Departure time was perfect After landing we had to wait for 15 min for aircraft to park, please improve upon it.
Free tmobile wifi was great! Crew was efficient and friendly. Crew gate checked our luggage and let us board in group C because of it. Loved that! The best part was that our family (3) was seated together. Thank you so much!!!!!
Delays. Again. Haven’t had a good experience out of Seattle in most flights. The flight was delayed and passengers were all bunched in one area even after the doors closed when there were tons of empty seats. Attendants chastised passengers for wanting to move and even embarrassed one man for telling him tons of the empty seats were actually premium seating and he needed to go back to the back of the plane the seats have been getting increasingly uncomfortable and the snacks are terrible if you get one. No options for people who don’t/can’t eat sweets. Prices keep going up and amenities and service keep dropping. Air travel has become more like taking a very expensive bus.
As a deaf person I appreciate the assistance provided by the boarding staff and the flight attendants.
WiFi did not work for the flight. Crew were polite but kept asking me to move my bag even after it had been moved to the preferred position previously and not moved since. I had a winter jacket as well and they changed their minds multiple times about where I was allowed to keep it.
My experience was great with Alaska Airlines. Fantastic customer care
People were friendly and helpful, and even under stress of a short time between connecting flights, kept their equanimity.
Good seating and leg room. Able to choose seat. Nice crew, polite and helpful. Nice snacks. Meals have to be pre ordered, short flight do no meal required.
No complaints. Nothing for entertainment, but it's a regional smaller body aircraft, not a longer range long body. Didn't partake in any snacks, mainly slept for the whole short flight. Got me to A to B as intended.
I reserved exit row as I am 6’7” and was very disappointed to find out that my seats were as crammed together as the rest of the plane. Worse actually, as the seats don’t recline. I believe I paid an additional $200 apiece. What do I get for that? I guess it’s on me that I didn’t do the research to know this in advance but I’m tired of buying airfare which used to include an actual seat on the plane and now it is an additional charge. I think the seats I purchased are sold at a premium by deception by people like me that think these are desirable. Got forbid there’s an incident and passengers have to escape through these tiny passages. Love to travel but have to reconsider future trips because of the dishonesty of your industry. Have always had good experience in the past with Alaska but now I have soured. Thank you very little, Dean Jones.
Terrible delay today. also, waited 90 minutes for baggage to unload in Seattle earlier in the week.
Not having a five hour delay with little notice! The crew was very kind, though, and just as tired as we passengers were. The flight didn't depart until nearly 1 am...and no reason was ever given.
Great flight from Seattle to Phoenix and to Chicago-Midway from Phoenix
Very smooth checking in our luggage with a super pleasant SW agent. I enjoyed a fun entertaining movie.
I really like open seating. I hate that I've heard this is going away. This is one of the unique things that makes Southwest my goto choice.
They sent us to an airport way out of our way because they canceled our flight with no reason
I love no assigned seats and bags fly free. If Private Equity gets their way and forces Southwest to change they will be everyone else and I will stop being loyal to them. DON'T CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS MODEL!!!
Left GEG had the first flight of the morning and couldn’t leave due to broken plane then got redirected on to another flight which then I missed my connecting flight so they rescheduled my connecting flight then that one took off 3 1/2 hours late my 4 1/2 hour day turned into a 12 1/2 hour day
Seats were worn out but everything else was pretty much flawless.
The people of SW Airlines really make it nice to fly.
I just wish the boarding process/time to take off after boarding was quicker and more efficient. I also wish that the overhead luggage was managed better. almost every time i fly there is no space for carry ons and they are either checked or I end up having to store it several rows back from my seat. Delta should not offer carryons for all customers if there is not actually space for everyone
dropped my bags at Seattle Delta curbside. 1.5 hours before departure. one bag oversized made it. the other was left at curb and mishandled. poor communication from delta in sjc baggage claim. No internet on flight and food choices in business are horrible. You are forcing us to fly Alaska which is shockingly better than the Delta experience. that is a low bar.
Delta is the best. It was all very easy and on time.
Delay from Atlanta to Tampa was simply unacceptable. Multiple delays led to us landing after 3am. Worst travel experience of my life
Comfortable seats. Nice service online. Short flight, so not a lot of time to enjoy.
The flight was done by SkyWest only WIFI no entertainment center are available on the CRJ
My flight was delayed by 4 hours in 30 minute increments. The gate agents were amazing but the communication was not. We were told that there was a maintenance issue but they didn't know what it was. That didn't inspire confidence. Then they said they found it and it was fixed and the pilot just needed to sign off. Then the pilot needed to talk to the other pilot from the arriving flight and we'd be fine. Then we were waiting for the pilot to call back. Then the maintenance issue wasn't fixed. Then they decided we were getting a new plane (why didn't they decide this earlier??). Fine. But then they announced we were changing gates AND terminals. And we were boarding in 20 minutes. So we all had to run to the new terminal gate. We could have taken off at that time, but we then had to wait for all the people who rebooked on a different flight to book this flight again. That took 30+ minutes because there was only one gate agent. When everyone ditched this flight, I saw it as an opportunity to upgrade to comfort. Delta, the greedy jerks they are, charged me $121. After their delay, their fault, their issues, couldn't even discount an upgrade. They only handed out $12 meal vouchers for the delay. I can't even get a snack from starbucks for that.
Love me some Delta. One of the few airlines to recognize and support veterans. Easy boarding, flight was on time and arrived early and the flight attendants were excellent on this flight.
We sat on the runway for over an hour before departure. That was unwelcome.
Original flight was delayed, then cancelled and the gate staff did not expedite rebooking. Also, no instructions were given that a ticket number was needed before being called to facilitate rebooking. This could have been much more organized.
Flight be on time would be a good start. Then train your flight attendants to be attentive and friendly. This time they completely forgot my row for the measly snack! United, do better!
Horrible! Several delays and then was cancelled! I spent over 24 hours in the airport and was unable to get a hotel or food voucher.
Our flight was delayed several Times due to mechanical issues. Although I understand this may happen at times, it was very inconvenient and we had to book a hotel for an overnight stay. We were traveling with my 3-yo grandson and waiting at the airport from noon until 6:30pm with no reassurance that our next rescheduled flight would depart, we had to decide what’s best for him. A day later, I found out that I may be able to demand compensation if my flight is delayed more than 4 hours. I will hav to read the fine print next time.
United needs to step up their game. Delayed flight leaving Seattle, San Francisco. Older aircraft, not very comfortable.
Had to cancel first flight because Airporter Bus took over 3 hrs to get to airport which resulted in an extra $378 dollar fare . Is there anyway I can be reimbursed for initial fare since it was not my fault? Sent from my iPhone EJ Ledet
My flight was scheduled for about 6:05 departure. There were 11 gate changes from 4-7pm and the flight was 3 hours delayed due to operational issues. The plane taxied around the airport for about half an hour before stopping to be de-iced. It would have been nice if we were alerted of the plan to de-ice prior to the 30 minute drive around the airport. The flight attendant was friendly, which was the only redeeming thing about this flight. As a former flight attendant for United, I was extremely disappointed.
Delayed by 2.5hrs any longer and they would’ve had to honour their own policy for breaking their own rules and regs. Not cool, especially when I have an infant child that needs to stay on a routine and they get schedules.
They had three choices for snacks - but you could only have one - and they ran out of the dark chocolate before they made it all the way down the aisle... Packed flight - limited service.
They opened my checked bag and even though my lock was tsa approved, they loose my lock and left my bag just like that. Incompetent people, very upset about it. I’ll try to avoid traveling with united
We fly to Ecuador frequently. Checking in is usually a hassle because most United agents take some time before they can verify that my passport doesn't require a visa to Ecuador. This time the process was even longer due to the cyber attack. But she was really nice to us. So glad we brought plenty of snacks to supplement the 3 flights from SEA to GYE.
No flight delays. No need to rebook to make connections. Enjoyed second leg of flight on Iberia.
Normally, I fly Delta first then Southwest second. I would never voluntarily fly American ever again. The seat space on this particular flight for me was incredibly cramped and small and tight. Fly crew not the most pleasant I’ve ever come across, and the normal delays of ground cruise and weather I know you will totally can’t control. Still would not fly American voluntarily again.
Flight was on time. Boarding was smooth and orderly. Flight attendants were friendly and professional. Bags came out soon after arrival.
Wheelchair folks are great. Food not to my liking. Crew more interested in their lives than the passengers. Got the job done but just the minimum.
Smooth flight, on time, got to DFW early, crew was great, I was on row 11 so lots of room. Snacks were OK. We were pleased.
This flight was of course delayed because American cannot have flights that are not delayed.
On time on a day with lots of weather cancellations on other flights. Thank you for getting me home during a winter storm!
The flight got delayed 2.5 hrs due to a maintenance issue that cause a domino effect. American should have spare planes for when something like this happens.
They changed our Gate 5 times, and concourse twice. Changed our seats twice.
Despite my vow to never fly with American Airlines (AA) again following a disappointing experience in the summer of 2022, I found myself reluctantly booking a non-stop flight from Huntsville to Washington D.C. on AA, as it was the only airline offering this direct route. To my surprise, the entire process was seamless, from boarding to landing. The flights were punctual, eliminating any need for excuses or explanations. Based on this positive experience, I am pleased to say AA has regained my trust and will be considered for my future travel needs.
