It was a short flight so, everything went smoothly and we got to where we needed to be safely.

Flight home was delayed multiple times, did not get home until 2am

Plane left an hour late, I missed my connection and my bow case was never even loaded on the plane in VA. I deal with this type of nonsense everytime I fly air canada.

We were forced to check in our carryon and were given a green label that said to pick it up when exiting the airplane. We were told by the flight attendant to pick it up at the carrousel instead. We spent more than 40 minutes looking for the carryon which appeared at the wrong carrousel. There was no agent at the united desk for help. There was no entertainment.

Confusing with Air Canada and United flight, it was a hell, no help, rude people there, stressful environment

Great crew and the plane was very nice! The problem was that we didn’t have WiFi on both of my flights. I found that to be very disappointing today when all the other airlines always have WiFi so I could work or watch a movie.

It was my first time booking from kayak and first time with Air Canada and I must say it was cheep and flight and experience was so good. My favorite KAYAK now🥰

Overall I will say it was a very good experience. It was as comfortable as can be expected for such a long flight - 12 hours from Toronto to Tokyo. Everyone was very pleasant and polite. Even the passengers were cooperative and trying to be nice to each other. Of course the space is limited on such a long flight. The bathrooms were actually very clean. The food was very good. I liked how there was a variety of food options. The in flight entertainment system was also very impressive! There were some children on the flight but they were well behaved and hardly ever crying. Great Job Canada Air! I will definitely fly with Air Canada again!

Flight was delay for 3hours then later canceled. I missed my work. It was a bit ectic and frustrating

The flight ran out of hot meals for the back half of the plane and gave us tuna sandwiches. Not okay, these flights cost too much to short us the experience!
