Terrible. Flight was delayed for hours and we ended up arriving at our home at 4am after 20+ hours flying.

Flight was cancelled around 45 -1hr minutes before scheduled take off time due to mechanical issues we hadn’t even boarded yet. Had to reroute to Orlando so someone had to drive 2 1/2 to come and get me… the alternative was go through Toronto and get a later flight which didn’t work for my schedule. The flight attendants barely gave anyone a smile…not the same as flying when a client/passenger was important. Very disappointed. By the way I have never ever made a complaint online about any company with feedback…even when I probably should have. The only good experience was the boarding desk associates who were very professional and got me on another flight with my checked bags…very nice team.

My plane was cancelled and had to be rebook for the evening was not happy.

The flight was cancelled and we had to rebook on Porter to make our cruise the next day. Air Canada has not compensated. We won’t be flying with them again. This is the second time this has happened. Also the return flight was delayed 2 hours who knows why.

My flight was cancelled and I was left to figure out where to find a hotel, something to eat and how to get a new flight at 11:30pm. Wasted a day. Thanks, Air Canada!

They kept changing the gate (6 times in 30 minutes) and then left us on the plane for 4 hours before departure. Likely was the storm, which is understandable, but the lack of communication and the e constant running between gates at opposite ends of the airport really threw me and my friend for a loop.

Legitimately everything about this flight was awful, was also so delayed I never want to use air Canada again

I like the free beer and wine but not the delays to the departure time.

Never again flying economy on Rouge!!! Literally like sardines!!! Will try to change to better seats 3 seat arrangement only so so if traveling with family. Who wants to squished to stranger!!😖 Can’t say enough bad about this!!!
