imagine how bigger people felt."
Cons: "Was a disaster we’re stuck at the airport for 3 1/2 hours delayed the flight.... gave us a vautcher for 10$ canadian by the time everything at the airport was closed for food. There were no space for our luggage. Spend 12 hours at airports from Victoria to Las Vegas."

Cons: "The flight was delayed about a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. The seats were slightly uncomfortable and that's based mostly because of the people around you. The lady in front of me pushed her seat all the way back up against my knees in one fell swoop catching me by surprise, her constant moving around didn't help the situation."

Cons: "I can't eat mushrooms. Both meals had mushrooms (3 out of 4 entrees) and it wasn't always obvious which ones. Additionally, the second meal with seafood or pasta, the pasta obviously had mushrooms so I chose seafood, even though I don't like most seafood. Mushrooms all mixed in with the seafood, so I had to pick them all out. Also 2 of the accompanying sides had mushrooms. Do they have a mushroom fetish like Cheesecake Factory? Need more consideration for people who may have varying food requirements that are unavailable to address during the booking process. I know you can't please everyone, but why overuse an ingredient that has a relatively low appeal to potential passengers? Will try again, just hope they can use similar customer service in their food preparation as they have otherwise."

Cons: "The attitudes of the flight attendants on this particular flight; they seemed highly agitated, probably because they looked tired, but who knows? Their performance reflected their attitudes."

Cons: "Got stuck with the last row of seats. I never previously had the last row for a flight but to be honest it was definitely the worst seats on the plane. What makes it worse was these were not tickets I bought last week but on united economy they only give you seat selection just days prior and no explanation as to why you are placed in a particular row. Stuck near the bathroom and the seats do not decline at all though they deceptively provide the button to recline your seats. Horrible experience and one more reason to not fly United."

Cons: "We were an 1hr and 40mins late. It would have been ok but the pilot and crew did say why. United kept me informed by using text messages which were great. They had us sitting down and water could be given until the flights starts but 1 st class recieved all the accommodations which i unstand that is why you pay for 1st class. But honestly the crew could accommodate a class of water to a few passagers. The pilot didn't have to wait 40 mins to let us k now we were waiting on maintenance to sign off on their form. Some of the passage obeyed the rules by turning of our phone. I turn my phone back on when i heard a passager say maintance was required. I would say flight was good sits were smaller than last August"
Pros: "I know it's not the crews fault for the delay, but everything was just truly horrendous. I was a little hesitant to fly United after their scandal, but now I know that I should not have. After a 2+ hour delay, I had to pay $60 at the gate to check a CARRY-ON that I had already asked about at the baggage drop at the beginning of that dreadful day. They assured me that it would be no problem, and foolish me, I actually believed them, so instead of paying $25 to check it ahead of time, I got screwed for $60. For a close to 6 hour flight, a meal should be provided. Entertainment was free because of the fiasco, but normally it's $7.99 which is ridiculous. Lastly, the leg room was really nonexistent. Truly the worst experience I've ever had flying, and I've flown plenty of airlines, both domestic and international. I definitely think my return trip back to Jersey will be my last time flying United."

Flights were delayed, no-one was kept informed, staff were rude, WIFI didn't work yet I was charged twice, toilets were filthy, and overall the flight was rough. Ive always ignored the bad press about united and taken them anyway but I'm starting to see why they are receiving the bad reputation permanently."
Cons: "I bought a ticket on KAYAK and it was united flight from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. I buy many tickets going from LA to Vegas. After no indication about any extra costs but only the inability to check in… At the airport I was warned by one of the agents when she told me that my basic economy ticket would not allow me to bring my computer back on the plane without being charged. I've never experienced this in my life. I said I'm not paying and I went through TSA and I boarded without any problem. United has just been axed off of my list of Airlines with which I will travel. Come to think of it the only other airline that I can choose not to travel on his Spirit so United has reached new lows!"

On top of that, when we finally boarded, my ticket was scanned and the flight attendant said I didn't have a seat, even though I selected a seat when I purchased my ticket online and checked-in the day before my flight. I was boarding Group 3 out 5, but they made me wait for everyone else to get on the plane until they could let me on to find an empty seat for me. In addition, they were rude to me about it, like it was my fault that there was not a seat available for me. I was grateful I was able to have a seat since I wanted to get to Las Vegas as soon as possible after the delay, but it should be something that's expected when you purchase a plane ticket..."
