Cons: We had to take a bus to the plane. The buses the shuttled us on, they packed tight and without apology. We then sat in our seats for over an hour on the tarmac without explanation or apologies or any courtesy shown at all to the woman who dared to get up to use the lavatory and was scorned by the crew. When we got to our destination. The crew did not even apologize for the hour delay in landing or even mention it.

Cons: British Airways is impossible to get in touch with! We had a 2 hour delays so I missed the connection from London to Edinburgh and now I can’t get ahold of an agent to inquire for standby. So instead I get to wait 9 hours for the next flight out.

Cons: The flight was delayed twice and ended up arriving hours after schedule. I get sometimes this happens. I was frustrated bc we were boarded and seated, ready to taxi with no pilot! It took another 30 minutes to get one! I realize when flights are late there are ripple effects but this was excessive.

Cons: Crew at the gate made us return to get our immigration forms without our boarding passes. This forced us to miss the connecting flight to detroit and delay our arrival by 7 hours. Awful experience.

When called 3rd time I was asked to email their support which I did and one week have passed and nobody bothered to respond yet. Typical United!

Cons: I charged the airfare, thinking that would be all, like other airlines. Then I found out they charge for luggage. THEN I found out they charge me for a seat... on the flight I already paid for. Boarding was disorganized, seats were thin padding on plastic, quite uncomfortable. I also had to clean crumbs and trash off my seat before settling in. They charge you 2.99 each for water and airline peanuts; i didn't partake. they only gave me one boarding pass and when I boarded the plane, they said that is was the flight to Denver and then they were continuing on to Columbus. I assumed this meant I stayed on the plane when we landed in Denver, but no, they informed me the plane was then going to Cedar Rapids. I had no second boarding pass or gate number, so I asked the attendant. She took forever to help me, looking up my info for a minute and then talking to the other attendants and passing out papers to the boarding crew before acknowledging me again. Twenty minutes later, I had my gate, which I barely made to board in time for flight takeoff. Overall, the process was stressful, uncomfortable, and more expensive than if I had purchased a flight from Delta, Southwest, or Alaska. (All airlines I have flown and been happy with. Delta had a missed layover once and completely put me up for the night and was very helpful through the whole affair.) All said and done, I will not be flying Frontier again.

Pros: Early flight, and short. I think I slept through it. Woke up sore, but eh I'm not surprised by that. I'm a giant and no one woke me up for anything so I was satisfied.

Cons: The fact that we had a connecting flight to minot from Denver. Arrived late to Denver because of weather, but my stroller that I had left on the jetway in Seattle was never put on the plane which I didn't know until I got to minot. I was going to wait for it in denver, but I would have missed my flight to minot had I waited 5 more minutes. We arrived to minot only to find out that our 3 suitcases, one stroller and 2 car seats were never in the flight. Awful! And my connecting flight was even delayed an extra 55 min so I don't quite know where my things are.

Cons: The airline charges extra for things that most airlines provide as part of the ticket price. The ticket was not cheaper than other airlines to compensate for the additional charges: carry-on fees, choosing a seat, snacks and beverages, etc. We were delayed with no explanation; it's nice to be kept informed when that happens. Crew was fine but I won't choose Frontier again because of the additional charges for things that should be included in a competitive ticket price.

Pros: This was not a deal at all! I should have just flown straight into Grand Junction on Alaska. You can't drop off bags until 2 hrs before flight which is no good @ a busier airport like SEA. There were no USB outlets or wifi available. The seats were uncomfortable & the extra space they charged for was bolony. Plus I had to pay $40 to bring a bag or if you needed to store a carry on in the over head you paid. Not one type of drink or snack was offered. Then I also rented a car where I got the insurance & then to find out that it's a third party insurance & doesn't count. Plus I am fighting Hertz on extra time charged even through I told the woman who checked me on that I wouldn't be back until 4. If I knew I had to be back earlier I would have been. The flight & rental car experience was terrible. I don't think your intentions are at all to help save people money.

Cons: Dirty plane. Tight quarters. Mismanaged time. Unorganized. Not worth the 20 dollar discount in comparison to other airlines that have more comfort and don't charge an outlandish amount for a carry on. It was my first time flying Frontier, and needless to say I was incredibly disappointed. Loaded onto the plane until we were supposed to take off, then deplaned for what they said would be an hour of required maintenance (which I don't know why they didn't take care of ahead of time), turned into 3 plus hours. And they can't even offer a complimentary beverage? Unimpressed, all around.
