Flight was delayed again. I fly out every other weekend and lately the flight is delayed 3 out of five times 🤷🏻‍♀️

Southwest’s point to point system caused a 2 hour delay due to the crew being late from their inbound flight. Also, the WiFi and entertainment didn’t work on the plane.

It's a shame that SW was previously my preferred carrier until they started imposing all these fees (luggage, seats, etc) and pulling back on other perks. I only flew with them this time due to time frame I needed to be at destination. Wasn't provided gate info during check-in, Gate info wasn't displayed at airport until last minute, gate info didn't match what SW personnel announced at fate. Kind of a mess.

The Southwest airline was ok. A big thank you to Kayak team (David), who worked with me on Sunday afternoon to rebook my travel from Burbank, CA, to CVG. My original flight on Sunday was delayed, so I had to cancel Sunday flight and rebook my travel to Monday. Could not have done it without help from David from Kayak team. Ante Soda GE Aerospace

Flight time kept changing and so did the gate. It was very frustrating

Haven’t flown on SW in years. Flight was on time departing and arriving. Served vegan butter onion flavored pretzels which were bad. Coke served was in a tiny paper cup. Crew was not engaging. Felt like they were going through the motions. Old plane, tight seats and no leg room.

No delays and arrived to destination 30 min early. Staff was super friendly.

Pretty standard flight. We left late, but arrived early. The wifi entertainment is always nice. The free snacks and beverages are simple, but appreciated. I'm tall and the seats are an issue. I can deal with a short flight, but any longer, I have to find another airline where I know beforehand I have extra legroom.

Awesome experience. No in-flight video or meal. Still do not like the boarding process.

On time, good crew, easy flight. Just like the old days!

delayed take-off, then had to circle in air for awhile, wi-fi did not work, then the cabin got extremely hot multiple times and the luggage was at wrong carousel at LGA. In addition, plenty of overhead space so they checked bags too early. Horrible flight.

WiFi only works on about 75% of my Delta flights. I rarely fly SW, but their WiFi works 100% of the time and is easy to connect. On my DL flight from DCA to BNA today, I try to connect to WiFi for about 30 minutes, but I gave up. I have a lot of work to do, and I lost two hours today. Very frustrating.

I don't know why the crew decided to board 15 minutes early without informing anyone not at the gate. Why would you have the app send a notification that we're boarding on time, instead board early, and then rush me to the gate. Then have me check my carry-on when I specifically packed my bag as to not do so.

Long delays at both DCA and MSP; Crew did not keep us informed (or very little). Airplane was showing signs of heavy use (not up to Delta standards). Food options for Business Class have dropped in quality. After landing we sat on tarmac for maybe 25 minutes with no provided chance to use the bathroom and crew did not tell us what was going on or give an estimated time to expect to be at a gate.

Flight was delayed for about an hour but overall good experience

The gentleman at the gate I think his name is RIE was exceptional

This flight was no comparison to our prior flight. I'm thinking it all has to do with the age of the aircraft.

2 of the seats in row 31 the entertainment system was not working, and one seat the tray table did not go all the way down. Flight arrived early and departed on time which was great.

Inexpensive, got an exit row aisle aeat with no middle passenger, bought a great breakfast sandwich, flight comfortable & arrived ahead of schedule.

I wouldn't say I liked being forced to check my small roller bag at the gate; too many people had bags and were in a higher boarding group.

Short. Nice quick flight, appreciated after Munich to DC leg.

This was a small aircraft (relatively) and we were delayed half an hour on takeoff, which is not the airlines fault.

Flight delayed over an hour with plane on runway because of weather in an area of the country we were not in or flying to.

The food was horrible. There was no. Wifi, and it was just terrible from bangkok to d. C

Crew was great. Seats are cramped and uncomfortable and I’m a small person.

the seat has a problem. the back had a hole.

My flight was delayed so bad i missed u it so i just said never mind

The plane was clean. The staff was excellent. The flight attendants were very good. Enjoyable flight. Overall. The seats in the back are too small but, will always be.

Everything was perfect except the pad at the top of the seat back. It pushes my head forward in a very uncomfortable position and it is not removable.

We ended up with seats in the very back. So they did not recline. Have no idea why, we reserved and checked in very early. The isles were very narrow and the seats had very little leg room. But they did give us water, and a snack.

Good experience with this flight. Boarding was smooth with no issues. The short flight was good with quick drink & snack service. Nice easy way to get back from DC.

Flight is delayed by more than an hour without any reason, the jet blue gates kept changing every 20 mins and there is no proper communication. No ear phones provided in flight, there is a screen with entertainment but what is the use, I have earphones but the console has outdated audio connections, no usb C or bluetooth, they are living 15 years behind

A nightmare. Scheduled flight delayed 2 hours then cancelled because pilot timed out . Unable to find another pilot. Really?! Weather certainly a factor, but JetBlue seemed totally unprepared for the chaos that ensued when flight routes were cancelled. More cancelled flights, finally many of us who had been bumped from other flights were allowed to board a Boston bound plane around 3:00am, delay after delay, sat on tarmac for another half hour while pilot dealt with weight distribution issues (?), arrived in Boston 4:30. Crew were wonderful- same attendants all day and night and they were exhausted. Fortunately for me and my son that Boston was our final destination, not so lucky for many who missed connecting flights.

The flight was delayed 14 hours and communication was very poor. No one seemed to know what was happening and the gate agent was trying to help people for several flights. She was by herself trying to help 100s of people.

JetBlue worker, Blythe, was so amazing at the DCA counter. If it wasn’t for her, I’m not sure we would’ve made it through. Please thank her!

On time, friendly attendants, quick wheelchair assistance and help checking in bags. Also appreciated change in seats, more forward to make it easier for my 97 year old mother to board and exit the plane. Thank you, JetBlue!

Flight was on time and smooth. Customer service was decent

They forced me to check my hand luggage at the gate.

Still hasn’t left. Why are you asking how it was?

My flight got delayed and eventually canceled, then rescheduled. I and several others had a connection from Boston to Paris and asked several times if we would make it. They assured us we would and then rebooked us mid flight without our consent and closed doors early even though they said they communicated we were a bit delayed. We got stranded in Boston and I opted with being rebooked for a different connection to France since they refused to pay for a Hotel. I've now been in Europe for 5 days and still haven't recieved my bags. There was absolutely no urgency for the fact that I'm in a foreign country with absolutely no change of clothes or any of my medication. Such an overwhelming and frustrating experience.

Air was off while waiting on the runway and the temperatures became very uncomfortably hot. Flight attendants were very loud and rude the entire flight.

I booked tickets from San Diego to Cincinnati months in advance to attend my sister’s wedding, a wedding where I was serving as the officiant. At 10:00 PM the night before my 6:00 AM flight (just 8 hours before departure), I received an alert that my first leg to Denver was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight to Cincinnati. When I called Frontier customer service, they informed me that they couldn't get me on any other flight that would get me there in time for the Saturday wedding, let alone the rehearsal dinner. Because I had a critical role in the wedding, I was forced to buy a last-minute ticket on another airline for three times the original price, it costing me well over $1,000 extra. Even with the emergency flight, I still missed the rehearsal dinner entirely. When I spoke with Frontier, they agreed to refund my original ticket, but showed zero care or accountability for the massive financial burden and distress they caused. Their "compensation” for causing me to spend an extra $1,000+ and miss an irreplaceable family event? A $75 Frontier voucher. Frontier completely dropped the ball. Their customer service showed zero empathy letting me know that it was Frontier who was the real victim by refunding my ticket price, and their reliability is non-existent. I will never fly Frontier again, and I strongly advise anyone who actually needs to arrive at their destination on time for an important event to book with literally any other airline.

More inflight connection. And leg space is horrible. And the paying for baggage I'd ridiculous!!!

Frontier Airlines was AWFUL. I was an hour early for my flight and the lady refused to check me in. I had to purchase a whole new ticket with a different airline.

I missed a flight because of a delay. I had to buy a new ticket through Southwest.

Bag should not be so much money. This is how Frontier takes advantage of customers

Frontier is definitely a good option for people traveling light or on a budget - just remember to bring your own entertainment and your own headphones if you need them.

Never offer anything to drink ☹️ Flight delayed gate moved poor communication

It’s a cheap airline. I wish they had better seats.

Seats are cramped and very uncomfortable. You have to pay for everything and it is too expensive.
