Cons: "The positives don’t even come close to offsetting the misery of Delta’s seats. I honestly don’t remember the last time I was so cramped and uncomfortable. I’m not an abnormally large man - 6 feet 200 lbs - and there was no room for my legs or my shoulders in an “upgraded economy” seat. I fly weekly for work on another major airline, and only took this one in a crunch. But I am quite certain this was my last Delta flight and I’ll be advising others similarly. The service and entertainment aren’t sufficient to mask an awful seat configuration."

Just simple stuff. I asked for extra ice, she thought I said no ice. Simple mistake, no big deal but when I explained that I actually wanted extra ice she was perturbed!"

It took 2.5 hours to go through all that, that is with wheelchair priority! Boarding was horrible at the gate."

Cons: "They claim to be cleaning these planes but I find that hard to believe when there is Gum on the window sill. We were also delayed quite a bit in the boarding process. Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again."

These things are important on a long flight, otherwise the flight becomes torturous because you run out of things to do. On this flight, we had no choices, only what was given to us to watch. This made my flight unbearable."

He then arranged for folks with short times to move forward. We would never have made our connection without him. Gate agents also kept the door open for us as we dashed to our connecting flight and hustled us on board. Amazingly the ground crew also got our luggage transferred in the short 10 minutes we had. Thank you American!"

If you find a reasonably priced flight you don't have to worry about paying extra for baggage or stomach during the flight. On the flight home, I realized that they have bigger seats, your bags ( 1 personal, 1 carry-on, and 2 checked bags) are "free" and they give you a little snack to hold you for maybe and hour. Overall I prefer Southwest because of all the benefits you get while flying with them but it doesn't mean I will never fly United again."

When i arrived to New Orleans I was charged an additional 30.00 dollars for parking!"

Cons: "When we landed, I did not get to baggage claim in a timely fashion. Frontier took our luggage and locked it up. We were told to go to the Frontier ticket counter to get our luggage. When we arrived all the frontier employees were gone for the day and no one at the airport could retrieve it. We had to wait several hours for someone to come and get our luggage. This was a terrible inconvenience. I have never experienced anything like this by any other airline. I have no idea why they did not just leave it off to the side (like every other airline does)."

Cons: "Worse ever!! Cancelled my vacation to Florida due to Hurricane and was told it would cost $99 dollars to cancel the ticket. The ticket only cost 60 (plus the extra fees-$90 total). Due yourself a favor and drop this air carrier! It is not worth losing customers! You pay for what you get.....cheap equals miserable and uncomfortable!"

Pros: "That they got me to where I was going with out falling out of the sky."
Cons: "Baggage claim times, accommodations and non-caring attitudes."

Cons: "The plane departed 45 minutes behind schedule. When we arrived, 20 people or so did not receive their luggage. Frontier representatives were nowhere to be found. Finally someone came and herded us upstairs, gave us no information about our luggage, and had us form a line to file a claim. Frontier staff was utterly unapologetic and had no sense of urgency. I still don't know where my bag is. The plane was supposed to land at 12:45, and I left the airport at 3:30 and missed an important work meeting."

Cons: "Got a cheap flight but little did I know that that would be offset by being nickeled and dimed for seats, bags, and drinks. On top of that th plane was five hours late from its start point and the only information the gate agents would give (with an attitude) was the plane was coming. I called customer service to see if they were offering any restitution for this, and I was told that's not up to him. I will never never never fly frontier ever again."

Cons: "The flight attendants said I was on the plane when I in fact was not and they gave my seat away to someone (had the person act like they were me) now I am stuck in Philly for 2 days"

Cons: "First off, our flight was delayed 5 hours. I understand because of weather. No big deal. But when it is supposed to leave at 4:15 and You tell everyone 5:15, and then at 5:15 tell everyone it'll be here at 6:15, then at 6:15 it went to 7:15 and then again 8:15. During this entire time, I kept asking for updates and the staff at Frontier seemed angry so many people kept asking....that's your job. Because of the long wait many people didn't eat dinner, JetBlu decided to get coffee and donuts for all of their passengers (they said it over the loud speaker), Frontier didn't give us anything. When the plane landed at 8:15, the slowness of the workers couldn't have been any worse. Loading the bags slow, cleaning the plane slow. Plane gets here at 8:15 and we don't take off until 9:30. You'd think we would get some type of snack or drink for this horrible wait time right? Water is free on frontier, but nothing else. And they stuck with that. NOTHING FREE! Not even a soda or bag of chips! My friend is 6 foot 4 and I'm not sure how they get away with the nonexistent leg room. His knees were smashed against the chair in front of him the entire time. Funny for me, sucked for him (or anyone tall). He asked to change seats to 1 of the 2 open seats we had seen with more leg room (near the side emergency exit). They said no unless he wants to pay $50 right there. In the middle of the flight. I have no words for it. Customer service was horrible, food was nonexistent, drinks were nonexistent, leg room was nonexistent. And that sums up how I'll never be using frontier ever again. Pay $50 more for a better plane service seriously."

Pros: "Caring crew! The flight was on time and we even arrived slotted early"
Cons: "We were not offered a free cup of water. Even though it was a short flight it would have been appreciated"

Cons: "I had not been prepared for how "no frills' your airline is, so I didn't know to expect rigid chairs with no adjustment, and that all items offered in flight were to be paid for. It wasn't a long flight, so I didn't miss not have a snack or drink, but I didn't know any of that in advance. My fault for not checking into it a little more, but it was a whirlwind trip to move my daughter and the travel was Spartan but necessary."

Cons: "Flight attendants made too many unnecessary reminders throughout the flight about buckling seat belts and staying seated when the seatbelt sign is illuminated. It felt like every 5 minutes they were making an announcement making it impossible to get any rest. Passengers were roundly and acted like they had never been on a plane before. Maybe they hadn't and just didn't know any better. But it made the flight unpleasant."

Pros: "The non stop flight was awesome. Just a hour and a half and I was there Also the price was second to none."
Cons: "I don't have anything to complain about. I'm always going to look at Frontiers flight before booking. Wish they flew to more places"

Primero le hacen pagar 52$ dolares por su maleta. Cuando hace el stop ella va al baño se pierde consigue alguin que la ayude la llevan al front desk y le hacen pasar todo el proceso de check in again simplemente por que se perdio y no supo como regresar a su gate. La agangr de sprint le quiere volver a cobrar 52$ por su carry on nuevamente. Mi mama la nerviosa y llorosa me comunica con la agente de sprint. Le indico por teléfono que mi mama no tiene suficiente dinero con ella para pagar la maleta nuevamente que la unica forma seria que me tomara el pago por telefono vuelvo y le expecifico que mi mama es una paciente nerviosa y con condiciones que ella necesita asistencia. Me indica que me comunicara con la manager, no hable con esta pero ella entendio la situación de mi mama y le endico al la agente que no tenia que pagar por su maleta. En todo esto un mal servicio para pacientes con limitada capacitación. Jamas vuelvo a volar por spritit ni poner a mi mama en una situación como esta."

Never ever will I choose Spirit in the interest of saving a couple of bucks. Not. Worth. It."
