Going back home to the US
I had 15 hours layover in Amsterdam so I got me a hotel.one hour after I got to the hotel I got a notification from Kayak app asking me to go get my bag from Schiphol. My bag was supposed to be directly shipped to PDX. I had to leave my hotel back to the airport and spend 2 hours trying to find it only to be told that it was going to PDX. I lost my $170 hotel room, over $70 for taxis and ended up spending the night on the floor at Schipol. I do not think I'll ever use Kayak again. The travel guarantee is a joke too.
No drinks or snacks
Great leg room
I was next to an obese person who literally took half of my seat. That was extremely uncomfortable.
I was surprised by the amount of snacks and drinks on such a short flight.
Great crew. Great movies.
Mediocre food. Crammed in seats. Usual bs about no room in overhead bins. There was enough room!
Delayed departure. I was offered drinks at first then last third of flight was left with dirty glass too long.
Short lines, efficient service, most of all kind staff all the way from the counter attendants to the pilots.
Crew was very unpleasant.
