Also, I had to hold my water bottle and book bc there was no seat back pocket. It was a miserable flight. Especially since the gentleman on the other side of the plane in front of the emerge door was able to move to one of the seats that, "was a different class". I guess just a different class for me??"

Our luggage has been lost. My grandson and I are here at our London hotel with nothing but the clothes we wore. Reports have been filed through the airport LHR, and with Aer Lingus, but no one communicates back. Never again!

Empty flight was great. The food has improved tremendously. Wish the flight took off later, the time difference and departure and arrival times make it more challenging to sleep on the flight.
Though the staff was very friendly, a nearly 4 hr delay (albeit due to drunken passengers refusing to wear masks, removing said passengers, and waiting for their luggage to be unpacked, and then having plane shut down to conserve fuel, & waiting for weather) is NEVER acceptable. The drunken passengers’ luggage should have stayed on the plane and the plane should have taken off with it. Why should an entire cabinfull of passengers should have to suffer and miss their international connections? The drunken passengers should have been removed and let their luggage catch up to them in a week or so. Upon arrival at Dublin, my daughter has to wait another 10 hours for a new connecting flight and was only offered a food voucher for roughly $9. UNACCEPTABLE

A very disappointing business class trip from DC to Lisbon. Old plane, narrow rock hard seats, 45 minute delay in take off that brought us to 12:15AM, no particular greeting by attendants, no pretake off water or anything. No toiletries. No good. TP234. In contrast Lisbon to Funchal all one would expect. Terrific plane, business seat 1000x better than previous. Service and food excellent. Ground staff helpful in getting me to connection in spite of late arrival. Creative marketing and great graphics make TAP Portugal very appealing. They need to check their basics - flight was bad.

I didn't know anything about TAP Air Portugal but the flight was awesome and far cheaper than any other airline.
Checking in Madrid was a mess. I was there two and a half hour before flight departure, however, I has to wait during almost two hours to complete the check in. Considering all the changes and the documentation that has to be verified they should have hire more people. We weren’t informed and people were nervous.
Great airline, took good care of us. Will use again if prices are good. Really enjoyed the 24 hr layover in Lisbon.

Cons: "I booked these tickets for my friends Jamal Wiggins and Anthony Maxwell and they are still Lisbon. They are still in Lisbon! Their flight, 1306, had been delayed for almost 6 hours. The gate keeps changing and they've been getting ther run around all day. No food vouchers. This is horrendous. I am here at Prague airport. We only have a few days here and now one day is gone. They should be reimbursed! We are paying 400 euros for hotel rooms that aren't even being used because of this delay."
Pros: "I have traveled with Air Portugal numerous time. Here is a little country very proud of having its own airline company and they do great. The value is great."

Cons: "I didn't like that on a 3:30 hour delay the passengers did not get information about the delay. Line for check-in was too long. More then 2 hours on the line to check-in. Uncomfortable seats (too tight)"

Cons: "The airplane was small for a 8-9 hours trip, the seat were super small, I'm not a big person and I was very uncomfortable in them, the crew wasn't very nice, the food was a mess the girl next to me was a vegan and they give her a cheese sandwich, entertainment didn't work well there were only 4 channels, comparing to AirEuropa very mediocre and awfull airplane, really I'm from Venezuela and even there the airplanes are better, not worthy the 600$ one way ticket I got."
