Cons: I don’t like how they brought a snack cart thru where you could buy things, making it appear like it was the ONLY option. However, shortly after that, they gave everyone a free sandwich, bag of chips and drinks.... was pissed I spent $14 on snacks that I didn’t need to. Also, the flight originally was scheduled to leave Kauai at 1:45 and somewhere along the line it got changed to 1:15 but I didn’t know that somehow... glad we made it on time... Did not like how you had to have your own device in order to have movies or entertainment... pretty lame. This airline has so much potential! It was just little things that could have been much better

Cons: Boarding in Nadi international airport for Fiji airways is boarding the passengers from the back of the aircraft first which was different for me

Pros: the crew was good.

Cons: hot as hell during check in outside and it took forever. then the entertainment on the plane which was prehistoric with everyone having to watch the same movie, plus it was a very old movie!

Cons: The seats were broken - did not stay reclined. Also the seat pocket had gaping holes in them - couldn't place anything properly.

Pros: Boarding/ticketing/getting off the plane was all super efficient and quick. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Made traveling so easy and stress-free.

Cons: Not being delayed so much on an already very late flight.

Cons: Use more modern plane for these short trips. No drinks offered due to turbulence. Old Bombardier plane had no way of storing carry-ons other than beneath seat, thus limiting leg space

Cons: They were not able to seat me next to my partner despite us having booked/selected our seats 6 months in advance. Additionally, the check in process took forever and we had a bunch of issues getting on the flight

Pros: The crew was great. Really friendly, we got skycouch and it was really comfortable

Cons: Food was a bit too rich, maybe a lighter option in the menu would be useful as both were quite thick sauces.

Pros: They passed by me when they served the meals because they thought I had it already which it was someone behind me who got his meal since he had a special meal request. So I ended up to talk to them that I haven’t had my meal yet. It was embarrassing moment for me. They seemed thinking that I lied to them.

Cons: They are well trained crews so I have no better ideas about improvements

Pros: The food in Premium Economy was good and there are plenty of movies to choose from. The staff were lovely.

Cons: I had paid for Premium Economy and was seated in Row 30. The passengers were boarded up to row 28, then from to back of the plane forward then I was boarded with the last remaining passengers. That was not what I feel should have happened. I did not like the footrest on the seats.

Pros: Air NZ sent my mom away when she arrived to board the plane because she could not hear well. This resulted in a 68 year old women spending the night at Heathrow. No apologies, no upgrades, nothing. Air New Zealand is a heartless discount airline. Terrible experience. Avoid.

Cons: The food really sucked. And what I didn’t like was that if you buy through Kayak you don’t get to pick seats so I was thrown in a middle seat when I requested aisle or window. It was uncomfortable.

Cons: Boarding was a mess. Part way through boarding they opened up a second line to scan tickets. So everyone that was in line behind us ran up up to the front of the new line. Extremely frustrating for all of us that now had to wait longer.

Pros: New Zealand Air staff were friendly, informative and courteous throughout the entire flight! I was floored by their service and by what was offered. They even worked to arrange for people to move around (some were packed 4 to a row, but there was plenty of space throughout the craft).

Cons: No seat selection available on line, so stuffed in the back. No place for luggage. No soft drinks on flight. Mexican chips??? What’s that about?
