I’m a loyal VA customer and am sad that they were forced to sell. The employees have excellent service attitude and are efficient and seem to actually like their jobs which usually translates to a better customer experience.

That they are now part of Alaska Airline. I hope they can keep all the special little things and characteristics that made Virgin stand out above the rest.

They were very dishonest about everything. We need to be there in Australia on Monday morning for very important event but reached Australia Monday night 8PM. Virgin Australia contatcted out their flight from SJC to LAX through Delta and Delta cancelled flights becaue no-show of Pilot to operate the plan. What a Joke???? We asked them to put us through another carrier to LAX for connecting flight they refused.Very very BAD. It was a big miss for us.. never again Delta/Virgin Australia..............

Terrific Gate Team in Houston, who were extremely helpful with my current disability (my foot is in a walking boot). Gate agent immediately approached me once I got to the gate (via wheelchair) to see if I needed anything else. Then she took it upon herself to move my seat so that I had an empty row on the flight to prop my leg up on the flight, which was excellent customer service. She anticipated my needs & exceeded them. She signaled for me to board early, so I had enough time & space to get down the ramp. Gate agents like her are hard to find these days. I wish there were more agents like her. Flight to Indy- Plane were more spacious between the seats. My knees had 6”-8” between them & the seat in front of them. It was a new plane, so if this is the direction that United is going with their aircrafts, they will have lots of happy flyers.

It was recommended to download the United app for free inflight Enterainment once I purchased the inflight WiFi. After purchased, none of the movies or tv shows would play. It seemed like slow WiFi was making it impossible to utilize the Entertainment promoted by United.

We booked with ANA but got put on a United flight on the way back. ANA was so much nicer. We were really let down flying United, having booked an ANA flight. When they swapped our flight, they didn't seat us all together either. United crew should take lessons from ANA!

The flight got delayed and the gate was changed, but no one had any information for us and everyone was scrambling around trying to figure out where they were supposed to be and there were no employees available to help answer any questions. Other than that, everything was fine, but they needed to have a better plan in place to communicate these things to the passengers.

Due to inclement weather, which I know is beyond the control of AA, I spent 10 frustrating hours of delayed, but then ultimately canceled flights. Followed by long customer service lines and "sorry buts" to flat out lying from gate attendants and stewardesses. I know most of the airlines do it but now that you are making a profit I think it's time to give back to the customer when weather complicates their travel. But most of all, please just give us the decency of the truth -- it sucks-- but we can handle it. Yes there will always be those out of control customers that scream and yell, but most of us, as what I witnessed-when it all breaks down--are chill and understand. Complimentary drinks. Coupons for a later flight. All hands on deck with crazy knowledge of the routes you fly to ease rebooking. I realize we as a people can't stop flying, whether it be for work or family needs, but you can't keep treating us like stupid cattle. Thank you whoever reads this for letting me express my frustration and thank you AA ultimately for getting me to my destination.

I actually felt San Jose Del Cabo Airport was far more courteous and accommodating best at acknowledging us and asking if one needs help or if your okay. I realize this airport is far less busy but if was noticeable and notable. I also liked that the pilot announced we would be experiencing brief turbulence and described we will go up and down as if descending, so I was prepared and less stressed when I experienced exactly what pilot had described.

Our party of eight departed from gate 8 which was hidden behind a post and not in view unless one walked past passenger entry doors. Also passenger seated next to me had asked for a burger, flight attendant replied she was not sure if she could fulfill request and best to order 24 hour prior to flight. She came back with a burger that smelled super delish and I regret not having one myself but there wasn't any left. Maybe stock up or start marketing because I am still thinking about that aroma and appealing burger...

I was in first class, so the legroom and seat comfort is good. The seats were removed with leather and headrest was movable.

The gate agent didn't enforce the carry-on policies. Large roller bags were turned sideways in the overhead bins. Flight attendants were not friendly. Why pay profit sharing to employees if they still are treating people badly. Overall it was an ok flight, I wouldn't go out of my way to fly them, just if they are the cheapest, because their attitude towards paying customers is horrible. I wish I could return the favor to them one day, I bet they wouldn't like it very much.

Our party of eight departed from gate 8 which was hidden behind a post and not in view unless one walked past passenger entry doors. Also passenger seated next to me had asked for a burger, flight attendant replied she was not sure if she could fulfill request and best to order 24 hour prior to flight. She came back with a burger that smelled super delish and I regret not having one myself but there wasn't any left. Maybe stock up or start marketing because I am still thinking about that aroma and appealing burger...

It was on time and the lady at the counter gave me valuable information. Also, she offered me to move my flight earlier. No delays, easy to pick up the luggage. I got one free drink in the airplane.

Everyone was great! Food drinks are great. Issues are with "policies" maybe?

Getting "bumped, asked to relocate to lesser seats to help with weight. then no compensation. also to find out we didnt get logged as moved. in an emergency? Woulda been bad. Trying to get help/comp on phone was total run-around. Lastly, drink sales ends too soon before landing. And started way too late this last flight.

The flight got delayed and the gate was changed, but no one had any information for us and everyone was scrambling around trying to figure out where they were supposed to be and there were no employees available to help answer any questions. Other than that, everything was fine, but they needed to have a better plan in place to communicate these things to the passengers.

I’m a loyal VA customer and am sad that they were forced to sell. The employees have excellent service attitude and are efficient and seem to actually like their jobs which usually translates to a better customer experience.

That they are now part of Alaska Airline. I hope they can keep all the special little things and characteristics that made Virgin stand out above the rest.

I was told repeatedly I was in the wrong seat and told to show my boarding pass because I did not appear to the stewardess to belong in first class. No other passenger in first class was treated this way. It was rude and embarrassing, and frankly very unprofessional.

I actually felt San Jose Del Cabo Airport was far more courteous and accommodating best at acknowledging us and asking if one needs help or if your okay. I realize this airport is far less busy but if was noticeable and notable. I also liked that the pilot announced we would be experiencing brief turbulence and described we will go up and down as if descending, so I was prepared and less stressed when I experienced exactly what pilot had described.
