Pros: The flight itself was on time and all that

Cons: The plane itself was clearly cheaper than the planes Transavia and Norwegian used. The only problem (though this had nothing to do with the airline) was having to sit in Nantes airport for 14 hours with no access to real food after about 11PM. The free shuttle into Nantes is great but I wish it worked later on Sundays. I was thrown for a loop and by the time I got a handle on what my options were they had closed.

Cons: Cramped, uncomfortable seats that do not recline. Inattentive flight attendants. Pros: We landed without dying.

Cons: To start off with there was only ONE person checking people in before the flight, so it took forever. Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Pros: Nothing, probably I m just glad for the basic ...that i eventually reached my destination within the day

Cons: I Booked the flight 4 weeks ago non stop flight from Prague to Budapest. At the airport 15 -20 foreigners (non czech speakers) received no notice that the Prague to Budapest flight was cancelled 1 hour before official departure. Czech airlines boarded us in another flight to Kosice Airport in Slovakia and from there we would depart to Budapest. The pilot thanked us in English about our understanding for the "cancellation" and this is where I realized the change. In the meantime, the other foreigners were getting ready to exit the flight to Kosice thinking they reached Budapest. I had to stop them and inform them about the change in every language I could use. This added 1:25 hr of flight + 20 minutes in the airport in Kosice unnecessarily. Last but not least: The size of cabin luggage is much smaller than the american standard, therefore expect that your luggage will probably need to be checked in with additional payment (both mine wouldnt fit by 2 cm due to the rollers...100$ at entrance).

Mediocre 3.0

Pros: Absolutely NOTHING

Cons: Late to depart on an 1:15 minute flight for over an hour while telling the passengers nothing

Good 6.0

Cons: We were kept waiting on the bus from the gate to the plane — first about 30 minutes at the gate, then another 15 once we arrived at the plane. No announcements or explanations were provided. Most people were standing, hot & crowded.

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
