The crew was great! Passengers were nice. Just an fyi that I heard several of them complain that the snack was not gluten free. Many people got handed the snack and then promptly gave it back to the flight attendant. Might be good to look into another option as such a high percentage of people in CO and WA are gf. Cheers!

It's a pity we missed our flight by 2 minutes.

The flight check-in process was awful. At Seattle Tacoma Airport the Alaska employees couldn’t properly tell me how to/where to drop of my checked “ski” bag which I had already paid for. Boarding was slow and disorganized as well. The baggage claim in Denver was almost as bad with broken carousels (airport employees had to carry bags out to us by hand) taking over an hour!

It would be great if the snack were appropriate for everyone

Had more room than other airlines, it seemed, which was nice!

Changed gate but didn’t announce & boards had wrong information. Nearly missed flight as a result. Very unnerving!

Quite nice! Definitely the most comfortable seats of all the airlines, and I have travelled on almost all of them this year.

Diverted to another airport due to weather stranded on the runway for 2 1/2 hours they could’ve at least given us a bag of peanuts or crackers, but we got no food or an offer of any food. Also, the aircraft had no entertainment no TV movies nothing and unless you had your own reading material, you were left with nothing to do.

Our flights using Alaska Airlines went great! All of the flight attendants were very friendly. Big shout out to the pilots for getting us to and from our destinations safely!
