The crew was friendly. The plane was comfortable. In-flight wifi didn't work well at all. The ride was quite turbulent but understandable given the weather.

I flew economy class. Seats were very good and the crew was excellent

There was a 6h delay with limited updates . When we got to Manchester the bus took ages to get to arrivals and we missed our train, dinner reservation. Basically lost a whole day due to arrivals Lingus!!

Great. Has a problem with DOB. Fixed 4 us. Led to a 5 hour earlier flight to London!

Punctual, smooth flight. Crew excellent and cabin very clean. Paid for WiFi but once you close out you cannot get back in even if you paid for entire flight.

Canceled my flight couple hours before takeoff. They could not find a decent re-routing and refused to pay for when i subjected alternative with Lufthansa.

Seats a little to soft on the SFO DUB flight

Well, I think we left close to on time. Crew was “eh”.

Flight takeoff was delayed an hour, but arrival time was not updated at the same time as departure time, so those picking me up at the other end were not alerted to the change in my arrival.
